À renouveler dès que possible.

C'est la deuxième fois que nous séjournons au Ruzzini. Nous apprécions la situation de l'hôtel, centrale, idéale pour les balades dans Venise tout en étant au calme. Le bâtiment est exceptionnel, sa décoration magnifique et le personnel de l'hôtel est parfait. Ils savent répondre à toutes vos questions et vos attentes.

Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel für einen Venedig Aufenthalt.

Die Lage mitten in Venedig ist natürlich bereits alleine eine gute Bewertung wert. Hinzu kommt dieses gepflegte Hotel mit nettem Personal und einem reichhaltigen Frühstück. Alles ist zu Fuss sehr gut erreichbar und sogar mit dem Boot kann man an der Rückseite das Hotel betreten. Das Zimmer hat einen historischen Style mit integriertem modernen Badezimmer.

Beim Frühstück wäre es schön, wenn die Tische abgeräumt werden, an denen keine Gäste mehr sitzen. Ansonsten ist alles wunderbar.

Schönes historisches Hotel mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in der Nebensaison.

Historisches Ambiente, großartige Lage, schöne Räume - gerade auch der Salon im 1. Stock. Sehr freundliche Portiers, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet.

Dusche war für einen großen Menschen eher unpraktisch, mit viel Überschwemmung. Bar nicht sonderlich gemütlich.

Fantastic hotel all round especially the guys on the front desk!

We loved the location as it was away from the chaos of the Grand Canal but you could still arrive by gondola to their private entrance. Such a wonderful way to arrive and depart!

Beautiful family room away from the crowds

It was a beautiful family room a short walk away from the hustle and bustle of Venice. We loved our view of the canals. They organized a water taxi tour that we enjoyed on our way back to the car.

We could not get the water taxi to take us directly to the hotel which started things off a bit rough.

Pretty good.

Location and decor were great. Nice quieter part of Venice but still close to the action.

Shower was functionally annoying to use. Just spayed horizontally across the room. Room was a tad small and a bit dark.

We were given a disabled room which was next to the reception with no sound proofing, so although the room was big between the reception and the canal didn’t get much sleep

Luxury hotel in the heart of San Marco. Highly recommend this place.

The location of this hotel was excellent. Close to everything in San Marco. The hotel and rooms were beautiful. The staff was so helpful and friendly, taking care of anything you needed. The room was quiet and air conditioning was very good. Luxury at its finest!

Wish we could have stayed longer in this hotel.

Super comfortable, convenient and friendly.

The location is perfect for exploring yet we didn't suffer any noise from outside. We were greeted warmly and with humour. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. The large bath and powerful shower pressure were perfect after a long day walking. The staff were incredibly helpful and even managed to get us tickets for a sold out concert for which we were very grateful. They also arranged a courtesy transfer to Murano which was an awesome experience at the glass blowing factory and there was no pressure to purchase. We were then left to explore Murano and make our own way back.

Would stay here again

Located on a nice piazza with a few restaurants, a nice caffe, and street vendors. Easy walk to Rialto Bridge, St Mark's Square, and overall good location. Front desk staff was friendly.

Amazing location, great staff and very comfortable bed.

Location was amazing. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The bed was incredibly comfortable and large.

Although I had booked a ground floor room I did not realise the door to our room was in the hotel lobby which was a little unsettling but still a great room. We would of loved an area in the square to sit and have coffee or wine as it is in such a wonderful location.

Great central hotel with fantastic staff

Gorgeous building in an excellent location close to main sights, but pretty quiet. Beautiful, stylish, comfortable, spacious room with great view over the piazza. Big bathroom with all facilities. Everywhere was clean and well-maintained, modernised but retaining the historical feel. Staff always helpful and friendly and gave good advice re sights, transport etc. They arranged a taxi service from the airport as we were arriving late - quite pricey but a special way to arrive at the hotel. There are 2 cafes in the piazza for a quick breakfast and numerous restaurants within a short walk.

There was nothing we disliked about Palazzo Ruzzini. It has everything you could want from a hotel in central Venice. Although we spent more than we usually would on a hotel it was worth every Euro.
