Very clean and comfortable.

Convenient transportation, there is a supermarket not far away
Heater can’t be used. The elders stayed in a split-rent type. On the ground floor, hearing the sound of the room above walking very loudly

great location spotlessly clean
soft bed but that is personal preference not a criticism . no recycling facilities so we took our glass and plastic waste home

Smooth check-in and issues were dealt with swiftly by host.
Bed comfortable and good shower pressure.
Located next to shops and amenities.
Had to rewash all plates, cups and cutlery and dirty frying pan left in the oven. Kitchen was not well stocked i.e. no sieve, grater, peeler etc. Bathroom floor gets very damp over night which is not nice. For the price would have expected it to be more homely as very bare - no rugs/lamps etc.
On arrival only had 1 bath towel for two guests and hairdryer broken - host quickly rectified this for us.

It was a pleasant change from my usual budget hotels to stay in an apartment. I was hoping for something quieter than a Britannia hallway. The internal photos advertised looked fantastic. Everything you need, a home from home. However...
I needed to wash all the cutlery, glasses and crockery before use. The tops of the kitchen drawers and fridge had food stains on the corners, the fronts of the doors and drawers were filthy. The bathroom was covered in hair, from a long hair on a dirty toilet cistern (with a broken toilet seat), a huge clump of hair on the shower hose and nasal clippings over the sink. By far, the biggest problem was whoever lives in the upstairs apartment. People constantly coming and going, their private door slamming, the front door banging with visitors and work colleagues. Conversations in the hallway directly outside my living room door. Furniture being dragged across the floor from 6.30am to 11pm. Footsteps like a herd of stampeding Wilder Beast across the uninsulated ceiling, back and forth, back and forth all evening. I did message the hosts about the noise from these people, but my message went ignored. Whilst the inside photos look great, outside is another issue. It's an end of terrace house with a patch of grass to the side, grass that local residents use to 'walk' their dogs. On a hot day it stinks. And I did wonder why the bedroom window didn't open... the combi-boiler vent is directly outside and as the boiler is shared with upstairs, be prepared for that going off when you're not using it. Planning on sitting out in the garden ? I've seen tidier smoking areas in pub gardens.

The layout was quite nice and spacious for a buisness trip with colleagues . Kitchen facilities were nice aswell . Overall the accomadation was well looked after and we would stay again .
When requesting additional bedding for the sofa bed what was brought was a sheet and a mattress protecter with a duvet cover and no duvet . Needless to say we had to purchase additional bedding. So make sure that you request an actual blanket. There was also no dish rack. The complimentary breakfast could use improvement aswell for a weeks stay.
