Location was great
The room wasn't very clean, ceiling fans really dirty, balcany area hadn't been swept for what looked like months. When checking in although said reception hours should have been opened. Rang number twice on the door with no response. After been travelling since 4.30am and arrive at accomodation and wait 20 minutes to be seen was very frustrating. I think some updated photos need to be put on your site clearly outdated.

Excellent location. Clean and spacious apartment. Quiet - not on the main street but still could see the sea.
Accommodation a little dated and old.

The beds were clean (mattresses on the firmer side), and there was plenty of wardrobe space and clothes hangers.
The water was hot and the kitchen had more utensils, cutlery and crockery than most places I've previously stayed.
Noise levels around the complex were good, but I put that down to staying during the low season.
My friend and I stayed in Apartment #4 which was in desperate need of some repairs and modernisation.
It was so disappointing to walk through the door of the apartment realising it looks nothing like the photos on the website.
The decor is old and knocked about, with nasty stains by the front door and dirty/marked ceiling fans.
Not all the wall lights worked - the ones in the lounge and main bedroom didn't work - and the fluoro light in the kitchen flickered.
Rust was on the bottom of the laundry tub and along the shower curtain rail (even though there was no shower curtain in place). The shutters in both bedrooms were broken in places, and the apartment was very grimy in general.
Also, I can't remember finding a safe for valuables but I know a safe is listed as something that should be available in the apartment.
Upon check-in we were told the pump for the heated swimming pool was broken so we couldn't utilise that. Also, there are no lifts and carrying suitcases up stairs was hard work!

nice pool, lovely grounds people and lovely residents.
The manager from the beginning was nothing but rude. The day prior to the manager rung asking when we would be checking in to our two rooms I stated at 2pm. We arrived at 2, with no one at reception to greet us. The apartment facility has to clear entry. We rung the owner and she came down to greet us. We had two rooms as there were a few of us up the coast for an event, she was nothing but threatening and disrespectful from the moment we had met her, attempting to scare us stating that if we were to be too loud she would kick us out, we had said nothing to provoke this behaviour and politely responded. She also stated that we must clean our own apartment- I will state the issue with this.
When going into the two apartments they were damaged one with cracks along the wall, lamps having no light bulbs in them, mould rimming the shower and kitchen appliances clearly not washed correctly. The other apartment having stains on the carpet and similar kitchen appliance issues. Both apartments had a slight mould, damp smell to them.
for the 2 day stay we had we had no access to extra towels, washing detergent ect. As reception was always unmanned. The facility looked as it had once been a lovely place to say. My assumption is this place has been sold off to these people who will not hire any staff to make the place up to date and liveable. It is outdated and run down. Another note, although not particularly important, none of the rooms in the apartments matched each other, all having different bed spreads, seeming as if they had bought whatever was on sale at target at the time.
The day of check out I pulled out the vacuum from one of the apartments that was cheap and run down, it had no suction and no way to clean the floor. We were not provided with any bin bags to be able to put our rubbish in and take out to the bin per her threatening requested.

Location was great - walking distance to the beach and cafes. Good sized rooms. Pool was good, especially the kids section for toddlers.
There were broken window shades and the oven did not work.

Great location & facilities included. Free secure parking under complex.
No lift to take heavy cases up 3 flights of stairs but not impossible. Trade off of ocean views versus stairs.

it’s is a good location
the room was unbearably and dangerously hot even with the air conditioner running continuously and all fans on. The old fridge was giving off so much heat we could barely stay in the room. Contacted Management who visited our room and whilst acknowledging it was unbearable advised that it was because we were on the top floor and nothing could be done. We all ended up dehydrated and had to leave.
Being on the top floor also meant we had to carry our suitcases from the basement car park up several flights of stairs. Not suitable for young children

The beach access and pool.
The manager was always watching and we felt like prisoners. It was Christmas day and we were told we were too noisy at 4pm. Majority of the place is owner occupied or rented. So those who holiday aren't welcome. It's more of a rental property than a holiday place.

The location was nice
The manager was absolutely disgrace, felt so uncomfortable having his watching us all day long. Even my kids didn't enjoy there swim in the pool as we was constantly walking around and watching and told the kids not to make any noise in the pool.
This was the worse place we have ever stayed really ruined our trip.

The pool was fantastic, enough shade and sun loungers, always kept clean. The hot tub was also a winner.
The apartment was slightly dated, but perfect for our needs. It was well-equipped and was a great size.
The manager/receptionist was amazing, she went above and beyond to look after us and let us stay at the pool after check-out as we had a late flight. The location was brilliant, literally across the road from the beach and a 10 min walk to Mooloolaba.
The kitchen cupboards smelt musty. There was no Netflix which I feel is becoming a standard now.

carefree, felt like being at home. no drama when booking in. close to beach and shops. would stay here again.
I couldn’t fault it really. it was everything we needed for the weekend. it wasn’t the Tahj Mahal but it was worth the money.
3.5 / 5.0
it was in a great location to the places we needed to go to and the carpark was exceptional for properties in that area. The bed was comfortable and there was a lot provided for the kitchen necessities.
washing and dryer could be improved and never worked out the TV (although to be fair we did not ask) but that didn’t bother us as we had streaming for our own devices anyway.
