Very dissapointed in standard of rooms. Location all up hill to dining place.

Location, room very dated doors scratched handles on doors rusty, no facilitys in room for hot drink, no were to hang wet bathing clothes to dry. All places for a hot drink dident open till 10am. The layout of the complex is very bad for older people and people with pushchairs. Dining areas situated at the very top which is all up hill and 4 flights of steps.

Die 2001 eröffnete Anlage ist ein architektonisches Highlight, in den Hang gebaut, um die weitläufige Poolanlage herum. Das Personal ist fast schon unglaublich freundlich, von der Rezeption über die Kellner bis zu den Zimmermädchen. Das Buffet zu allen Mahlzeiten ist sehr reichhaltig, für jeden ist was dabei. Zusätzlich kann man einmal pro Woche in eines der 3 Spezialitätenrestaurants gehen. Abends gibt es Livemusik auf der Terrasse und eine Show im Village.

Ein Zugang zum Atlantik fehlt, in der Bucht sind riesige Steine. Die warmen Essen und die vorbereiteten Salate hätten alle etwas besser abgeschmeckt werden können. Bei den Getränken zählen nur die einfachsten zu "all inklusive". Gleiches gilt für Garnelen und Rumpsteak, für die man auch in den Extra-Restaurants zuzahlen soll. Und dass man trotz des hohen Preises noch 3 € pro Tag für den Safeschlüssel zahlen soll, hat uns schon etwas empört. Die Qualität der Livemusik lag zwischen "okay" und "sehr gut", die der Shows zwischen "albern" und "okay".

La atención del bufete, pésima y mal presentados los platos en un 60,%. La atención del personal difiere en un 100% de la cortesía de Sudamérica, caribe. El personal si bien se entiende la cultura europea , deben tener en cuenta q llegan turistas del mundo q viajamos constantemente y nos importa mucho el trato. Las habitaciones no cuentan con camas confortables.

Awww we went as a family of 4 and loved everything from entertainment to food. Swimming pools were great, 2 heated! Only

Wow what I didn’t I like. Weve just got back from 7 nights at the Bahia and it was just fabulous! Food was so good, fresh and endless amounts of choice. Staff are friendly, the entertainment team work so hard and always have a smile on their face!

Couldn’t dislike anything… if I had to say it’s that it has a lot of steps from reception down to the pool/ restaurant area but I found it was good exercise and plenty of ramps/ lift if you have a buggy.

The distance to the pools from the main building where our room was located was a long way through the gardens and very hilly which was a problem for us and unfortunately would stop us returning.

verouderde infrastructuur ; prijs kwaliteit niet in verhouding

ontbijt was goed, ligging wat afgelegen van de plaats die ik beoogde. Redelijk oud en uitgeleefd gebouw, voeding oke maar niet buitengewoon. Prijs veel te hoog voor dit zeer vetuste hotel. Lobbyroom niet meer aantrekkelijk. prijs ' all in ' maakt dat de kwaliteit van eten en drank eerder zeer gewoon is wijn en cava niet bijzonder . wel rustige ligging, nette kamers, verzorgd en proper.

In plaats van all in, een lagere prijs voor enkel ontbijt en avondmaal. aanbod voor verplaatsingsmogelijkheden ; het hotel is afgelegen van plaza del Duque

Viešbutis fainas, tik jau reikalaujantis remonto. Kambarius tvarko kasdien, papildo geriamo vandens atsargas. Animatoriai prie baseino nuostabūs :) Maistas skanus.

Prastas ir sunkus praėjimas link miestelio ir parduotuvių, jei sunkiau judėti siūlau rinktis kitą viešbutį. Kambaryje nebuvo šampūno ir kūno prausiklio, jie buvo pasibaigę ir net paprašius kambarinių nebuvo papildyti.

El buffet está muy bien, completo y con bastante variedad. En general, todo el personal del hotel muy amable. Las piscinas son grandes y el personal de animación de lo mejorcito que nos hemos encontrado.

Quizás se le puede hacer alguna reforma a las instalaciones. No es que le falte nada, sino que la decoración va quedando un poco desfasada, como las vidrieras en el salón comedor.

Lovely place to relax

I liked the variety of food and there was good entertainment. All inclusive is nice, you can drink and eat as much as you like most of the day. The pool was nice and the scenery was great. The staff were polite and are doing a great job to be fair. Good for all types of people including kids.

On the tv only spanish channels which was disappointing. Also the app can be a bit confusing at the start and caused frustration while trying to get food, was disappointed that the range of restaurants are not all inclusive every nite.

Kept very clean and tidy all the time. Very big hotel with different swimming pools for all needs. Buffet offered large selection and varied each day.

