The only benefit of this hotel is the location. They had a convention there when we stayed and there was non-stop noise the whole night and day from the children on the floor. They also completely trashed the floor we were staying on. The bathroom also smelled like a sewer.
The hotel manager never replied to me when I complained.

great location - in the 'navel' of Jerusalem. Clean, reasonable size room and price Great for a one or two day stay - not a vacation hotel
a bit noisy from the market - but not too bad

The traditional Israeli breakfast was amazing! Lots of variety, very fresh, and good service.
some things in the hotel did not work as well as they should, but nothing held us back from a comfortable stay

The price was good and the location was amazing. The female staff were friendly, welcoming and full of knowledge.
It wasn’t very clean. Also there was a male staff named Yzan that was very unpersonble, he spoke with a degrading tone and rather rude when I asked simple questions. He made my checkout process uncomfortable and when we were trying to leave was not opening the gate when I went in the hotel to ask them to open it for us to leave the parking he yelled at me. I guess you get what you pay for.

We had a great time staying in Agripas Botique Hotel. All the staffs are nice and friendly. The location is great because it's just a short walk to Machaneh Yehudah Market. You can also request a hair dyer and flat iron if you need them. There is also a lounge where you can grab some coffee or tea. The room is complete with the basic amenities and it's affordable. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely book again when we come back to Israel.
Hope they can add a bidet.

It is the second time I stay there, it is all about the location and value for money. It is close to everything, you can take a light train from Jaffa street which is 50m from there, all the restaurants are very close. The Western wall is 30 min from there. It was not noisy at night or early morning so I find this place as the best value for money.
The TV didn't work on that day, the receptionist told us that they are working on that but I doubt they were. It didn't work since Thursday until we left on Friday. It was like that for all rooms in the hotel, not in a specific room.
It doesn't have any parking arrangements (not even a discount with close parkings)

Firstly, the staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful. One particular staff professional Yazaman made my stay so much easier especially providing me with directions as to where to go, getting taxis, helping me with my packages…I highly recommend this lovely, amazing boutique hotel.
