Endroit parfait pour un we à Palerme

La chambre très spacieuse, le lit confortable et belle salles de bains. De plus c’est très bien situé, très central dans le bruit de la ville! Tenu par Giuseppe, c’est Alessandro qui nous a accueilli afin de nous garer la voiture dans le parking privé 20€/j. Qui est un peu cher mais très pratique en réalité !

Convenient location and in easy walking distance of important sites

Your are right in the centre of Palermo and therefore extra modes of transport are not necessary -- the building consists of apartments and flatrs so you are very safe and the lift to all floors ia appreciated -- breakfast is continantal style supplemented by nice cakes and local specialities

There is a good aircondition in the bedroom however the rest of the apartment can get quite hot whe the temperature is above 30 C outside

Clean and neat in the centre of the action

The room was very clean and well set up. The bed was very comfortable.

The property is right amongst the action which also makes it noisy. Although it has good soundproofing it is not enough to block out the street noise. Also the rooms are off the breakfast space and one guest would make business calls at 6.30am not worrying that anyone could hear him.

Summer stay

The B&B was impeccable, comfy beds, wonderful Host Francesca, very kind, helpful with directions, suggestions and other details like breakfast! Water in the fridge very appreciated. Super location, communication and wifi. Stayed in September/22.

Shower, no curtain, lots of water after showers, use of all the towels to dry floor. Good water pressure though.

Theft from our room

Location

We had a sentimental family ring stolen from our room. We obviously cannot prove this but the owners admitted that the cleaners were agency staff and probably responsible, especially as the cleaner in question didn't turn up the next day. For me this massively detracted from our stay in Palermo as i felt so angry that our belongings were not safe in our room, and the owners were unable (unwilling) to assist.

Staying in Palermo

The location was central.

First of all, the room we got not the one that was on the picture during the booking. The room was tiny small, there were no toiletries, the safe in the wall was broken, not even a possibility to have a tea in the evening. The breakfast was very poor, we were given a day old deep fried donut filled with ham and cheese, cut in two to share. No piece of bread, cheese, butter, yogurt, eggs, just five glossy apples and overripe persimmon. Although we had paid for three nights, we left after two. I understand the host wants to keep it on the cheaper side, but there should be some respect to the customer.

Francesca, the owner, was a superb host and really did the extra mile to accomodate our needs. The location is perfect (right near quattro canti).

the apartment was great location for shopping, restaurants, nightlife. overall host was fantastic, breakfast was wonderf

the host were absolutely amazing both husbands and wife. great breakfast area, balcony was nice, had a washer. living room area was comfortable and location. host gave lots of great recommendations.

bed is the worst thing about this property, spring bed with no padding and pillows were bad. no luggage rack. and air conditioner was only in the bedroom.

Fantastic!

This place was amazing. Really well located, right in the historical centre, with a delicious breakfast and clean, comfortable and spacious accommodation. Francesca was so friendly and helpful sending us lots of recommendations and was really responsive to questions we had. Couldn’t recommend more.

An overnight before joining a tour the following day

A great location with many cafes/restaurants in the area. It is within walking distance of the Cathedral and other tourist attractions

It took me a while to enter the property as you needed a key to enter which you were given once you checked in. I kept ringing the bell and knocking on the door until thankfully other guests let me in and then they text the owner that I was at the property

the only negative thing was, that the room was only a few meters from the breakfast hall, but not a dealbreaker for us!

Threatening guest if they have different opinion

Wanted to leave after one night, because it was to loud. Then I was threatened by the owner to pay for at least two nights if I don't want to try another room. No-go!
