Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis mit netten Gastgebern

Das Homestay überzeugt mit einem super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Unser Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Man hat einige Gebrauchsspuren an den Wänden und im Bad gesehen, aber die haben uns nicht gestört. Im Zimmer bekam man vom Straßenlärm nahezu nichts mit. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und waren immer bemüht, uns Empfehlungen zu geben. Sie sprechen auch ein bisschen Englisch. Die Lage des Homestays war für uns perfekt. Es liegt ein wenig außerhalb des Touristenzentrums. Wir waren über Ostern da und haben nur sehr wenige Touristen auf der Straße gesehen. Zu Fuß ist man aber in weniger als 15 Minuten auf der Bui Vien Walking Street oder in ca. 20 Minuten bei der Ho Chi Minh Statue. In der Umgebung des Homestays befinden sich dennoch viele Geschäfte, Restaurants und Streetfood Stände. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und haben direkt noch um eine weitere Nacht verlängert.

Zwischen 2 und 6 Uhr nachts ist das Homestay geschlossen. Man kann aber die Gastgeber anrufen und wecken. Dann öffnen sie einem trotzdem die Tür. Das mussten wir einmal in Anspruch nehmen, was uns etwas unangenehm war.

Everything was nice, but the AC needs to be fixed in one of the rooms.

The staff was very sweet and accommodating. They invited us to a Lunar New Year party. Unfortunately, we were too tired, but it was a lovely gesture. They waited up late for our arrival. The location is very practical. The internet worked well.

Room one needs the AC fixed. It really didn't work and could get quite uncomfortable. It was kind of hard to explain to them. I would have given it a higher score, otherwise.

Für ein paar Tage völlig ausreichend.

Nur wenige Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt, freundliche Gastgeberin.

Abends kommt man nicht in die Unterkunft und man muss klopfen bis einer kommt. Etwas laute Umgebung durch zentrale Lage. Zimmer für eine Familie etwas zu Klein.

the property had a real homey feel to it and the host is absolutely lovely! Air con was good in the room also,

the wifi connection wasn’t great at times, and the noise from other guests and family can be difficult. there isn’t many plugs to charge your electronics.

Really good location and value for money!

The homestay was really nice and location was excellent. As a vegan there were a ton of vegetarian restaurants near by! The owner was a really sweet lady and we ended up extending our stay for 3 more nights. Would absolutely recommend!

The best homestay

Everything was more than amazing. The family running it couldn't be kinder. A lovely lady and her son, who are there all the time and really go out of the way to help you as much as possible. I had such a lovely time. It's also super clean and comfortable, the location is great and it's really good value for money - I hope to come back soon.

Clean room, exceptional wifi. The location on a tiny quiet street, but close to the center of the city. Ling was very kind and helpful! Air conditioning was working!

some people might not like the climbing, as this is a 6 story hotel. But the more you climb, the nicer is the view you get!

It was clean and easy to get around from there. The family was helpful when we asked questions.

Our check-in was not very warm, just handed us the key and told us to go up to the room. Our air conditioning wasn’t working and we were on the seventh floor so it was quite hot. They offered to have someone come and clean it so it may work better but our room was so small we didn’t want the dust to be all over our bed and stuff. We ended up leaving the windows open at night and staying out all day.

We had an excellent 1-week stay at this property! Loved everything about it. The host was like a Vietnamese mama to us 😁. Very warm, welcoming, accommodating and kind. She invited us and the other guests for dinner one night. We all had awesome local food and good times getting to know each other. She spent so much time preparing all the food for us simply because it brings her so much joy. She even made special vegetarian options for the guests who didn't eat meat. It truly felt like being around family, so I would highly recommend to those travelers who've been on the road for quite some time and are missing those warm, communal vibes. Also, the next morning she prepared breakfast for us completely free of charge. (Although it's not always easy to communicate with her due to the language barrier, it's so impressive that she learnt English in just about 3 months by using Google translate). Very inspiring and impressive lady The location is also very good. Can walk to pretty much all the points of interest. The place is also a bit tucked away from the main road so it's really not loud despite it still being only aviut 3 min walk from one of the main streets, which is very convenient.

Nice, simple and well located place for a few nights

The hosts very extremely friendly and helpful. The room was simple but clean and comfortable.

The 4 ppl room in the first floor has a glass door and is facing the staircase. Acoustically speaking you're basically sitting in the reception area which is a bit annoying as there is always some ppl coming and going at night.
