El apartamento esta muy bien, con buen trato pero deberian avisar si van a ir a la casa a realizar cualquier tipo de tra

Hay cosas q estan rotas un frifo de un baño embellecedores de enchufes y hay veces que aparecen trabajadores de la casa sin avisar a regar o a realizar mantenimiento de la piscina

Private pool with a view

Very roomy, spacious, clean villa. Beautiful pool and amazing views.

I would recommend getting a car to get around as uber/taxi is very expensive out there and quite hard to get. It is way too teep a walk especially in the heat as the villa is located up on a height. Car rental is very cheap and there is plenty of room for parking at the villa.

Lovely property, lovely host, helpful and quick response for any questions when staying. Clean villa, 10-20 mins away from Siam park, aqua park and Loro parque. Would return, loved our stay here 💖

Family holiday

The view was really nice from the day until the sun went down. The location was quiet and you definitely need a car, a car port at the villa (shaded) Had 2 bbqs and a warm pool, and kids loved to spend day in it, had a nice size table outside, was great for all meals

Amazing villa with views and good equipment, I would only suggest it for 6-7 people.

It is a great place with amazing views, very spacious and comfy. The pool even in March got warm enough to swim and it was super nice. Kitchen is well equipped. There is sufficient amount of bathrooms which is great. Car is necessary and there is place for 2 cars. Beach is 10min drive. Huge sofa is a great plus.

I only have to say that this place is not comfortable and suitable for 10 people. There is a bottom part, basically under the pool, which all smells like moist and mold. We did not sleep there at the end. Then there is 3 bedrooms in the upper part, one with sofa which is okay for 1 person. Therefore, I would say this place is the most suitable and comfy for a great stay of 6-7 people. However, if you are fine with finding solutions and ready to find compromises, the villa itself is huge and can accomodate a lot of people.

a nice villa with a great time, but with some setbacks that require attention.

The pool was super warm, heated with a heatpump 24/7. It’s a convenient and nice villa with breathtaking views. It had lovely canaries in a birdcage, barbecue, tvs and a fully equiped kitchen. Welcoming staff was very polite/friendly/helpful.

However we were here in the begining of February and there are a few things to point out. The living room is heated via an aircon, however it does not warm up any of the rooms, and the rooms have 18’C. There were two ceramic heaters avialble but obviously not for all three bedrooms. Then the rooms, there are three queensize bedrooms in the the house, and then there is a separate apartmant under the pool/terrace which has a smaller two person bed, an aircon and a kitchen for an estranged cousin, and is basically unusable due to the pool machineroom noise (filter pump and heat pump), so if you are two families (we were two families of 4) be prepped for some compromises, this fact should be better revealed im the villa description. Also things arent that well maintained, the toilet in the master bedroom needs magic touch to flush, the shower causes a flood to the carpet, kitchen doesnt have a useful knife or sharpener, and there’s many details indicating a refurbishment attention. However we’ve had a beautiful time, and would recommend the property anyway.

Exceptional

The villa was superb and the layout excellent being mainly on one level. The photos didn't do it justice. Everything was spotless and the views were magnificent. The location is in Roque del Conde which is not close to amenities, but we knew that before we booked. We used taxi's to get around and a taxi to the nearest largest supermarket was around 7 euros. If all you want to do is chill and enjoy being with family in a fantastic villa then this is the place for you.

The property was spotless, the pool and views were unbelievable. Very safe neighbourhood, plenty of towels for showers & poolside. Fully kitted out kitchen plus 2 BBQs.

Only one wall mounted air con unit in the villa.

Clean modern villa with amazing views and facilities! Watch out for those cameras!

Clean, modern villa with good facilities, amazing views and easy check in process. Located up the hill in Adeje so need a car to get about, but no issue for us. Had off street secure parking.

A deposit was requested in cash when we arrived which we didn’t know anything about and wasn’t on the arrival instructions. despite getting there cash the next day it was never actually collected. Also had security cameras throughout the house even in the bedroom! We closed the sliders on them but still felt a bit uncomfortable with them potentially invading our privacy.

Amazing - we loved it and can’t thank you enough for all your help!

Villa Sara was beautiful - the views from the property are incredible. The villa had a really nice layout - very spacious and worked well for our group. The pool is great - it being heated was a real bonus as we went in October and it would have been a bit too cold if it wasn’t heated. The garden and plants are very well maintained.

This wasn’t a big deal but there were a couple of things that needed fixing e.g. the gate to the driveway didn’t automatically open so we had to get out and manually open it, the parasol was broken, one of the knobs on the bbq. Not big things at all but could do with fixing. We hadn’t quite picked up either that one of the bedrooms is in a separate annex - this was fine for us but something to be aware of if you have children with you.

A week away in paradise!

I cannot explain enough how good this villa is! Firstly, it's huge and absolutely beautiful! The pool & views are incredible and there are so many great features including a BBQ + smart TV. The host was extremely friendly and was in touch to help with any issues. The garden is tranquil and rooms very large. I came with a group of 7 friends and we loved waking up in paradise every morning.

Nothing - The villa is quite out of the way so you do need a car or to be prepared to get taxi's to and from but taxis are only around €10 to the main strips. Other than that, I have absolutely no complaints.

Villa Sara top notch

Beautiful house and very well organized for a group of 10/12 people. Each room has a reference bathroom and everything is well cleaned. There are two barbecue for grilling, heated pool, solarium, washing machine and everything you need to eat with friends. Vincenzo is very helpful and kind. Everything is perfect. Highly recommended for a group vacation!

Location 10 Min far from the sea, you need to have a car. Perfect for those who do not want to find themselves in the middle of the huddle of las americas. A ten minute drive to playa del duque, beautiful.

Amazing villa with picture perfect views.

Perfect property for a relaxing week away in Tenerife! The views from the heated pool and living space were spectacular! Would defiantly consider this property again on another visit.

Excellent stay!

It’s a wonderful villa. Everything is clean and hygienic. Outside is a nice swimming pool (32 degrees for autumn and winter seasons) and a tropical garden with different places to relax. Vincenzo is a very nice host and owner of the villa. He is very helpful and kind to his guests.
