Good location, friendly staff, too much noise and basic supplies.

Breakfast was under stocked and many items missing at 9:00sm. I asked for pineapple, ham, eggs, juice, bread…all missing. I asked for 2 carafes of water in the room, none supplied. 10:00 check out is too early. Especially with breakfast being served until 10am.

Room with constant train noise snd church bells ringing. Breakfast not kept up with volume of guests.

Stunning location, helpful staff and wonderful spa facilities

Room with incredible views and balcony. Superb facilities including swimming pool and spa. The staff went out of their way to help us with bike hire and route planning.

Expensive for what you get

The wellness are was the only thing we could enjoy a bit

The staff at the reception was not welcoming or service oriented. We had a question one time and he said I’ll be back in a moment, what did he had to do? Go and take a cigarette, unacceptable to have such staff at your reception. When booking the hotel it was not clearly stated that it was a no-car area so our trip got complicated because I was highly pregnant. I contacted the location to cancel our trip because it would be stressful, but the location refused to cancel our stay. Disappointing that they don’t rty to be understanding. I booked this hotel because it had a kids playground as shown on the pictures. But When arriving there we found out that the kids playground was converted to a gym and the staff was like ohh well its not there anymore. In the end we decided to check out earlier that expected because of poor service and facilities. The value for the price we pay is not fair, room rate is way to expensive for what it is.

Made Switzerland come alive to stay in a hotel with great views, great accommodations and great staff.

Location was awesome but the help from the staff in making reservations etc. was outstanding. I am coming back!

Excellent location, a treat of a stay

Excellent location at the foot of the ski lift. Booked because it was dog friendly (although we didn’t then take the dogs). Excellent and plentiful breakfast, including Easter eggs for Easter weekend - a nice touch. Bonus that the spa is included.

Perfect stay with convenience

The location was perfect. Views were amazing. The housekeeping staff were polite and their hospitality was very good.

The property needs major renovation of the rooms and lifts etc. Also the breakfast needs improvement and addition of egg station is desperately needed.

Relaxing stay in excellant hotel.

Our rooms were upgraded. The location was excellant next the train station with views of the mountains and in the centre of the village. The hotel has excellant facilities including swiming pool and sauna as part of the package, good breakfast and friendly helpful staff.

De locatie is direct naast het treinstation (vanuit Lauterbrunnen de manier om in het autovrije Wengen aan te komen) . De receptionisten waren vriendelijk en informatief. Een duidelijk verschil met de rest van het personeel.

Slecht onderhouden en bezuinigd op personeel terwijl je de hoofdprijs betaalt. Ontbijt was beperkt. Het zwembad was in onderhoud (vooraf onbekend) maar een geluk omdat we konden zwemmen (en dineren) in een ander, beter hotel (Beausite Parkhotel).

Great place with very arrogant staff

My stay turned sour due to a disappointing encounter with one of your staff members, specifically the receptionist, a younger woman whose attitude was a disaster. (She was working on the Saturday 9th March) Upon arriving, I was met with a palpable air of arrogance that colored our interaction. The receptionist's demeanor was dismissive and almost rude, as if she couldn't be bothered to assist me properly. Even simple questions were met with short, unfriendly replies, showing a clear lack of the patience and professionalism you'd expect in the hospitality industry. Despite the comfortable amenities, the memory of the receptionist's attitude lingered, reminding me how crucial respectful and friendly customer service is. A warm welcome and helpful attitude can greatly enhance a guest's experience, while arrogance can quickly ruin it.

Beautiful area-decent rooms, expensive and hard to get to.

Beautiful area, slept a larger family.

It was extremely expensive. For the price we paid, I expected more. They advertise a pool but you have to pay extra to use it! The rooms were fine, nothing extraordinary and we didn't have any soap in the shower.

Comfortable and we had a wonderful time

Chef cook very attentive to ensure gluten-free dinner was made available and also some waiters made sure that there was gluten-free bread prepared (Thanks Tobias and Maria) ! The wellness area but pls also take care that the cold water tube is cold and the hot one is hot !

We had to get used to the change to a buffet dinner. Sometimes we felt a bit rushed to leave the dinner area sat the end of the evening.

The hotel provides everything for a perfect ski holiday. Location next to train station and cable car to the slopes is perfect. Also lockers for skies and spa after ski is great. The spa has a quiet room where it offers panoramic views of the valley, it is super relaxing to read a book after enjoying the spa. The restaurant pasta and more is very good too.

Game session could be a bit renewed, pool table was very old and football table was broken.

This is the best location hotel in Wengen which you can walk to train or cable car easily. view is great and they have a spa, a ski depot, and a decent restaurant.

nice location…unorganized wellness there are only policies but no check up

location/ good sauna and steamed room

the system of the wellness section was terrible. the naked zone were many small kids under 16 years old and many people were with cloths even. it’s naked zone. no control no check up the silent room for rest after sauna never have enough tea left and no one fill the new clean cup.
