Really enjoyed our stay

It is a well situated apartment for Porto Colon and Playa Fanabe. There are two pools, plus a children's pool. We were there in October and there were always sun loungers available. The apartment itself is in very good order and has all the facilities you require. We were met on arrival with the keys and on checking out, the owner arrived at the time requested and our deposit was returned.

Only down side to the stay, was the rest of the complex is looking a little tired. Not sure but I think it was a hotel complex at one point but now appears to have people either doing long term rentals or owners living there full time, not an issue but you don't get the usual holiday feel. Not a big issue but having stayed at both Sunset Harbour and Sunset Bay, both nearby they have nicer communal area's.

Lovely apartment, quiet area

We liked the location of the property. Personally, I was totally impressed by the interior as others mentioned it in their reviews. It created such a nice atmosphere in the property. Our host was great, no problems at all. Property was well-equipped, sugar, oil in the cupboard. Host provided a glass of wine and a can of beer as a welcome gesture. Property is located in a quiet area, only rubbish collection was noisy some days early in the morning. Loads of towels provided for showers and beach towels as well. Not particularly property-related but we only found out on our last but one day that there were loads of used books at the reception (we took a side gate most of the time), which were free to take or exchange :)

Maybe, provide more toilet rolls for longer stays (we had two or three rolls for three of us for 12 days).

A little gem.

Location, cleanliness, price. WiFi good. Friendliness of the host Oleg.

No British TV, although there was YouTube. Apart from that you couldn’t fault this apartment.

Really enjoyed this, definitely reccomend.

Perfect location with beautiful beaches nearby, nice terrace where you can eat, new kitchen and bathroom. Mr Oleg is very friendly and willing to help with everything.

Maybe an extra blanket would be nice :)

Arrived for checkin was met by owner showed us to apartment ,very clean , had everything you need for a holiday was even left a bottle of water and a bottle of wine . Will definitely book again was close to bars and restaurants and in the area we love

Our stay in this apartment at Orlando was excellent.

Property was spotless, everything you would need was supplied and the air con was fantastic. Very comfortable. Oleg, the host, was very professional and couldn’t ask any more of him.

Superb

Great apartment, location is in silent place but 5 min walk distance to restaurant street and beach. The swimming pool is available from 10 to 21, cafe on territory during the day The apartment itself is very nice (like a boutique hotel). All available (except the dishwasher), i mean really all.

Time by time you may feel the smell of trash storage on terrace, but it happened rear and reandomly. Terrace haven't sun protection cover.

Fantastic secure holiday accommodation in the heart of Adeje

The location was ideal and the sense of security. Fob to get onto the complex, safe feeling on site. Gym within a 2 minute walk, offering special rates for holiday makers. Secure pool area, secure area for the kids pool, only accessible with a card provided by the owner. Close to recycling points, short walk to beach and bars, short walk to San Eugene shopping centre. Very very clean. Large apartment, with modern facilities. Cooker, microwave, washer etc. The host was very welcoming and gave us a full tour of the property, he also organised to collect us on our last day and take us to the airport for a set fee.

Apartment is very comfortable and has all household appliances - like washing machine, oven, coffee machine, cooking utensils. Location is also great, Adeje is much more pleasant that Los Christianos or Los Americas

- There was no detergent, no shower gel, no oil for frying etc. Should each guest buy them for few days of staying to use the amenities in the apartment, then use only small part and leave the rest? - I've specifed the arrival time at 16.00 and it was confirmed by the host, but before our arrival host was not responding to messages and was not in the facility, so we had to wait for him for ~40min

Apartament in a very good location.It very quite.Clean and modern.Location absolutely amazing. Landlord Oleg very friendly,transfer he suggested was so helpful. Pools clean not overcrowded.Air condition big and done job perfect. It was nice to relax in patio. Kitchen 100 % we found all nessesary equipment. Really can recommend it,we would like to come back again.

Lovely place

Apartment is georgeous, exactly like in the pictures. Very clean, you have many appliances, washing machine, cleaning supplies. The balcony is beautiful and you can see the sea. It felt very secure, even still it had a small safe. There is pool and small cafe sells drinks and food right inside the complex. The owners are really nice welcoming people, they accomodated me running late to my check out, which was already late in the evening and showed everything around.

Excellent apt + very nice hosts. I would try to stay here again for sure when I return to Tenerife.

- Apt is in a quiet block away from the noise of the main strip so no issues being woken up at night. - Modern apt, spotlessly clean and bright. Nice sea view from balcony, Comfortable bed. Wifi excellent. - Location is great. 5 mins walk to shops and bars. 10mins to a good beech. - Fitness facilities: The pool in the complex is big enough for doing lengths, Excellent gym in the adjoining building. They have flexible options for visitors. Squash + Tennis courts are within walking distance -15mins. - The host arranged the airport transfers so that saved a lot of lime.

No negatives! Just to note the aircon can be a little noisy at night so I turned it off and kept the window open (as there was no noise in the apt block). One thing I'd like to see is a smoke alarm in the bedroom - In Ireland this is a strict requirement but maybe not the same in Spain.

The flat was really good, the balcony was huge and the swimming pool looks good. The host were super nice and friendly, I want to return to this place again.

For me the only bad thing is that wasn't a parking place inside the building, not that big deal since it has a free parking place outside few meters away.
