Great family run place

Very nice people , good value, nice small pool and garden and good laundry service. We had a great time here as a family. Just a couple of blocks from the ferry and center of town

Bueno pero con detalles

El personal de recepción y limpieza muy amables y siempre resolvieron las necesidades que tuve. Camas muy cómodas y aire acondicionado excelente. Buena ubicación.

La piscina no estaba llena, no tuvo cocineta mi habitación. al cuarto le un poco de mantenimiento, y a las camas les falta sobrecamas. Domingo temprano muy ruidoso por hacer creo trabajos o el jardinero o el personal de limpieza afuera de los cuartos.

Good location, but need cleaning

Good location, 5-10 minutes walk to ferry terminal or city center.

Room for 4 people had almost no places to but our stuff/clothes. One place to hang youd clothes, but only 6 hangers. Las night my hobby got bitten by some bugs, so he had bitten marks a week later and they where. We did see no cleaning lady for the 3 night we stayd, even if we but the sighn please clean on our door as we were told.

The room was really spacious, the fridge was a great addition in the hot weather. Great to be able to relax by the pool. Staff were very attentive and friendly.

This hotel is in a great location. The people that work there are as nice & accomdating as can be. The pool area is very nice. People that were staying there at the same time we were, were very nice & fun. I had 4 cockroaches in my room over the 2 week period & I've never had cockroaches in any of the hotels I've stayed at in Cozumel before. My family member had a rat eat through the bathroom window screen & the rat had a party in their bathroom. If it werent for the bugs & a rat, I would stay there again. They do have cats that I sure help with the rodents issues.

Small swimming pool, they offer bikes and scooters (via external party), front desk is available all of the time. Water tank

Quiet location with pool few steps from the city center

Quiet location, nice pool, big room with a big bed, staff agreeded to keep our luggage before the check-in, fast wifi, everything was perfect

neighbors were quite noisy at night in the common area by the pool so the staff could have ask them to keep it quiet

Great hotel in cozumel

Very friendly and helpful staff, big and comfortable rooms, big bathroom with warm water showers. Bicycle and motorcycles available for rent. Overall great stay close to the town center and the dock. The hotel has a pool and provides bottled water.

Good stay in Cozumel

The location was great, near the centre of the action but in a quiet area 5 mins walk away. The check in was smooth and efficient. The caretaker and staff were friendly. The assisted us with laundry and hiring a scooter. The room was large and clean.

There was no hot water. There was some confusion as to where I was allowed to park my scooter. I was instructed to park it Inside and then another staff member said not.

good value hotel

- good central location - good value - staff were friendly - there are 3 good breakfast places on the same street - good air con - large sized rooms

I know it’s a very affordable hotel , but still they need to improve the rooms. The curtains had holes , the shower had some rust … but it’s a good price nonetheless so I don’t want to complain. in general Cozumel is a very expensive island and is over priced so we chose this because it was cheap , not expecting luxury.
