Highly recommend good location if u don’t want to right in the centre with hundreds & thousands & very comfortab

Very comfortable with every facility one requires. The most comfortable bed & pillows. Good location convenient but out of the way of the congestion of hub. Jess was so very helpful. Highly recommend.

An excellent place to stay in Venice that gives you the feeling of actually living in Venice.

The apartment was exactly as described. On a corner of two small canals, so you could watch not just gondolas but also the regular, day to day traffic, giving a real experience of life in Venice. Very well equipped kitchen. Probably too big for just one person but it suited me almost perfectly. Very clean. Main bed super comfortable. Location, once found (Venice can be tricky to navigate) was excellent, with plenty of shops and places to eat nearby and easy access to the island ferries. On a special note, I stupidly left my (new) iPad in the apartment when I left. I contacted Mirella and she went out of her way to arrange postage back to Australia and it was delivered home to me safe and sound. Very grateful.

Only issue, which will not be important to everyone, was that the wifi only worked in the lounge/kitchen, not in the bedroom. Particularly with the time difference to Australia, I like to be able to check emails/social media on waking up and going to bed.

Very beautiful apartment, stunning location

The location is absolutely perfect - tucked away but only a 12 minute walk to the heart of Venice. The view from the gated step right outside the apartment is out of this world and we spent a beautiful evening sitting there watching the gondolas pass by. The apartment is beautiful, and fully equipped with everything you need, bin bags, hairdryer, 2 bathrooms, and even coffee! The owner allowed us to arrive early and get changed, and leave our bags. She also gave us lots of clear instructions about how to use everything and even worked out what time we would need to leave for the boat back to the airport, which I wasn't planning on doing until the night before!

The location is fantastic, close to the main areas, restaurants and bars but still quiet at night. The WiFi doesn’t reach the bedroom, otherwise this apartment is perfect- would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Venice.

The best stay in Venice

Everything was great! Nice and very clean apartment with the view on canal. The localisation was perfect, very close to Rialto. The kitchen was well equipped, the bed was very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay there. Hope we can go back soon.

Perfect for a family (or couple) stay in Venice!

We loved the location! A private dock, a pretty courtyard, right in the middle of the city. Look out the window and watch the gondaliers or walk out the front door and wander. LOVED it!

Great place while in Venice!

Awesome location on the canal where you can watch and hear gondoliers go by. Super quiet at night, comfortable bed, very clean. Kitchen well-equiped. The hostess was nice to our small dog and did not surprise us with a last-minute fee. We would definitely stay again.

You could sometimes hear neighbors upstairs, but not too loud and not too early or late in the day.

Wonderful stay

Excellent location and apartment. Wonderful service. Very spacious, clean. Welcomed at arrival. Help with the stay and water taxi back and forth from apartment. Had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend to anyone. Will definitely come again

Great city break

It was a very clean and cosy apartment. The view was really nice, we saw lots of gondolas go past. Very good location, in a quiet area so there wasn’t any noise from the outside.

It didn’t have an oven, which I think I saw on the description.

Great location. Well equipped

Fantastic location in picturesque alleys and near nice restaurants. Hostess very helpful with restaurant recommendations and information on flat etc. Well equipped kitchen, many towels and nice pillows. Perfect with two bathrooms when being four people. The boat landing place (called balcony in ad) is so nice for (a standing) morning coffee.

Sofa bed is small, not enough for two youngsters even. Smell of basement, moist, partly goes away with windows open some hours.

Spotlessly clean apartment in great location

Beautiful apartment located in a central but very quiet area of Venice. Spotlessly clean with great attention to detail. You can almost touch the gondolas from the windows. Mirella must be one of the best hosts in the world. She explained everything with great detail, and arranged a water taxi for us to go back to the airport. The building has its own private boatyard. We communicated in a mixture of English, Spanish and Italian, which was fun. My sister and I loved this place, and had a great time in Venice. We hope to come back one day.

lovely apartment

We slept really well. So quiet! Owner very thoughtfully supplied everything from coffee pods to pods for laundry. Tastefully decorated, comfy bed, good pillows. WiFi strong when it connected.

Had to restart the WiFi at least daily as it dropped us, but good when it connected.
