Eine gemütliche Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichem Personal in einem zentralen Bezirk voller Restaurants.

Der Innenhof ist sehr gemütlich, wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit Bad und mit kleinem Balkon auf dem man entspannen konnte. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und das Personal extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist super in einem sicheren Bezirk mit vielen Bars und Restaurants.

Eine Klimaanlage fehlt, bei den heißen Temperaturen von über 30 Grad Celsius. Es gab einen kleinen elektrischen Ventilator, der leider nicht viel gebracht hat.

It’s cozy, feels safe for solo travel and the staff are super friendly. The breakfast is excellent!

Great location Shop and pharmacy arround the corner Love the concept and care for the environment: could not wish for a better place to start my journey

Mixed feelings about the staff depending on the shift: night receptionist was smoking at night and I could smell it in my bedroom- not great for a non smoker Also did not get the same breakfast as the rest of the guest - even when I asked On the other side the person that welcomed me was extremely nice and gave me some good tips : so I might be biased

Ich würde das Eco Hostal Tambo Verde jederzeit wieder buchen.

Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen und hat ein sehr schönes Ambiente. Alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Such a great hostel!! The staff are so friendly and accommodating and are great for information and recommendations. Most staff also speak English too. The beds are comfortable and large lockers provided in the dorm room so you can lock your whole backpack away. Walking distance to town and to the metro. Highly recommend.

The staff were amazing, really friendly and helpful. The whole hostel is set up really nice, with great common areas and places to chill out. Breakfast every morning was amazing. In a quiet street, but a short walk to lots of restaurants. Really enjoyed our stay here.

beautiful patio and staff is really kind, friendly and helpful

rooms are a bit rickety. the bathroom door was super squeaky and the shower didn’t drain properly so whenever I would shower it would accumulate and cover my feet. no good ventilation either so after taking a shower the room gets a bit musty. also whenever I would turn the heater on it would get unbearably hot and there was no way to lower the heat setting to something reasonable

Great stay in Santiago

The location is great, staff is very friendly and the breakfast was awesome. We had to leave for a tour early in the morning and they packed breakfast for us.

The bed could be more comfortable, but it was not a big deal.

Nice guesthouse

Nice neighborhood surrounded by trees and murals. The guesthouse is clean and comfortable, has a nice common area, and friendly staff. The breakfast to go was appreciated!

Highly recommended!

The hostel is situated in a quiet and safe neighbourhood in Bellavista. It has a cosy courtyard and a relaxed atmosphere. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and the breakfast was excellent. We felt like at home and were sorry to leave.

I loved this hostal. it’s got a really chilled, friendly and spacious communal area. The dorms are clean and the beds are really comfy. The breakfast is really good. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The location is also good - easy to get to from the metro and on a nice street.

Calm, laidback and positive oasis in buzzing Santiago.

We loved the area, breakfast, friendly staff. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a calm, laid back and positive atmosphere.

We liked everything- only missed a hammock ;-)

I liked this place so much the first time I stayed that I cancelled a different reservation elsewhere and rebooked (if they were available) for here during my various transit days in Santiago. The rooms are a great value, everything is so clean, the common space is comfortable and home-y, the location is great, there’s a cute little cafe attached, and all the staff I interacted w/ were super friendly and helpful. This would be my first choice if I ever came back to Santiago.

A little oasis of calm.

Hostal Tambo Verde is a little oasis of calm in Santiago - a city which can certainly get a bit hectic at times! Having a mix of dormitory and private rooms means a lovely mix of visitors of all ages and origins. The attractive central courtyard and indoor area are a natural place to chat to other travellers, particularly if you are traveling solo. The front door is kept locked at all times, but you don't have to think about taking a key out with you as the reception is staffed 24 hours a day. The owner and staff are all lovely too, and can't do enough to help. Highly recommended!

Stop searching for another accommodation and book Tambo Verde. The entire place is super beautiful and cute and has a very calm and peaceful atmosphere. the room was perfect and neat, the bathroom pretty and clean and we had a cute balcony with Mountain View. the breakfast is super fresh, filling and tasty (home made bread and fresh pressed juice!) and the staff was really helpful and friendly. the location was perfect too, close to many neighborhoods of interest but calm at the same time. We would always book again if we got to return to Santiago.

Great hostel with very nice rooms! Very cosy place and close to nice streets with a lot of bars and restaurants. The breakfast was also really delicious.
