First time staying at Mess Deck by Pureserviced, pictures are excatly the same as place! geat value for money for 3 adults, parents and child. kitchen was connected to the living room with lots of space. 1 bedroom with a sofa bed in the living room that had more than enough space for two people to sleep comfortably on.b athrooms were clean and the shower worked really well great pressue and warmth. loaction in a great possition not too far from the main centre with shops. Parking on site had a view of the carpark from the bedroom window. Not even a 3 minute walk to the dock with a boat trip to a little island off of plymouth. we got to see a baby seal purched on the dock both days while we stayed here! very pet friendly, we brought our little dog, but there is a charge of £10 to bring pets. while talking to staff all were very friendly when dealing with them. will definatly be staying with the company again. they have a range of properties worth checking out!
kitchen came equipt with minimal but standard utensils, could have a few more peices.
toilet flush was a little weak.

The manager was very friendly and welcoming and helpful when we went to collect the keys. The location of the apartment was absolutely perfect for us - we were attending a wedding celebration at Edgecombe Estate and the Ferry was literally just a couple of minutes walk.
The printer had run out of ink so our instructions on how to get into the flat were not legible. The manager wrote over the first part of the instructions so we found the address with no problem. However, when we arrived at the building, we couldn't make out the directions telling us how to get in! We phoned the manager again and at the same time a resident came out into the carpark and showed us where we had to go. Once we were in the apartment, the facilities were fine but there were no little touches to make it welcoming and homely. It was very austere and cold. Although promo description said there were plenty of toiletries, there was one tiny miniature bottle of shower gel and one of shampoo. Certainly not enough for 2 people to have a shower on each day. There were only 4 sachets of milk so by the time we'd each had 2 cups of tea on arrival, we'd used it all! Fortunately, we'd brought some milk and biscuits and toiletries with us! Would be lovely to see a few books, games and DVDs etc - just to make it more personal.

Very clean and lovely flat
No hot water for shower evening or morning!!!

Very impressed with how clean the room was :) the bed was extremely comfy, more happy with having a tv in the bedroom. I would definitely recommend this room to anyone staying as it was the perfect size and plus didn’t hear anyone being on the bottom floor :). parking is brilliant and short walk to the Royal William yard- the perfect location.
Not enough towels, have to wash them! I feel when on holiday you don’t want to end up washing them as it takes my own time up! Only found 3 wine glasses in the cupboard, could do with some more. Also the longer someone stays- should give more milks etc- a handful or in a box.

A compact, well equipped flat. The bed was very comfortable. Location good. A light bulb needed replacing which was done swiftly.
Good location: 20 min into the city centre, 10 min to Royal William Yard.
The carpets were badly stained. No blow drier available. The curtains in the bedroom were difficult to close and most of the hooks had come away.

Value for money, quiet location, comfortable bed, very modern bathroom, good proximity to the city centre
The carpets were stained, some windows didn't close properly

The flat was clean, well furnished and had a very comfortable bed and extremely soft duvet and pillows. The WiFi was excellent! The bathroom was modern and had a good water pressure. There was an iron, ironing board and a good quantity of hangers, which is helpful for guests who are on work trips. The flat is located very close to Royal William Yard, which is a lovely place to go and relax by the sea or have a meal or drink.
These are minor points - the kitchen could benefit from a large cooking pan, cooking utensils and a wine opener. The flat would look much better and it will be easier to clean if the carpets are taken out. There are old stains on the carpet in the kitchen/dining area.

It had a roof and was dry
Check in process having to go to another property to get your keys show photo id the get stung with a £50 deposit you don’t get back until 7 working days. After all that we arrived to a carpet stained and dirty walls cutlery, plates and trays which we had to wash and with the Covid pandemic was just completely out of line don’t book hear it’s a trap!!!

Bed was very comfortable
This is minor, as the property was lovely...
Some of the curtain hooks in the bedroom need attention
A USB charger/socket would be a good enhancement in future.

The water heating didn't work after the first day. So ended up in cold showers
