Outside environment

One villa had a musty smell and cockroaches were crawling about. The cottage bathrooms were substandard

No water....

The ocean was amazing.

There was no water/ alternate water supplied at the accommodation for the duration of our stay. This resulted in us making many trips to the Margate Spar for our own. There wasn't any bin cleanup, which then allowed the monkeys to run crazy with the contents of the bin, which, unfortunately, was at the entrance to our accommodation (see pic). There were insufficient drinking glasses. No knife sharpener or chopping board, which extended our food preparation time.

The peaceful environment and the friendly staff

The Villas bathroom ceiling was black with mould. The sliding windows were stiff from lack of maintenance

Very good

The villa's are very clean and has all the facilities we needed in the kitchen. Loved the pool area , the view is amazing, the pictures don't do justice to the place, the villa's are very beautiful, really exceeded my expectations

When there's loadsheding there are no emergency lights or candle's provided, we had to use cellphone torches because of that

Won't return to this unit but will consider units on the lagoon side which seem better maintained

Noisy location golf course ground staff and highway noise. Contractors working next door

Quality of the unit poor - mildew, broken stuff, door handle pulls off etc. As a previous homeowner very disappointing

The location was convenient and house has sufficient rooms

I have couples issues. First being the security staff at the front gate are alittld unfreindly. The key i received did not have tag and I was informed that i should go through but the security didn't want to allow us to go through immediately. This is not our problem if i was not provided a tag on getgo. Second the rooms had alot of lizards and bugs and it had a musty smell, please can the owner prioritize the pest control before anyone stays on the premises.

Outside light in the balcony did not work Dead coakroaches in bedding with eggs Cockroaches in the cupboards and kitche Didn't get help from main desk Also A drunk man from the beach restaurant kept on interfering with the kids which made us pack up Restaurant staff had no control over their customers

The facilities at the resort are exceptional. Beaches were clean and safe.

The villa needs attention. The bathrooms definitely need to be refurbished and are not wheelchair friendly. Pictures of the kitchen posted on the site are not accurate. Kitchen is nothing like the pictures.

Good

Loved the resort and the facilties. The villa was in desperate need of maintenance, and the kitchen utensils were poor.

The bottom bedroom and bathroom flooded. The lights out on the deck did not work at all...bulbs needed replacing. The air conditioner in the bottom bedroom did not work at all. The showers in all the bathrooms leaked all over the floor.

Very massive complex . It's like a small city Very spacious rooms and lounge.

Very nice place to stay but the weather was not good for swimming and Outdoor

The beds were fine but pillows and duvets were not very comfortable

Short and Sweet.

Brilliant Views of the golf course. The outside seating area and braai area is great.

Place is great, but the unit requires a revamp from the kitchen to the bedroom to the bathrooms. The second bedroom door doesnt close. The electrical installation needs to be looked at, as some of the lights were not in working order.
