My daughter & I had a lovely time here. The outdoor shower was one of our favorite things! Neighborhood was quiet & centrally located as a “home base” for us. The house is well equipped & very clean & happy! Tracy & Dave were awesome hosts and very responsive. We’d definitely stay here again! Thank you Dave & Tracy!!!!

Ideally situated in a quiet neighbourhood and yet only three minutes drive from all of the local amenities. Tracy was very helpful prior to our arrival in providing advice / suggestions to enable us to quickly settle into the property. The house was perfect for our week stay and was well stocked with household essentials. Would definitely recommend to others, and would have no hesitation in staying in the property again if we are ever in the area. Thanks for a great home from home stay.

Wonderful house for a stay on Cape Cod. Very clean! Well stocked with everything you need. Nicely stocked kitchen with good knives and plenty of pans, dishes and glasses. Did not even mind washing dishes. Tracy the owner was very helpful with providing information on beaches, resturants and things to do. Would definately stay here again.

The house was very very clean, well stocked with all of the necessities you would want/need when staying away from home and is in a great location. We enjoyed many activities right out on Route 28, which is close by (mini golf at Pirate's Cove, Cape Cod Creamery and even down further the Wellfleet drive-in). The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. I have to say the bed and pillows in the master bedroom, along with the room darkening shades, let me get the best rest of my life! Tracy was great to work with! And I look forward to renting this house again!

We had a great stay in West Yarmouth. The house was the cleanest rental home we have ever experienced. We especially loved the adorable yard for cooking out and the outdoor shower. Perfect for our family of four.

Loved it Loved it Loved it! We spent 11nights at the cottage and enjoyed our time there so much A very clean and well looked after property with everything you could possibly need. Ideal location for getting out and about with the nearest beach just a 5 minute drive. We didn't want to leave and really hope to return sometime in the near future!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week on the Cape in this very well maintained rental. The outside as well as the inside of this property was in excellent condition. The cleanliness of the house was very good. We also enjoyed the openness of the living, dining and kitchen area. The house also was very well stocked with towels, (bath and beach), beach chairs and a small cooler. The location was perfect for us with family in the area. Very close to beaches, shopping and dining. The house also has a great backyard area with a patio and very private yard. We also enjoy having an outside shower. My only small complaint would be to have a light outside on the shower so you could shower at night when it's dark. We will definitely come back to this property!

House just as described and more! Tracy and Dave loaded this house top to bottom with everything you will need for your vacation! Very charming in a central location close to every thing in the Cape. We went to 5 different beaches during our stay! Chatham Light, Chapin, Nauset (saw a lot of seals swimming) Bass River/Smugglers and Parkers. We also enjoyed fishing off the pier at Smuggler's in the evening. The kids loved the mini golf near by at Pirates Cove. My 13 year old and I loved the links course at Bayberry golf club. Overall great stay at a great house!

We booked this very last minute and Tracy was amazing in her response and made the whole process easy. The information she sent was very helpful and the entry arrangements easy. As others have said the house was very clean. The bed is very comfy( and we are fussy), the wi fi is very quick. Largish lounge with good flat screen TV , DVD and comfy sofas. Big enough for a family or two couples to relax. The kitchen is a little compact but fits the bill ok. Lovely large fridge freezer.The beach chairs were useful and there are plenty of towels . Useful items like Elastoplast etc show this is owned by considerate people . Whilst it isn't walkable to the beach , the house is ideally situated for site seeing . Lovely beach 5 mins drive, about a hour to Provincetown and 50 mins to the ferry at yarmouth which is cheapest way to get to Martha's Vineyard( Island queen $20 return ticket) . We were only here for 4 nights but it would be ideal for longer and has a sweet garden with outside seating. Quiet and safe neighbourhood, I recommend it fully

We stayed in this house for one week with our two kids aged 7 and 9. The house was spotless and had a clean smell when we arrived. The kitchen was very well furnished - it had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable and the neighbourhood was quiet. The outdoor shower was a great experience - looking at the tree tops or the stars while washing off the day's sand and sweat made us feel like we were in a spa resort. I ate breakfast outside at the patio table and it was so calm - no mosquitos or wasps! The kids loved playing in the backyard and doing their flips. There really isn't anything bad to say about this house - it's super comfortable, in a quiet neighbourhood and is well situated in Cape Cod. Our day trips were made easy by the location of the house. The Cape Cod Mall is less than a 10 minute drive away. There is a grocery store, a drugstore, a delicious ice cream parlour and many more stores minutes away. For the kids, we went to the Inflatable Park (which is really close) and to one of the many mini-golf places. Overall, we're glad to have stayed in this house and are very satisfied with its amenities.

