禁煙なのにタバコ臭かった。また空調も効きが悪かった。ただ部屋を変えてもらい解消した。

便利

駅前のホテルで移動が大変便利、ホテル周辺にショッピング出来るところが多く、何でも揃う。スタッフがみんな親切丁寧だった。

部屋の中のゴミ箱が小さいのですぐに一杯になる。バスルームのパッキンに所々黒いカビのようなものがあるのと、バスタブ内に茶色くなった部分があるので、専用のクリーナーできれいにして欲しい。

安く泊まれたし周りに飲食店とかあったのでよかったです、

フロントが綺麗。お風呂のシャンプーなどがいい匂いで良かった。

フロントで受付や駐車場を停める場所など聞いたら少し年配の男性スタッフの説明の仕方があまり良くなくて、駐車場もイマイチわからないし、エレベーターも直であるとも言わなくて少し困った。

良い思い出

喫煙所が広くて、まったり喫煙できました。駐車場も隣接してて良かった。立地も駅近くて便利でした

施設内にコンビニがあると良かったなと。外にはありますが、そこまで行くのも近いですが、夜は、飲み屋の呼び込みの男たちが路上にたむろしてて、通りづらかったから。

とても快適だった

N高校江坂スクーリングのため4泊5日滞在いたしました。 N高スクーリング会場から最も近いホテルということで、会場もとても分かりやすく、周囲にはスーパーやコンビニも徒歩一分以内で多く、外食チェーン店もあり、大変便利な立地でした。それなりに長期の滞在であるにもかかわらず、体調も崩さず元気で乗り切れたのはこちらのホテルとスタッフの方々のお陰です、ありがとうございます。また同行の宿泊者が1名増えたとお伝えした際、快くトリプルのお部屋と交換していただきありがとうございました、大変助かりました！次回もまたお願いしたいと思います、遠方よりN高校江坂スクーリングでお越しの方々にもおすすめです。

久々の大阪！メチャ楽しかった

フロント・清掃の方等接してくださる方の笑顔と、声がけが素敵でした。

トイレの水かな？20分位ポタポタ音がしていました。氷が各階なので移動が不便でした。

とにかく値段の割には綺麗！

強いて言えば、エレベーターが自動的に毎回フロントがある2階に止まるのが少々面倒な事くらいですが、全く問題のない点です。

Great location, comfortable bed, nice lobby, simple checkout system.

Amazing location, so easy to get to Shin-Osaka Station and Osaka/Umeda station. The hotel is part of a shopping center right across from Esaka station. The lobby and the provided amenities like toner etc. were nice. They are an eco-friendly hotel and won't clean the room unless you put the provided notice on your door.

The door seemed very thin and I could hear people in the hallway very clearly. However, I used earplugs when going to sleep.

Budget hotel

Near train station. Staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions and directions. Coffee and tea available at reception.

Rooms were extremely small, and it felt like a mouse trap. There was no space to put luggage , nor a place to sit comfortably. The bathroom was also very tiny with no space to put my toiletry. The location is near a train station, however, not near central activities, so all trips require transfer trains. It is not a 4 star hotel as indicated by booking.com.

SUPER! I will also stay here next time and much recommend people spend nights here.

The location is perfect, it's close to the metro station and there are many stores and restaurants nearby, such as uniqlo, tokyu hands, etc. The room's size is satisfied for one person, but if there are two guests that will be not sufficient. All the staffs are friendly and welcoming which makes me feel guilty for unablilty of speaking Japanese, I will improve myself next time. Thanks for your nice service.

Pleasant

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room is clean. The location is the best part of this hotel.

The room is very narrow. The TV can only work when using a card. Breakfast was good, but not so many choices. The bed is quite hard, not so comfortable for me.

since it is near the train station it is accessible.

Great value, very clean hotel but bathroom is not tall enough for anyone taller than 6'.

Fresh clean towels, Nice shower pressure, Nice new pair of slippers, Nice view, smooth & quick ride on the elevator, quiet room. The breakfast is superb. If you want to enjoy the best of Japanese breakfast, this Tokyu brand gives you that.

Anyone 6 feet or tall, BE WARNED! Bathroom ceiling is low and the floor is raised. Therefore anyone 6 feet and up will have to be ducking the entire time in the bathroom. Please improve TV channel choices. I couldn't watch CNN. Also the remote control was so weird. I had to choose different set of buttons for a group of channels. Why can't they just make it so that all you have to do is to use the simple channel up and down buttons. I did not like the black round stains on the sink. I thought they were bugs at first. I felt uneasy looking at them the first time I walked into the bathroom. I did not like that they charged me 100 yen for city tax. I wish they would have collected it at the time I booked. Also, as much as the bed was made so beautifully and so fresh looking, I saw a bug (Mole Cricket?) crawl across the bed. I killed it on the bed and it smeared the bottom part of the bed cover. I know they can't help it but I got grossed out. I also don't understand why would a mole cricket be on the 14th floor??? Also, the hotel originally assigned me 13th floor. I asked to have my room changed to a different floor. I am superstitious.
