A super comfy short-term stay.

Not too far from the station and generally well situated in the city. The room was small but comfortable. It was great to have washing machines on site.

The 10am check-out felt a bit early, and it also felt a touch on the pricey side (for a Japan resident). Had breakfast also been included for the price I paid, it might have felt better value for money.

For this price it’s ok

Location is good and I believe price/quality is ok. The breakfast also good.

The rooms are small(like really small), but it was expected I knew what I’m booking. Just be ready that’s it’s really tiny.

距离大阪站比较近，商场购物很方便，旁边就有便利店

卫生状况比较差，房间内摆放杯具的桌子隔断没有门或者玻璃，隔断上都是灰。挨着床的墙面上也有不明物体的痕迹、脏斑。而且我们住的房间整体格调是黑色，灰尘尤其明显，让本身就很小的空间给人很脏很压抑的感觉。去洗衣房看了一下洗衣机，真的脏到无法形容，不知道多久清洗一次…

Recommend this hotel

The location: not far from Umeda station. There is also convenience store and tax free shop near the hotel The room : It's pretty small but the facilities are well-prepared. Towels will be changed every day. The bed is comfortable. There are also rental irons and other stuff. (It's free) The staff: They are very polite and they can communicate in english very well. 😊 I like this hotel and I hope I can stay here for the next time too.👍

The amount of breakfast is pretty small. It fits for the couples or the small group of people.

Close to amazing bars and resturants

This hotel is located where there are bars and food, just around the corner. The bed were comfortable and the a/c worked wonderfully during those cold nights.

The hotel is kind of far from any train station, for those who maybe bringing a large luggage.

Una buona soluzione per spostarsi in e fuori Osaka. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Check out da fare in autonomia, molto comodo.

Le dimensioni della camera erano piuttosto ridotte e stranamente ho trovato approssimativa la pulizia.

Good hotel, great location, English speakers!

The hotel is located close to one of the main area with bars and restaurants, and 15 mins walk from Umeda metro station. The room was bigger compared to other Japanese hotels and fully furnished. The staff was very kind and they speak English (not so common in Japanese hotels).

Very uncomfortable, clean and central location.

The beauty amenities were out of this world! Unlimited supply and high quality including face masks, moisturizer, toner, etc. Very clean and great water pressure in the shower. The best was the location. Easy walk to Osaka station that connects to most lines. Very central. The only downside was the room is slightly small but as expected in a big city.

Just a little smaller than most rooms but as expected in a big city. Otherwise, very comfortable and would stay here again.

･ホテルの周りにコンビニが沢山ある。本当に沢山。デイリー×2 セブンローソン。ローソンはホテル出てすぐ右にある。･色々な飲食店が近くにある。近くに商店街がある。居酒屋も沢山。カラオケも多い！ドンキもある！！･駅から近い。私はちゃんと調べなかったのが悪いけど、初見だとGoogleマップ見でも絶対に分からないし迷う。けど、ホテルのHPに写真付きで道順を案内してくれるから本当にすごいと思う！！！！！！･毎日バスタオルを新しくしてくれる。使ったタオルはドアの外に置くだけで回収してくれる。･あまりスタッフの人と会わない(2階にフロントがあるから、深夜にコンビニ行った時とかすこし恥ずかしいけど会わないから気軽に出かけられる) ･湯船も本当に広い…。全然トイレと一緒でも満足できる広さでした。広いし深いね！！洗顔は泡タイプで嬉しかった。鏡裏からホットヒーター？みたいなのがちゃんとついててお風呂入ってても曇らないよう。本当に本当に素敵なホテルでした。こんないいホテル本当に初めて。これからもこのホテルを利用したいです！！！

これは本当にホテル側は悪くないけど、ラブホとかホストが近くにいっぱいある。あと居酒屋が多いから酔っ払ってる人が沢山いる。ホテルの入口の前で「お前ら全員○してやるー！」って酔っ払ってる人いて怖かった。女の人はめちゃくちゃ話しかけられるから気をつけた方がいい！！

Redelijk centraal gelegen hotel in osaka

Het hotel lag op 15 minuten van het station. De kamer was ruim en licht. Er was niet veel geluidsoverlast. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De bedden lagen goed. Het ontbijt was ruim voldoende.

The room is quite small, there's not so much space to move around. .The location is not far from Osaka station, however not that close. But it's near to many restaurants and minimart , so it's very convenient.

Good location near main station. Very clean and staff was helpful

The room was very small and just about enough space to pass each other to get to the toilet. No option of ordering a taxi which is a problem if you want to get to the airport

Great location. Rooms are a little tight but good value

The location is great. So many restaurants options and a Lawson right downstairs. Short walk to numerous train stations as well.

The rooms were a bit tight even for 2 people but we slept comfortably and managed in the confined space
