El alojamiento es mejor que en las fotos, muy bonito, cómodo y el personal amable! Recomiendo viajar aquí

Location was great, room was great, shower was only okay (not much pressure). Someone was moving furniture somewhere that made a lot of noise, but it wasn't intolerable. A little bit of a language barrier with staff, but everyone was friendly.
No way to have coffee early in the morning. A coffee maker in the room would be great!

We had a large room in this Villa that is someone’s home. The Villa is beautiful. Nice garden with a pool. The breakfast was excellent and made to order. Very nice staff
There was only a security/doorman to let you in. The person who took payment and seemed to be “in charge “ was not on property. No explanation given when we arrived. Could be better procedures.

Value for money
This villa initially appears luxurious, but in reality, the level of maintenance and the abundance of collections and photos make it feel dated. The showers are old, poorly maintained, and not very clean. While the pool looks appealing from the outside, it's actually quite unpleasant and not clean—our children refused to swim in it. The food was very poor quality, and the staff didn't understand any English, so all the food ended up being thrown away. I'm puzzled as to who would give this place a good rating. The location isn't great either; it's quite far from the center of the island and requires a taxi for every trip into town.

We stayed in the Deluxe Room - Queen Bed
Room: The space was huge, very well furnished, basically a mini flat with a luxurious touch.
Hotel: Very Clean, with great common areas and pleasant swimming pool.
Location: quiet, the surroundings are a bit rough around the edges, shops are not that close but it was great for us as we had a car. You would depend on taxis if you do not have your own transport.
Bathroom - big and functional, however the finishing was definitely not in keep with the standards of the rest of the room. Water tends to spill out of the shower profusely.
Staff at the door - mixed standards. We can't say we did not like this aspect: some of the staff were incredibly helpful and understanding (10/10). However some others were very slow to help and did really struggle with the language or communicating (4/10)

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Segovia. The room was really spacious, had very comfortable beds and was very clean.
The property has a nice garden and swimmig pool which is of a very good size. My children and us loved all the parrots and birds around.
The breakfast was delicious.
Hugo, the receptionist gave us some excellent advice regarding local beaches and was always ready to answer questions.
Security is also very good.
We had a great time and would come back any time.
We like everything.

Charming, spotless, older hotel, well-maintained. Quiet location. Nice breakfast. Lovely balcony overlooking gardens and pool. Very helpful staff. Lots of space. Good wifi. Good streaming selection on wide-screen.
Sparsely staffed, only one chair in room, coffee pods didn't work in coffee maker.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. The staff being totally kind to an english speaking American. The birds bringing nature to the setting.
The location was slightly off the beaten path but wonderful to see how other people live in the adjacent neighborhoods by modest means. The park and local restaurants. People really nice.

The staff were exceptionally helpful. We had issues with our shower and they moved us to the other property right away. Deysi made us a beautiful breakfast every morning, she really added a special touch to our stay there.

pool, peaceful garden setting, friendly, accommodating staff (limited
English), nice breakfast, Alexa and smart tv in room, bed and linens very nice
at check-in, staffer tried to charge us an excessive fee for use of a charge card (not in our Booking.com quoted price); misleading description and photo of "kitchenette" in room (nothing but fridge, coffee maker, and a couple of coffee mugs); dogs barking across the street most nights (in our suite, facing the 45th Street); bathtub/shower needs repair and safety update

Very clean and comfortable space with spacious rooms and extremely comfortable beds. breakfast was delicious and the staff very helpful and friendly. Not right in the Center which is great when you want to stay a bit away from the crowds and the garden and pool are amazing to relax. Definitely recommend to stay here!

property is good, but is not the one showing here.
I make a reservation for the
property showed here and when arrived they told me I was in the wrong one, while the correct one was also nice and more convenient, what if was not the case?

The property felt like being in someone’s home. The breakfast was very good and a great start to the day.
Some travelers may not like the location as it is farther from the downtown. We found the location to be a plus.

Nice, big and clean room, very good breakfast, quite place, most odlf the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Just minor things: the coffee machine in the room and the next-to-bed lighting did not work they served just as decoration.

Very charming. The name speaks for itself: felt like we were staying at a large, well-appointed house. Away from the tourist bustle, which was nice. Very nice staff, helpful, but not too intrusive. The room was bigger than we expected. High, vaulted ceilings, which was very nice. Smelled and looked clean. Plenty of storage.
The beds weren't very comfortable. Strange, persistent noise at night, like a door slamming shut or something like that. We were charged an additional fee for using the credit card to pay for the stay, which wasn't expected. Breakfast was just ok, but it was free, so...

Me and some friends stayed over here during Christmas day. All seemed rather perfect at first: room was rather big and comfy, big and fluffy beds and a good reception. We needed a car so one was provided for us by the owner even though it was Christmas. This is where the problems started. It was raining quite a bit outside and we decided to go out anyway for a tour of Cozumel. Upon returning to the hotel, the car was missing the front plate. The owner then demanded we paid 1800 MXN for the replacement of the plate but we had a disagreement regarding who was responsible for the damage: we thought the plate fell off because not properly attached. We thought it was unlikely someone stole it since we didn’t stop anywhere where this could have easily happened. In any case the owner had us surrounded by her many security guards and even called the police just to coerce us into paying up. We finally “agreed” to pay up but when mentioning the fact that I’d do a bad review as a consequence of the whole ordeal, the owner went crazy and threw away the deal. We had to go the police station where we had to spent several hours to explain the whole situation to a judge, just because the owner’s ego was hurt. We almost lost another reservation because of this. Despite everything I need say that the service provided in the hotel was good enough and it’s a pity we had to end our stay on such bad terms, assuming no malicious intent by none of the parties involved.

immaculately clean and well presented. room was spacious and comfortable with all amenities. pool are was really nice with loungers and floaties. location is quiet which is not common for Cozumel which is why you are a 20 min walk from downtown. they have a rental car service for a good price and also provide transfers to ferry
a little confusion with staff members but nothing at all major
