Its quite far from chaweng beach

A beautiful property with fantastic rooms and facilities
The location is a little further away from Chewang and main areas.

What a beautiful amazing pool villa/suite! We even got an upgrade for our honeymoon, and many thanks to Nora Buri management for that.
The suite had its private pool, wonderful view and right on the beach front!
Staff were all so friendly, helpful, and great. We thank every single person for all their help there.
Food I should add was very delicious with many choices to select from!
Nothing was not liked to be honest; perfect stay!

The privacy of the pool was amazing.
The room size was good.
The breakfast was good and have many choices.
The atmosphere is good for couples.
To have a better stay I recommend to have the private pool.
The bugs, but rare to have in the room because they have tools to eliminate most of them.

Laundry services are surprisingly high

Paradise in the rooms with private swimming pool, large bed, outdoor shower, own sun beds. Just perfect for a honeymoon. Staff were helpful, food was good. An amazing experience.
Great location on the hill but meant a cart was needed to go anywhere, which was slightly inconvenient. A taxi needed to go to a convenience shop. Breakfast food was okay but not spectacular.

Simply stunning. The setting. The staff. The room. The views. The food. 10/10.
4.0 / 5.0
The room, the breakfast and the staff.
The room could benefit from a renovation- especially the bathroom, to live up to the standards of a five star resort. Further, the beach in front of the hotel is not as it looks on the photos. We did not enjoy swimming. The hotel’s European restaurant was mediocre, we did enjoy the Thai restaurant on site.

A swimming pool at the hillside pool villa is big and very nice.
Too far away from other happenning areas. Wouldn't work without a vehicle.

Swimming pools were great and the rooms and bathrooms were huge. Staff were lovely and really helpful
we didn’t get access to our rooms for over 2 hours after check in which was frustrating. We were given a complimentary taxi into Chaweng as compensation but nonetheless we would have preferred to have checked in on time.

Two swimming pools are very nice to relax. Breakfast is good. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Room service is great and tasty. the air conditioner is cool in the room.
The room is not very clean and a bit old.
The shower has to improve with pressure.
We stayed for 5 nights, there was no water at all at the last night. It's hard for us with a 2 years old kid.
The beach is too rocky to stay.

we like the villa with the private pool with a good view of the sea and sun
the shower, because it’s very hot and cannot be adjusted. my friend got a burn on her elbow because of it.

nice hotel
we had a villa room with pool
nice breakfast

Wi-Fi was not strong at all and kept logging out
no beach very rocky couldn’t use
not so much of a family hotel more for couples
nothing walking distance

Property was magically beautiful.
Breakfast was good with lot of options.
Nothing
3.5 / 5.0
the hotel is very nice and has large rooms
the breakfast is excellent and the staff is very nice
the pool is very nice and there is a fitness center
it is more suited for couples on a romantic vacation and not for families - it is 5 min drive from chaweng center, so you constantly need to pay for taxies. the hotel beach is isolated and also narrow
also - the hotel is built on a hill, you need to wait for a cart to take you or be ready for a hike (even walking down from the rom to the beach is a 10 min journey)
after 2 days we left for a simpler hotel but with a bettor location
3.0 / 5.0
the location is very nice. the facilities/and infrastructure is nice but extremely poorly managed. the duty manager Claire was the only member of the staff, who was polite, hospitable and well trained.
very badly managed property. majority of the staff we came across were either untrained or simply rude!
1-the lady who checked us in was extremely rude.
2- the pool side (beach side) restaurant staff looked annoyed or irritated. the restaurant was not even really busy—but they were very Un-Welcoming. yes I know- very UN LIkE Thailand.

Cleanliness with water sprays in toilet.

Gorgeous ocean view, albeit a bit far.
Quick cart transportation to the room/villas.
