Its location is one of its strong points, being on the seafront of Camps Bay. My room had a balcony. I had a beautiful view of the sea from the room and the balcony. The room and attached bathroom were excellent. Breakfast, included in my booking, was sumptuous. There is a terrace overlooking the sea, attached to a cozy bar-cum-dining room. The terrace had a small kiddies' pool. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were curio shops, restaurants, and a small supermarket close by.
Cannot think of anything.

Amazing views of Camps Bay, especially sunset - unrivalled views from the terrace out front.
The decor was beautiful and the place spotless.
The staff were all amazing, we particularly enjoyed our chats with Andrew who was informative and helpful but everyone was so lovely!

I loved our room it was so clean and big, the staff was friendly and helpful. The bonus is that it is right next to the beach you just walk there and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Thank you booking.com

We loved the decor. We had a classic suite and it was fantastic, like an apartment. very modern and comfortable. the bed was amazing and Netflix in the TV was a great bonus as we wanted a relaxing night at the end of our king and busy trip.
It was quite hard to find and there were no signs to show where it was off the side street. The entrance to the building was a bit manic with men doing construction and we weren’t sure what sort of a place we were entering. Security staff were a little rude as we tried to park in the awkward steep hill parking and could’ve been more helpful. Breakfast menu could be better with more options.

The location is unbelievable for Camps Bay and Clifton and is such close proximity to the beach, bars and restaurants. Staff were amazing and the decor was beautiful. Rooms were very spacious and had excellent views out over the ocean.
Parking spaces were limited but you could park easily on the road. Load shedding was annoying but the hotel accommodated it so well with battery powered lamps and lights.

The bed was very comfortable and the view was breathtaking.
The bathroom/shower was a tiny bit small but not a real inconvenience.

location was excellent,
standards where average, our friends had bath rodeos in their room, we didn’t, we had a coffee maker they didn’t, not enough beach towels available, bar made no wine wine or Rose wine for our 2 days which is poor,

The location was amazing. right on the beach but far enough away to not be in the noisy area. views are just breathtaking. Table mountain behind and beach in front.
it’s personal touches are just lovely, so much better than a big faceless hotel.
staff are on hand 24/7 and are all just lovely. Andrew who greeted us made us feel welcome and settled us in straight away.
this is a personally run guest house that is a little gem.
will definitely be back but hope to grab a sea view room, worth the upgrade.
nothing (although for some older people the mats could do with being secured to the floor)

The location was the best part of Primi SeaCastle
The signage to get to the hotel was very limited.
The room 2 which we had was at the back of the property with no view what's so ever. For over R3000 per night I dont think we received value for money.
There is also no generator at the hotel.
There was no water provided in the room. So we opened one bottle of sparkling water.
Upon leaving they then wanted to charge us for 3 bottles of water? I pushed back and the staff were not too happy that I was disputing the fact that I only opened one bottle.

Great spacious room and fantastic breakfast with a view of Camp's Bay Beach. We couldn't have had a better stay. the staff was the most friendly and accommodating we had during our 3 week ZA trip!

The whole team is so warm and friendly, we felt at home and taken care of. Especially Andrew was a lovely host:) The place is beautifully decorated and smells so nice. The view from our balcony is amazing! The location is great: opposite the hotel is a beautiful beach with rocks (large pebbles) where you can sit on top of, an amazing experience and viewpoint. And a 10 minute walk and you have the best view of the mountains and beaches. Also a short walk to the promenade with restaurants and bars and supermarkets.
Since it's close to the promenade and it's a party area, there's loud music and party people. But it didn't bother us that much (use ear plugs and you're fine). Since there is an electricity shortage during some hours of the day, that creates some inconvenience considering eating options and the use of electronic devices.
