There were stray dogs that frolicked all over the property which was a nice treat for me personally. The staff were mostly cordial and nice but there wasn’t an overwhelming feeling of hospitality at any point during our stay. Being able to visit the barn anytime was nice however the animals, though well fed, hadn’t been groomed in ages and it showed.
The food was awful. All meals were included but I would have gladly paid extra for an a la carte menu that was edible. The buffets selections were picked over within 30 minutes of meal time opening and not replenished. Nothing was held at temperature (nothing.)
There wasn’t much to do - being pretty remote, we were looking forward to activities offered on the property however they were very sad offerings. The spa was fairly basic, an indoor and outdoor pool, a whirlpool jacuzzi that looked to fit two people was inside a tiny room with stark lighting. There was a small dry sauna.
The horses were disheveled, their manes and tails knotted and their coats dirty. There was no fresh drinking water for the animals to be seen anywhere on the farm.
There is a dusty room that doubled as a games room and chair storage area with a ping pong table and old foosball but no paddles or balls to be found.

Stunning surroundings and views. Many activities for families to enjoy. including horseback, hiking, swimming, kayaking.
The owner owns many dogs that roam the property freely. They are friendly but some of them are quite intimidating considering their size. They even allow 2 smaller dogs to roam free inside the dinning room were guest sit to eat all there meals. The owner of the property sits at his own table among the guest and is not very welcoming. His staff is very friendly and greet and welcome you at every opportunity. I have never witnessed this at any resort but will dismiss this as culture differences. Rooms also don’t have TV’s. I was only there 2 days so it was fine. I understand people come here to relax and disconnect so that wasn’t a big deal. However I do have to say the wifi connectivity was very poor and inconsistent.

Meals and activities were the best
They were not equipped for emergencies with simple aspirin and the like.
If there was an option to get a microwave it would top it specially with little kids that drink milk.
Recommend bringing a wine bottle opener. They charge 5.000 just to open a bottle.

The beautiful and clean facilities
So much to do
Delicious food
4.1
Lots of activities for the kids
Rooms need some upgrading
