Overall a very good stay.

Location, room and bathroom size, nice shower. The pool is beautiful and looks at the sea. They have curtesy flavored water during the day. The lobby is beautifully decorated, plenty of seating areas, nicely decorated.

We booked 2 double beds because we were 2 friends, but they gave us 1 king size and a small twin size bed. Also this room had no balcony privacy or view, over looked at the dining room, so the room was very dark, not natural light. When I came downstairs to change the room, the receptionist on duty, wasn’t very friendly and told us the hotel was full. I told her we paid months earlier for a different type. She changed us because the hotel wasn’t full as she said. Then asked for and extra key (2 people) and she immediately told us we would have to pay for it if we lost it. The other negative was the wifi, it doesn’t work continuously, and the tv was also having issues. I think that the fact they can’t respect the booking you paid for is bad. Breakfast was nice, eggs, fruit, bread and juice. The staff there was super nice and remember if you drank tea or coffee.

The rooms were clean, staff very friendly and the breakfast is great. The location is very convenient to walk and explore the Island is close to the ferry terminal and many restaurants and shop’s.

The only hotel to consider in town!

breakfast was thorough and even had an omlette on demand station. Fresh fruit and smoothie bar as well. The location of this hotel is perfect, walking distance to anywhere in the town of San Miguel. Could not ask for a better location.

we had asked for a room with a sea view but instead got a view of the Cinemax theatre, not the end of the world, but a better view would have been an improvement.

Lovely hotel in good location

Excellent location. 5 min walk from the ferry and close to lots of restaurants and bars. Lovely breakfast and good selection. We were greeted at check in with a drinks and towels. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was AWESOME!!!! The STAFF are amazing people who will go out of there way for you, they are so hard working and helpful. The location is near perfect with local restaurants and shopping within walking distance. We have been here 2 times and we already booked 7 days next year.

Pool was a bit warm, That is the only downfall other than that this place is AWESOME

It felt safe. It was clean.

Our flight was delayed very late and we could not make the ferry to get there on the first night. There were not accommodating with this despite the fact that it would have been cheaper for us to have cancelled the entire booking and rebooking there or somewhere else. So we paid the full price for that first night but did not stay there. This would not have resulted in a bad review on its own, but was a missed opportunity to impress us with service or show us that a nice hotel, as they aim to be, adds value through convenience. Again, we could and should have just cancelled for less money. The other business our lateness effected were very understanding and did not charge us anything. As we had missed the ferry we stayed at a cheaper hotel in playa del carmen that was actually much nicer in all of these ways and arriving here after that was such a disappointment. How was it disappointing? The facilities where just okay. The pool was small and closed very early. The breakfast was okay but something I would not have paid for if it cost money. Some (but a small minority) of the staff where just kind of casually unfriendly, one seemed very grouchy. The room itself was not necessarily small but just felt un spacious and the washroom / fixtures and such felt old. There was a patio but due to its design and the design of the hotel we did not, and I could not imagine anyone using it. It was just there so that units have patios.

I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again

Hearty breakfast that included waffles, made to order omelets, smoothies, fresh fruit, fruit juice, and friendly staff.

An ocean view room would have been better than street view, but the balcony was nice.

Our favorite place to stay in Cozumel

Perfect location close to town square and boat shuttle to Playa del Carmen. Breakfast buffet was very good, but not as extensive as in previous years. But there was still plenty to eat!!! Every hotel staff member was exceptional!

Would have preferred a firmer mattress - it was kind of saggy on the sides. Cruise ships dock close to the hotel and partially block the view.

Great location, facilities, and staff - everything you need!

This hotel provides everything you need for a fun vacation. The location is convenient to the central shopping and dining area of Cozumel. Every day starts beautifully with the breakfast, since the food is excellent and the staff is very friendly. Sinthia and Vicente became our friends! Frint desk personnel were all responsive and helpful, especially Gama.

Gamma is amazing. He took care of us late in day on Christmas. The hotel I stayed at flooded. He carried my 2 heavy suitcases up the stairs after checking me in. The escalator was broken..He was professional and composed. Highest remairks and rating for Gamma! Best beds in town!

Noise coming up in atrium 6 am preparing breakfast. Good thing I brought earplugs!

The hotel was ideally situated on the main road, with a nice view of the sea and any cruise ships docked for the day. It was above a 7 Eleven so nice and convenient. The pool was very small and there were just a few sun loungers but it had a very relaxed atmosphere. The room was clean and basic. The breakfast was buffet style. The hotel did not provide bottled water so bare in mind for breakfasts.
