The apartment was comfortable but the square where it is located is very noisy.
The square where it is located is very noisy overnight.

Having the lift to the room
I did not like the way we obtained entry to the property on our arrival. It was unclear how we were to access the property and I do not speak Spanish so it might have been difficult to understand the instructions for entry. Fortunately I travelled with a family member who did speak Spanish

Location, also off a quaint square with restaurants, easy to locate and check in.
I found the bed and pillow very uncomfortable although my husband did not…. bed was also up against the wall. I did not sleep well, thus the low rating.

cool room, nice and spacious, pretty bathroom, local to everything
owners/host didn’t speak English so hard to communicate. can hear the banging of people next door or around. hot water kept running out which was annoying

great location. central but quiet. we were able to pop back and have some meals in apartment before going back out exploring. property had everything we needed for our stay. secure access and great communication with owners helping us before check in and looking after the bags before our flight. they also checked that everything was ok after first night. great customer service

Spacious apartment.Location on the square.breakfast in the bar downstairs.lunch on the square ( really busy so get there early!) The owner kept our luggage for us and also ordered an airport taxi.
Nothing..well maybe a chair in the bedroom downstairs to put clothes on

Excellent location and comfortable apartment.

Good location.
Spacious.
Wifi is a Little unstable in the bedroom.
Could be quite noisy because the bedroom is right next to the staircase of the building, one could hear very clear when people are walking outside.

The location was great! Kitchen and bathroom were nice too!
The flat was rather dark. The windows were to the inner yard, and in addition to the dark colours it felt dark in the rooms.

Perfect location. All the necessary in the apartment. A big thank you to the hosts for letting us check in early. All questions were answered quickly. I think we'll be back!
The shower was broken(... I'm sure it's already been fixed. But this is more of a question for the cleaning staff. They couldn't help but notice the broken shower. And changing it would only take 15 minutes. Maximum. I, as the owner of tourist apartments, would pay attention to this. Otherwise, we liked everything.

Amazing location very central in Seville we didn’t need to use public transport once during our time, everything was walkable.
The balcony looks down over a busy square with a restaurant underneath. Sitting on the balcony from the apartment was lovely something we enjoyed during our stay.
The property was very clean and had good facilities, a kitchen with all necessary utensils, a full size iron and ironing board. Lots of storage space for all your clothes. Nice lounge area with comfortable sofa and TV. No channels in English but that wasn’t a problem for us.
One of the nights we had an issue with one of the other apartments being incredibly noisy. We contacted the property and they got back to us immediately and resolved this issue straight away. We had no issues with noise after this and felt we were taken seriously and dealt with efficiently. Really happy with how this was handled.
The restaurant down stairs is lovely for drinks, food and even have a menu del dia.
If we visit Seville again we would for sure stay here again.

A very spacious and comfortable apartment with great ducted air-conditioning. It was very much appreciated in the heat. A well equipped kitchen. The bathroom had a great shower and also spacious. A comfortable bed, good quality linen and towels. The couch in the lounge area was very comfortable. Decent built-in cupboards in the bedroom. The location was brilliant. We walked everywhere. The restaurant downstairs provides a great menu del dia and is also open for breakfast and dinner most days of the week (not Sundays). When we arrived we didn't know how to contact them to enter and hadn't received the code for entry. Any issues just phone the number in booking.com. Great value for money. We will stay here again if we return to Seville.
An ice tray for the freezer will be a good addition to the kitchen as well as a decent knife to slice vegetables including tomatoes. A fresh washing up sponge is needed (old one provided). The frying pan handle was a bit loose. Very small things to improve on. Everything else was excellent.

The position in Seville is great. It's at maximum 20/30 minutes far from the main attractions (on foot).
The apartments are clean and there's enough space for the number of people recommended on Booking.
The host is always available to you and it's good to receive a welcome message before the arrival.
PS. Some bathrooms have the bidet!! (For us from Italy it's undoubtedly a plus)
We had a problem with the ground floor apartment (P8): a plasterboard wall was swollen and when a friend of mine leaned on it with its hand it broke inside (I'm sure they'll fix it).
On the same apartment there's not bidet and the wifi signal is poor, while on the 2nd floor it was awesome

perfect location. it’s very convenient for hot cities like Sevilla, where you need a lunch break/nap. Everything was really clean and optimized for a short stay. AC was really good.
ventilation can sometimes be a problem (maybe in all Sevilla). during our stay there was a cigarette smell that somehow found a way, but it was a minor thing.

Great location about a mile from the train station and close to all city attractions. Very clean, friendly welcome and pre stay communication. Spacious.
Would have expected a welcome
pack with some coffee/milk considering the price which was inflated all across the city because of the football.

was clean and downstairs have a great cafeteria.
they need to have least one more mirror. because only one on the bathroom is little bit shorter.

We stayed in the One Bedroom Apartment (number 1B), which faces the courtyard, not the very busy San Andres square. We didn’t hear street noise, we only heard personnel of the cafe located on the ground floor moving tables and chairs.
The apartment was very clean, spotless really, and looked better in reality than on photos.
The checkin was very easy - we were met at the entrance.
The kitchen can be equipped a bit better - we missed a sharp kitchen knife, and the vintage Italian coffee pot didn’t work properly.
It was quite cold in the apartment, the central air-conditioning system didn’t solve the problem, as the warm air immediately disappeared. We would invest in an inexpensive oil radiator that does keep a certain temperature in a room. The water pressure and the water temperature on the shower were insufficient to have a proper warm shower.

Communication and check in process were good and they were able to use a translation app when we didn’t understand where to drop the keys upon check out. The bathroom and bedroom were a good size and comfortable. The kitchen is decently stocked with utensils and pots/pans. We didn’t hear too much street noise. It’s in a great location and close to restaurants, grocery, and attractions.
The living room and kitchen were a bit small and full of furniture, but it was still comfortable for 2 people. Our apartment bedroom was right next to the elevator, so we could hear it, but fortunately it isn’t so frequently used at night. We selected the pay at the property option, which we didn’t know meant paying in cash since they don’t have a credit card machine.

Fantastic location, but shame about the 'lock down'. The apartment was everything a couple would need for a stay in Seville. Great location, central and close to Setas la Seville.
We arrived after Spain was put on lock down after Covid19 outbreak and so there were no bars, restaurants, cafes or tourist attractions open. Not the fault of San Andres, which was a great apartment.

Very clean and comfortable apartment in a good location.
Owner let us use a washing machine in the building which was nice.
Nice shower with lots of pressure and hot water.
There was very little communication with the owner. He spoke no English and I spoke very limited Spanish. I asked for a map of the area and he said to use Google maps but we had no phone plan to access Internet.
The internet was very shaky and we had difficulty trying to purchase train tickets and hotel reservations on line. I emailed him through booking.com to see if there was a problem with the wifi but he never responded.
He was unable to recommend any restaurants for lunch or dinner.

Perfect location , within walking distance of all the sights of Seville. Apartment was very spacious and comfortable.
Nothing! Ticked all the boxes for us as a family with 2 teenagers.
