Le cadre est simplement sublime, prêt de la ville (accès direct en 2 minutes sans le bruit de la ville.. Le restaurant magnifique. La literie est parfaite. Chambre spacieuse, la salle de bain au top. Piscine jacuzzi hammam. J'ai tout aimé. Mes félicitations au chef pour le repas digne des semi gastronomique, un régal . Le personnel de l hotel parfait toujours le sourire et très réactif. Je reviendrai.

Good location
We were given a room in the Tower which sounds nice but it wasnt. It's literally a tower with 3 levels connected by suspended open tread staircases. Couch and desk on first floor, bath on second, and bedroom on 3rd so there was a lot of climbing. Really dangerous going to bathroom in middle of night, and light switches are bizarre and difficult to use. Last night there, the AC unit leaked about a liter of water on the 3rd floor stair landing and I nearly slipped on it...had to mop up water at 2 am so we wouldn't slip on the stairs! No wonder the bellman brought our luggage and deposited it on the 1st floor.. he didn't want to drag those heavy bags up to the bedroom ( don't blame him!). I imagine the rest of the hotel rooms are OK, but don't let them give you the Tower! The manager did warn us when checking in about the 3 floors, but we didn't realize how inconvenient, uncomfortable and hazardous this would be

The room has lot of space and good price. It is very nice hotel. Good location close to centre.
The pool is small. The fitness room still have a space for improvements.

Petit déjeuner plus qu’à la hauteur, aucune fausse note…je recommande fortement ce havre de paix et la bienveillance, l’amabilité du personnel.

L’établissement est très agréable, luxueux ! La piscine le padlle super! Les chambres sont très confortables! Le personnel est à l’écoute ! Je recommande les yeux fermés cet établissement ! Pour l’anniversaire de mon compagnon il ont décorer la chambre et offert du champagne !

Hoch über Andora gelegen, aber über den Garten und den Lift vom Parkhaus ist mann im nu im Städtchen - auch der Parkservice und die Freundlichkeit waren top - sehr gerne wieder :-)

Me encantó la habitación tan espaciosa, la comodidad de la cama, las increíbles vistas a la montaña, la distribución del baño, la variedad y calidad del desayuno buffet y la amabilidad de los empleados de recepción.
La calidad del embutido del desayuno ( jamón serrano, fuet, etc) es mejorable, echamos de menos un cava o un vino tinto en el buffet, quisimos tomar una copa a las 21h y no había nadie en la Patisserie, la persiana de la bañera hidromasaje estaba estropeada y no se podía subir. El primer día nos prepararon la habitación para dormir y el segundo no lo hicieron ni repusieton las amenities.

Everything was very nice
The only problem is the reservation of the sun beds on the pool side. Most of them where occupied with a towel but no one was there.

Great location (centre of the city), nice pool area, spacious rooms
Bad maintenance - our AC didn’t change temperature, the bath was broken.
Service wasn’t what you expect at a 5* at all. Forgot to respond to questions/asks, maintenance was called and didn’t fix the problem etc etc
