Udmærket spa-ophold

Flotte bygninger og lokaler. Tæt på Kbh. og alligevel i naturen. Flink personale. Gode produkter i bad.

Små varme værelser, ingen a/c. Kedelig udsigt. Havde forventet bedre pool/spa område. Området trafikeret og ingen restauranter/ butikker i gå afstand - føler sig hurtigt begrænset.

Hôtel thalasso très agréable : proche du musée Louisiana et à 1/4 d’heure de Copenhague par le train.

La chambre et la salle de bains très spacieuses. Le petit déjeuner copieux. Le parking gratuit. La gare est proche ce qui permet de rejoindre le centre de Copenhague en 1/4 d’heure. Les deux salles de restaurant.

J’ai mal compris en réservant que l’accès au spa que j’avais pris en plus ne me permettait pas d’en profiter le matin du départ. C’était seulement jusqu’à la veille.

Really enjoyed it !

The gym was great and so was the swimming bridge. However, the young inexperience staff was the best. Always willing to help and resolve. Always with a smile and a sense of humor.

Our first room did not offer a lot of privacy looking straight into the all day restaurant. However, we were promptly moved when we raised this with the front desk.

A disappointing flop in a nice location at the sea.

The location of the hotel was fine for our bicycle trips; it was an advantage that we could borrow the bicycles from the hotel directly for free.

Problems were the beds, the noisy location of the room, the restaurant and the anonymous,, in some cases arrogant staff: Although I had asked for a quiet room in advance we got a room almost next to the noisy road. Since there was no air conditioner in the warm room we had to open the windows during the night and woke up because of the continouus stream of cars from the early morning till late evening.. The beds were too warm (due to the polyester fabric) and extremely soft, that wss very uncomfortable. Also the shower cabin was so small you had to squeeze in, Moreover, the menu card of the restaurant "Carl" was very simple and cooked without inspiration that one would not expect in such a 4 star hotel if you compare it to the nearby other restaurants at the sea.

It’s a gem lost in the woods!

We stayed for 3 nights and we loved everything about the property! The room was spacious and comfortable, the spa is luxurious and welcoming, the food in the restaurant was exquisite and healthy!

We missed the breakfast time for 5 minutes and they refused to let us in. Fortunately enough they had some snacks in the bar.

King of the castle feeling

The staff made me feel like I have known them for many years (my first stay). They gave me the feeling like they mistaken me for a celebrity. The atmosphere was posh and the lobby bar was tranquillizing, unfortunately no time for spa or exercises so the bar was my choice. Nice with a short stoll in the neighborhood after a really good breakfast.

Wonderful place and access to the sea was amazing

The breakfast was delicious, the view and the property were absolutely stunning!

Bedding was a little noisy when moving. Made it a bit hard to sleep.

Pleasant Surprise!

By far the best and most cosy-welcoming hotel in Denmark! Over the years we have travelled in the Nordics, where (often) the service level (and sympathy) of staff an related is rather ‘challenging’ (..); but Kurhotel Skodsborg is definitely the exception! We would like to thank the entire Team at the hotel, for the way we were received and serviced during our stay (with plenty of good humour and smiles!!); highly recommendable! We’ll return asap!

Wonderful spa and beautiful seaside setting

The spa was amazing - multiple saunas, steam rooms, jacuzzis and other experiences, as well as a decent length indoor pool for swimming. And having the sea just over the road was amazing - shallow andd sandy so easy to swim or just play :-)

Very relaxing stay.

Nice location and elegant design. Beautiful deluxe room with scenic view, large windows which brings fresh air in the room, very amazing spa which we enjoyed during our entire stay. We also love the massage and facial treatment there with lovely Monika. All staffs from hotel and spa area are friendly and very supportive. Wonderful fitness classes arrangement. This hotel gave us a deep impression of healthy lifestyle. We had a very joyful and relaxing time there. Thank you so much for making our holiday so dreamy and enjoyable!!

Restaurant Carl offers very fresh and delicious food, brilliant ideas of ingredients combination. However, the service quality could have been much much better (Especially with the table booking/ assigning waitress in restaurant). There is definitely more room for improvement for restaurant service. Otherwise our stay there was perfect. :)

Good

Loved the breakfast buffet. Wide selection and high quality. Lunch selection in the launge area was good. Free and plentiful parking on the venue.

The bed in our room was outdated. The dinner options in the ground floor restaurant is not too good. Only 5 mains to chose from where 1 of them is a stake at around 450kr. Not enough normally priced selections in this ala carte restaurant.
