The location is ideal for our needs. The breakfast was excellent even if we had to out for it. The room had been updated since we last stayed before Covid and is still excellent.
we enjoyed everything

everything was perfect! Staff are wonderful

Great location on a small, quiet street just a few blocks from bustling Dizengoff Street. Rooms aren't fancy but were extremely spacious and the staff was the friendliest we encountered anywhere in Israel.

A location was great
We were charged twice on VAT: once at Booking.com and also at hotel. A staff on reception refused to fix a mistake. As a result I overpayed 135 $.
Cleanliness - a lot of ants on the kitchen table

Wifi was basically not working for the most part. If this will be fixed, it would be 10/10

Central location not far from the beach in a quiet residential street. We loved using their bikes to see the city. The staff was very helpful!

We had an exceptional stay in TelAviv. To start with location is fantastic, near everything while still quite at night. The friendliest staff, Yoroslav (sorry if I got your name wrong) was just amazing and welcoming. Room was comfortable and clean, resupplied throughout our stay. really really recommend it! Thanks guys!
nothing at all to mention

Lovely guest house in great location.
Nicely refurbished room, very clean and comfortable.
Room had own kitchenette with microwave, fridge etc
V Helpful staff at front desk. Coffee machine in lobby with good selection of hot drinks - no charge- and nice patio outdoor area to sit.
Would def stay there again.

Lovely big room with kitchen area, calm despite being near everything. Lovely people.

Location is very quiet, being off a busy street. Very short walk to the excellent Cafe Dizengoff for breakfast. (We also went for dinner once.) 24/7 coffee was excellent. Staff very friendly and efficient.
4.5
staff was helpful and friendly. lots of restaurants. bus nearby.
our room was very small- studio with terrace. for two this room was difficult. only one desk one comfortable chair and the bed filled the room. I would book a bigger room for a couple.
4.5
The staff is amazing, breakfast is not in the hotel itself but it is very good.

I had to park very far from the hotel. This was very inconvenient.
I expected the kitchen to have a kettle, and coffee/tea options but there was nothing in the room.
The room did not look like the one in the advertisement.
And from the window I could only see the next building, which was very close by.

very nice apartment hotel in a quiet street very close to Dizengoff Str with lots of bars and restaurants. very close to beach as well. staff was very friendly and helpful, allowed us a later check out. rooms are new and nicely styled. great place to stay.

4.5
The hotel is adorable - quiet, small from the outside and generous from the inside.
Lovely staff and welcoming yard.
Great location next to Dizingoff St. and the beach.
Breakfast in a nearby cafe.
We asked for Gluten-Free options in breakfast but the Cafe had almost zero variety.
Since one of us has Celiac Disease, it was a big downer.
