The location was perfect, being right across the beach, restaurants and all the action. The breakfast spread was top class! Overall we really enjoyed our stay here.

The front desk staff were great.
Benny and Danny knew all the great restaurants and places to go.
The chef for breakfest made a great omlet, and he made all the supper salads and other things.
Coffee machine was great to have whenever we wanted.
Should have had more cookies and danish all the time.

The hotel room facilities are well-equipped, and the rooms are quite spacious, with a small balcony that offers a view of the sea. The location is also excellent, with the beach right outside the door. Walking along the beach, it takes about 2 kilometers to reach the old town of Jaffa, where you can see many people jogging, surfing, and practicing yoga. It truly allows you to experience the vibrant city of Tel Aviv. The hotel provides a parking lot, and you need to request access from the front desk. They can remotely control the parking lot gate. We chose this hotel mainly because we rented a car for self-driving and needed overnight parking in the city. The breakfast at the hotel is plentiful and tasty, and we enjoyed it a lot. The most interesting part was when we were leaving, and the front desk found out that we were from China. They encouraged everyone to applaud for us. There are also Ukrainian staff members at the hotel, and the front desk invited us to cheer for Ukraine together, shouting "Slava Ukraini" I am a strong supporter of Ukraine, so this was an extra bonus for me.

First of all this hotel has the best location you can ask for - practically on the beach and also less than 10 minutes walk to the Carmel market and close to the center of the city. Good bus connections too.
Beautiful views from the balcony
The suites are a very good size
Beds are comfortable and bedsheets and towels are changed regularly
You can't really cook in the kitchen as there is not stove but you can eat takeaway as you have plates and cutlery and there is a microwave oven in case you want to heat something. And of course a fridge.
Breakfast is really nice with much more variety than you can expect from.such a small hotel. Eggs are cooked to order.
Cookies and cakes are freshly baked everyday and are available by the coffee machine which you can use 24 hours.
Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Beach towels are available at reception.
Everything was great.
It is true that furniture might look a little old but in my room everything was working fine.

Pleasant staff, very helpful. Everywhere was very clean.
Having paid extra for room with sea view, had very small window with sideways view of the sea, rather than big window with full on sea views.
Breakfast could have been better.

Very pleased with the stay, felt warmly welcome. Yuri from Ukraine makes great breakfasts. Right by the beach, clean rooms. Daniel from the reception knows how to do his job :)

Very clean and modern, yet comfortable and relaxing. Our room was spacious and well laid out. The location was near the beach and for us very centrally located. There was an excellent breakfast. What we appreciated most was the very friendly and helpful staff!! We will definitely stay there again. The staff spoke good english. The perfect place to stay on our first trip to Israel. Highly Recommend!

Great value for money.
The location is excellent, the staff is kind and helpful.
The rooms and facilities met our expectations.
It is a relatively simple hotel, but for this price one cannot expect more.
The most important things, such as cleanliness, helpfulness, location are 5*.
There is no such thing.

Nice hotel in the perfect location close to the beach. This is a perfect base to discover not only TelAviv, but also many other places in Izrael. The hotel is easily reachable by bus Nr.4 from HaHagana Railway station. Once TelAviv will finish the tram system, it will be even more easy to get to the train towards Jerusalem, Haifa and other places and cities and avoid so the massive traffic jams on the road.
4.3
- good location
- very good breakfast
- nice staff
- free of charge underground parking!!!!!!
- 30 meters to seaside

Everything meet our expectations. The only thing we would have prefered was a double bed rather than 2 singles. The reception staff were most helpful and the kitchen staff at breakfast were more than willing to go the extra mile.
4.3
Nice room, clean and with an comfortable bed. The staff was very helpful. The parking was always available, no problem whatsoever. The hotel is a walking distance to the beach, twenty minutes from Old Jaffa and with some nice restaurant and lively areas at a walking distance.
Noisy A/C, although effective (for heating, as it was winter).

The location is great - 1 minute from the beach, very close to the Carmel market and Allenby street. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Daniel was at the reception the day I arrived and was ready to answer all my questions about the city.
4.3
Almost everything. Hotel has a central location both regarding Tel Aviv beaches and the city itself. We were able to cover almost the whole city by walking.
Breakfast was very good (we were offered free omelette on demand every day except Shabat) and we bought the only things missing (ham, sausages or any kind of meat - due to religious restrictions it is not allowed any mix between them and the wide variety of cheeses available) from the supermarkets located nearby. Local specialties were also available every day.
Room was normal, but it included all necessary facilities. If I shall visit again Tel Aviv and the hotel, I would definitely go for the suite with a balcony - there were 4 on each floor compared to only one room without balcony (like ours) on one floor. Because of our late return flight, we got a late check-out until 19:00 (we paid for it of course, but there were a lot of other situations when such option was not available).
Weather could be better ! Out of a full week spent in Tel Aviv, we enjoyed only one sunny day (the last one !).
I have to say that the city during Shabat (Friday and Saturday) looks totally different compared to other days - almost all citizens disappeared during day-time and only a handful of shops and restaurants were opened.
I should also add that Tel Aviv is a very expensive city. I would not stay permanently there, but I would come back anytime for short periods of time with a great pleasure.
As a particularity that I noticed, domestic employees of restaurants are not happy with their jobs and sometimes they tried to cheat us on the bill (based probably on our obvious lack of knowledge of local language and alphabet)