We brought our 1 1/2 year old son to this perfect home for our family vacation and we felt right at home. The space was large enough for all that a toddler comes with but wasn't so big that he was ever out of sight. We enjoyed exploring the house and found that all we needed for dinner at home was food - every appliance was readily available for use. The location worked perfectly for us, as it allowed us to explore the area yet still feel a bit away from the beaten path. The house was on a quiet street, just a short distance from RT28 where we found great places to dine and shop. We spent days at Seagull Beach and Mayflower Beach and evenings were in the back yard after dinner. A few visits to the Cape Cod Creamery rounded out our week. As with most vacations, ours ended too soon - and unfortunately we had to head home early due to a death in the family - but the time spent was worth a million bucks!

The house was beachy, comfortable, and fully stocked for a great week. We fixed most meals at the house and we were delighted at the jam packed kitchen...mixing bowls, drink pitchers, Tupperware for the beach, and even wine bottle toppers were all there for our use. The decor was delightful and cozy. I just loved it. The grill and outdoor shower were terrific. The towels were soft and fluffy...they even have beach towels for guests use! Oh and there were two beach chairs, an umbrella, coolers, sand toys, and beach blankets all there to use...you don' t have to lug it all from home:) Would highly recommend this for a couple or a small family. My husband, daughter, and I had a wonderful vacation! Oh and smugglers beach is marvelous!

When my husband and I decided to spend a week on Cape Cod in August, I knew I didn't want to stay in the typical Cape motel or overpriced hotel. As soon as I saw the photos on the listing for Tracy and Dave's cottage, I knew it would be the best option for us. Everything you see in the photos is how it is in person. Perfectly manicured landscaping, a bright space with wonderfully updated amenities. The space is large enough for 5, but not too big for a couple without children and is stocked with everything that you would ever need for a week by the beach. The location is great - easy access from both Route 6 and Route 28 in a quiet neighborhood. It is also a very quick drive to Smugglers Beach, which we thought was just great. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet retreat on the Cape!

This was our first time staying at this house. Our family typically stays in the West Dennis area, and this was our first time staying on the Cape for the entire week that the rest of the family was vacationing. So we decided we needed our own house if we were going to hang with the fam for a whole week : ) We couldn't pass this place up when we saw the pictures! We definitely made the right decision - me, my husband, and our 2 year old son stayed at this lovely home where all the little things really added up to make for a completely comfortable stay. The color palette throughout the house is what hit me first... that, and the lovely smell - there are scented sachets in a couple rooms. I digress - there was also a hand written note from the owner welcoming us to the home! But back to the color palette - it made for such a cheerful feel. From the playfully painted end tables, to the wall colors, and how it all matched right down to the plush bathroom linens! Speaking of the bathroom, we had a goodie bag of some laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner, bar soap, etc. waiting for us. Very considerate. The air conditioning in the master bedroom came in handy - with fans pointed the right direction, we were able to run it for just a couple hours before bedtime and cool off both bedrooms with it. We didn't need to use it overnight at all - the bedrooms stayed pretty cool most of the day and night. The oscillating fans provided were all you really needed to keep the whole house cool. The kitchen is small, but perfect. It is equipped with absolutely everything you would need. A lot of lights are on dimmers, which is so nice. The windows all appear to be brand new, same for all the window treatments. The hardwood throughout is a huge plus. The outdoor shower was so nice, and the lawn was immaculate - our little guy loved playing in the yard with his cousin when we had the family over for a BBQ dinner. The outdoor patio is adorable. The bag of beach toys in the breezeway came in handy! And then there's the binder --- wow. A lot of time and effort went into creating this resource full of local attractions, etc. We heard about the ZooQuarium from this binder. It's a must-see for kids. The owner, Tracy, gave us a call mid-week to give us a heads up that a lawn service would be coming the following day to mow the lawn. This was so thoughtful. We would highly recommend this clean, comfortable, stylish home!