People reserving sun loungers with towels and leaving them for hours to ends this isn’t policed at all. So you end up doing the same to avoid being left with no space where you want to be. Only one warmed water pool, others were somewhat freezing…

景色も天気も良く、気温も暖かくて、暗い冬の北欧から陽に当たるためにそこまで行った目的をしっかりと果たすことができた。温水プール内でのエクササイズ（アクアビクス、アクアバイク）で体を動かすことができたし、プールサイドでのエンタテインメント（ビンゴやモヒートクラフト）も楽しむことができた。夜のエンタテインメント（上の広場でのABBAトリビュートバンド、下のレストラン前のライヴなど）を楽しむことができた。 Bahia Principeオリジナルのダンスも面白かった。エンタテインメント専門スタッフがイヴェントを盛り上げてくれていて、大変楽しむことができた。Baby、Klevin、ありがとう！オールインクルーシヴゆえ、ほとんどの飲み放題・食べ放題で良い。清掃スタッフの仕事が丁寧で、ホテルエリア内は綺麗に保たれていた。

ティナ・ターナーのトリビュートシンガーが当日キャンセルになったのは残念。部屋の中でのWi-Fi接続が不安定。 4泊しているうちの1回しか利用できないアラカルトレストランの予約が埋まっていて、直前キャンセルが出たので利用できたけど、危うく全てバフェレストランでの食事になりそうだった。

Серьёзная проблема транспортировки. Такси мы ждали 2 часа. Страшно заказывать такси в аэропорт из гостиницы. Сотрудники отеля говорят мы не отвечаем за это. Нет консиержа, если такси даже приходит то не разбериха. Другие могут забрать ваше такси поскольку водители не всегда помнят номер комнаты.

Struttura bella e con tutti i servizi necessari, ottimo poter mangiare e bere ad ogni ora del giorno tra i ristoranti e bar uno restava sempre aperto anche la notte, l'impostazione è per soddisfare i numerosi turisti inglesi e tedeschi, meno adatto allo stile italiano, in ogni caso questo è lo standard di quasi tutte le strutture di Tenerife.

Noi siamo stati ad inizio dicembre e purtroppo si poteva utilizzare la sola piscina centrale che era riscaldata, mentre le altre due e la bellissima con vista oceano e idromassaggio erano giacciate e non utilizzate, sicuramente in altri mesi con il caldo tutto è perfetto.

Un hotel perfecto para descansar en familia

Un hotel fantástico, un personal de 10, las piscinas estupendas, la comida variada y rica, mención especial al equipo del kids club (mi hija de 8 años no había día que no pidiera ir) He visto malos comentarios sobre la limpieza, nosotros no vimos nada mal es un hotel bastante grande y a todas horas veías personal de limpieza por la zona de piscinas, interiores… personal de mantenimiento pintando fachadas, cambiando bombillas. La verdad que un 10.

Me ha gustado todo muchísimo pero si tengo que poner un pero sobre todo sería que los suelos resbalan bastante, en la zona de piscina sobre todo es un poco incómodo porque algún resbalón das. Y otra cosa que es una tontería pero por decir un algo es que el snack bar de la piscina es en la infinity así que si estás en la otra tienes que bajar hasta ahí a por algo de picar, tiene variedad de cosas para tomar pero yo creo que más centrado a extranjeros (burger, perrito, pizza, patatas….) he echado de menos encurtidos y cosas así más de picoteo entre comidas Pero la verdad que me ha encantado la estancia en este hotel

În cele 8 zile mâncarea la micul dejun și prânz a fost la fel. Gălăgie în fiecare zi incepand cu ora 7-8 de femeile de curățenie. Mizerie ( gandaci), bautura/apa/suc doar la dozator. A fost un sejur ratat. Mucegai la cada. La hotel de 4 stele a trebuit sa iti cari singur bagajele pe o distanță foarte mare(receptie-camera)

Ideaal hotel voor wie van een All In vakantie houdt in een rustige omgeving.

Alles heel netjes en proper, en meerderheid van het personeel was heel vriendelijk. Ideaal hotel voor wie van een all in vakantie houdt in een rustige omgeving met lekker eten en afwisselende buffetten. Alle faciliteiten waren op het Resort aanwezig, inclusief Apotheek , wasserette en winkeltjes, zodat de afwezigheid van bars/restaurantjes en winkeltjes in de nabije omgeving van het hotel niet nadelig was. Zowel de kamers als de tuin met de zwembaden geven een heel ruimtelijk gevoel waardoor je nooit de indruk krijgt dat het er superdruk is.

De heel harde matrassen zijn niet altijd even comfortabel (zelfs met topper). De handdoekenservice is zeker een pluspunt alleen jammer dat er geen actie ondernomen wordt tegen handdoekenleggers die vanaf 8u00 hun stoel en parasol reserveren en dan pas na de middag aan het zwembad verschijnen en de muziek in de poolbar om 7u15 's morgens is ook niet nodig. Wifi was niet altijd even stabiel zodat de app met alle info over het hotel niet altijd werkte.
