Chambre et hotel comfortable et rapport qualité/prix correct

Les lits très confortables, l'accessibilité de jour comme de nuit, la chambre spacieuse avec la théière. Service au petit dej impeccable.

Le petit dejeuner manque d'options ; la douche manque un peu de propreté.

Le personnel, la propreté des chambres et l’emplacement était impeccable.

Il n’y avait pas de room service pour le petit déjeuner, c’était vraiment contraignant de toujours descendre au restaurant pour prendre le petit déjeuner

Je ne réserverai plus cet Hôtel.

Pas de buffet continental. Petit déjeuner à 8 heures et pas une minute avant.

Parking sous caméras mais non sécurisé avec entrée et sortie très aisées et notamment le vendredi ou la barrière d'entrée avec code, est restée relevée plus d'une heure. Pas de bar et personnel (1personne) peu serviable les 2 jours.

A great stay and wished we had stayed at least another two days to fit everything in.

The continental breakfast was excellent. Staff very helpful and would definitely recommend the hotel . It was very conveniently situated and we thought Caen was a great destination. The centre of Caen felt very safe, clean and a multitude of cafes and bars and a great vibe. Also for visiting Normandy beaches a great location.

Perhaps more tea and milk on the tray with cups, but that does not detract from a very good hotel

Good enough

With that price, I expected an average hotel and it was good. Comfy bed, a small and clean room and bathroom. Nothing too fancy but good enough.

EV chargers are too expensive (especially for PHEV vehicles). The Aircon on the corridors was freezing.

Comfortable bed and good pillows. Good shower. Good wifi. Good location close the flat space for running - was essential for me (track around the hippodrome).

No tea facilities in the room.

Stayed a couple of nights to have a rest from driving and explore Caen.

Clean & easy to get to with good parking available

Quite a walk into the city centre and were not overly impressed with the quality of food in the resturant For the cost of the meal, we expected better.

Very clean and amazingly organized. We got the ferry into Caens at 10pm but the hotel had given us codes so that we could get to our room via the night entrance.

Room simple but clean

Arrived after a long drive at 9.30pm to be told the bar had closed meaning we had to travel away from the hotel to a bar. Not what I expect in a hotel.

The hotel was clean and correct. It has a private parking, which was a good thing. The beds were very comfy.

The hotel's restaurant was closed, and considering the remote location, it was an inconvenient.

Great base to explore the Normandy area

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel was on the edge of a nice neighborhood about a 30 minute walk to the center of town. The restaurant at the hotel had wonderful food. We also tried the Pizza Bus just across the street for a lighter meal and a few smaller grocery stores within a 10 minute walk to get a sandwich or snack. Plenty of free parking spaces and spots to charge electric cars too. We stayed here 4 nights as a base to explore Normandy and it was perfect for that.

Adequate. Had to go find somewhere to get a drink and something to eat before 6.30pm.

Warm and clean hotel. Staff friendly.

We could not get a drink of any kind when we arrived after travelling. Bar was closed and the restaurant did not open until 6.30pm so we could not get a snack or a meal before we had to be somewhere at 7pm. Disappointed as we booked this hotel as it had a bar and restaurant.

Superb accommodation and delightful staff.

Lovely hotel with beautiful decor. Great location and WiFi. Very friendly and professional staff. Although we didn't eat in the restaurant, we did have a drink there. It looked great and we would probably eat there next time.

We found the mattress hard.

Price/quality is good.

The breakfast is great and the staff is too. We had problems with our first room being too noisy and it was not a problem to change it. The location is good for doing sightseeing tours around Caen. We went for example to Omaha beach from here. Parking is also good.

The hotel is a bit noisy. If you want to visit the Centre of Caen the walk is a bit far.
