very nice inside, everything we needed, comfortable
having to collect the keys from another location not very close. we do not drive. could there be a lock box somewhere to make this easier?
3.8
it’s a basic bedroom and kitchen living room combined
the way they stole my deposit and didn’t make it clear I had to put the bins out that I put 1 wet wipe in, I stayed there just overnight and they informed me of a £100 deposit which I wasn’t aware of, I didn’t read the small print no one does, as I was then stuck I paid it and they won’t give it back because I didn’t put the bin bag out! this is a full scam DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE, I’ve made attempts to rectify it and they never call back, also the bath plunge doesn’t hold water so ignore the facilities in the description

The location and parking
Didn’t enjoy having to drive to pick up AND drop off the keys. It would be useful if the pick up instructions explained the building is on the corner of the crescent and Atheneum St and that there’s parking behind building where you an pull in. Cant see why we were not able to leave the keys in the apartment when leaving. Netflix wasn’t working.

The apartment is clean and nice size.
No reception at the property ! Party happening till 5am apartment next to us. Keeping us up all night. Trying to call the emergency number in the information book which was going straight to voicemail ! Got offered £50 back next day hahah absolutely ridiculous. Do not waste your money unless you need a place to party.
Location is horrendous too. You cannot walk into city center you must drive or get a taxi. Not walking distance.

Good value
Basement level rooms - semi underground - hot and clammy despite heating being off.
Late check in dealt with like a real imposition - and at additional charge of £10 per hour - this isn’t a 24/7 business.
Additional charge for dedicated parking space - £10 a night - for a dedicated space.. just wrap it into the price and call it free!
Rules written for lowest common denominator guest - dire warnings of immediate eviction and zero tolerance of out of hours noise. (Which I understand, but I’m an ageing adult - and a fee paying customer - I don’t need or wish to be briefed like a teenager, I want to be treated like a valued customer.
Outside areas littered with cigarette butts.
Window blinds fell out every time they were touched.
Glass in cupboard with lipstick stains.
Dirty spoon in cutlery
bathroom bath chipped
Bathroom sink plug doesn’t empty

nice furniture and comfy bed decorated well
pay for parking, unclean bath, missing amenities, sink blocked

Nice clean comfortable close to centre and all amenities

was good amount of space for a couple and didn’t need anything, bath/shower easy to use heating and good appliances in kitchen
the court yard outside which in the property description was disclosed to be a sitting out area was actually just a comunial walk through which wouldn’t have been a problem if this was said in the beginning. there were no oven trays and only one oven shelf

It was simple, very clean and neatly arranged. It was quiet. We could park there.
It was awkward parking when we went to get the keys, which had to be collected some distance from the property, and collecting the keys was a very slow process. We then had to go back there to drop off the keys. When my wife went to drop them off,the door was closed, and as she had no access code she had to wait til one of the cleaning crew let her in. A drop box for keys by the property would be a simple and far more convenient option. The instructions should have mentioned the room thermostat on the wall outside the bathroom. It was pot luck finding it, as the light in the hallway there was not working. We were a bit cold until I found the thermostat

Great location by Royal William Yard. Was lovely to have the separate annexe; appeared newly refurbished, all mod cons, integrated kitchen appliances, exceptionally clean. Very good communication with PureServiced.
Was the rear car park access entrance so sometimes heard other occupants for main building coming/going. Was very infrequent though and mostly quiet as guests mainly used front entrance.

Lovely clean well maintained apartment
Unfortunately we had some noisy guests in another apartment which spoilt our stay however this was no reflection on the staff or company who were apologetic.

Enjoy the location. Its clean. More roomy than a hotel room
There was a problem with the front door. The key wasn't opening the door. Not sure what the problem was. Fortunately, we could use the back door.

Great location and the apartment was comfortable and well equipped.

The only plus side is the location.
This appartment was disgusting baring in mind we are in a global pandemic the cleanliness or should i say lack of made me feel like i needed a tetinis jab - thank god i carry antibacterial wipes with me. The apartment itself was an absolute rip off for the price we paid. To start off with we were met with the overwhelming stench of B.O, a TV remote which was engulfed in what i can only describe as snot and food and the bathroom wasnt much better - the toilet seat was broken, the bath was damaged and mouldy and the water pressure wasnt good. The bed was as hard as a concrete slab.

The flat was in a good location around 5-10 min drive to get to the main points of Plymouth and a 20-25 min walk. It was secure and the noise levels at night was nice and quiet. The flat was good for facilities such as dishwasher, microwave and really nice bathroom.
It was smaller than expected and unfortunately where they let dogs stay (which is fine as we love dogs) however the carpet was full of dog hair even when asked to vacuum again (which they kindly did) it was still full of hair. I think they need to change the carpet. Also it is a slight faff having to collect the keys from a different location on arrival with a baby!

Everything was clean.
They give me wrong keys. I coming in, and there was someone staff. Then I need go and pick up write keys. I spent 1h...that time I can be outside and check City. She even not says sorry. My daughter was scared... If we can go in people room, then samone can come over. And be sure when you have enough money at your account, because at email they ask you deposit 100£ but when you come pick up keys, they ask you 150£.

Lovely location, very peaceful.
The apartment was quite warm and would have benefited from having a fan

Fab location, everything you need, staff very kind and helpful, would definitely stay again! 👍
Little power to the shower and a little tight for space

Quite basic but very clean and great value for money in a fantastic location for Royal William Yard. Comfortable bed, Didn't really use the kitchen apart from the fridge for drinks but looked absolutely fine.
The instructions weren't very clear... no number given to us, no explanation of where to park, just told to follow the one way system. I got all of the proper details when I rang because I didn't know where to go.

Fab modern apartment, quiet, well appointed, comfortable and pristine clean in a beautiful Georgian townhouse. Hosts were great communicators, if anything was needed. The location was great, just a stone's throw from Royal William Yard, which has ferry links to the Plymouth old harbour and Cornwall. I definitely intend to stay again in the summer for a longer period and I will be bringing swimwear to take full advantage of the free tidal swimming pool at Devil's Point.
If travelling without a car/motorbike: The apartment is quite a considerable distance to walk from the train station and you do need to first head to a property in the Crescent, near Plymouth Pavilion's to pick up the keys. However, the #34 bus from the City centre stops pretty much outside the apartment every 30mins until late.
Only thing for me that might be especially helpful for people staying a number of days, would be a brief page in welcome folder to explain how to use oven. I tried to use it for breakfast but it was blowing out cold air into the room so I gave up. Also, I found the pressure in the shower head quite low, maybe the inside the shower head might need descaling?

Location excellent, everything in flat that you would expect, great facilities.
Great value for money.
Nothing - all excellent
