Would stay again

Lovely location, there’s a spar close by so easy to grab a few bits without having to go far. Old town about a 10/15 minute walk away

Construction happening at a new hotel behind the apartment, can be very loud at times, wasnt made aware of this when booking

L'esperienza più brutta negli ultimi 3 anni che viaggio sinceramente... questo dice tanto...

L'appartamento è grande e alla prima impressione sembra pulito. La posizione è buona ma non ottima.

Probabilmente avrò sbagliato io a prenotare la camera perchè ho visto le foto del terrazzo al primo piano con il letto matrimoniale vista mare e ci è stato dato un piano terra con i letti singoli vista piscina ( le foto erano poco chiare sul sito e probabilmente non molto aggiornate anche perchè per terrazzo intendo al primo piano e non piano terra ). La cucina ha poche attrezzature e quelle che ha sarebbero da cambiare. Il frigo non ha la luce funzionante e non ha i vani sulla porta. Forno a microonde scalda ma non funziona il timer. Nessun kit di servizio ( olio e aceto ). Il bagno non ha ne finestra, ne la ventola e nemmeno lo shampoo. Di fronte alla casa c'è una ristrutturazione totale di un complesso che ostruisce la vista mare e rumori fastidiosi tutti i giorni impossibile rilassarsi. Le nostre sdraio occupate da altri clienti poco educati, mai usate in 5 giorni. Zero privacy perchè i vicini li avevamo a un metro quando facevamo la colazione fuori sul terrazzo e anche quando eravamo in casa erano tutti fuori e ci sentivamo osservati come in un acquario. Zero zanzariere e pareti non insonorizzate così che puoi sentire i vicini come se fossero a casa tua ( schiamazzi notturni compresi ). Wifi scadente perchè è per tutto il complesso e dunque la connessione cade molto spesso. Come siamo arrivati in appartamento abbiamo dovuto anche compilare i moduli che generalmente compila l'host dopo aver pagato 345 euro ( assurdo e mai successo prima ). Tante cose che sto dicendo sono in altre recensioni prima di questa e dunque direi che l'host non ha fatto grossi cambiamenti nonostante le critiche delle recensioni precedenti. Da prima l'host è stato gentile e dopo molto meno ( un pò approssimativo e sbrigativo ). Abbiamo speso meno in strutture simili ( non hotel ) con Spa inclusa, palestra inclusa e i servizi c'erano e funzionavano.

Great apartment, very helpful host.

The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The host was very helpful. There was no shortage of towels, we had everything we needed to do a little cooking and cleaning.

The location is good, but it's up a steep hill. We were able to walk down to the old town in less than 10 mins but my older parents would not be fit to walk back up. This wasn't an issue as we just got a taxi back up, which didn't cost us more than €4.

Lovely Spacious clean reasonably priced big shower

Was a lovely big Apartment was Spotless when we arrived big shower good water pressure had everything you needed ( apart from an Ironing Board well didn’t see one ) but apart from that’s Excellent facilities

No air conditioning ( not a problem for us as it was January when we went but in the hottest months I could see this being uncomfortable) And Major Renovation of a complex facing again, not a problem for us as we didn’t spend that much time outside, but if was going over to have a chill days outside work men are there most of the time been told it we’ll be Completed for April 2024

Unerträglich durch Baulärm gegenüber - Reiseabbruch!

Einchecken unkompliziert mittels Keybox, insgesamt sauber und ordentlich, gute Lage abseits vom Haupttrubel, aber mit einem kleinen Supermarkt in der Nähe

Es gab einige Mängel an der Ausstattung, wie einem defekten Griff an der Schiebetür, einem Wasserkocher mit kaputtem Deckel, einer defekte Beleuchtung über der Kochfläche und knarrenden Billigbetten. Teilweise waren diese Mängel bereits vor einem Jahr vorhanden, was trotz der Sauberkeit nicht gerade für die Pflege und Reparaturfreudigkeit des Gastgebers spricht. Am meisten enttäuscht hat uns aber die nicht angekündigte Großbaustelle, da die gesamte gegenüberliegende Appartmentanlage augenscheinlich sehr umfangreich saniert wird. Da auch am Wochenende von morgens bis abends gearbeitet wurde - unter starker Lärm-, Staub- und auch Geruchsentwicklung (Fäkalien) - waren die Nutzung des an sich schön gelegenen Balkons und des Pools nahezu unmöglich und der Erholungswert gleich null, sodass wir unsere Reise vorzeitig abbrechen mussten. Dem Gastgeber, welcher direkt nebenan wohnt, muss dies schon lange bekannt sein, doch die Fotos der Anlage sind weiterhin alt (es gibt mittlerweile Überdachungen über den Balkonen) und zeigen nicht den aktuellen Stand mit der Baustelle. Nach Rücksprache wird die Großbaustelle noch ca. bis zum Jahresende andauern, sodass ein Aufenthalt in dieser Anlage aktuell nicht zu empfehlen ist.

Great stay in a clean well looked after apartment

Communication from booking to arrival was exceptional, great location apartment was spotlessly clean. The only thing i would change would be the sofa which was very uncomfortable. I would highly recommend these apartments.

Casi como en casa

Lo que más nos gustó de este alojamiento fue sin duda la servicialidad del anfitrión, la ubicación, lo fácil que es aparcar, la tranquilidad, apenas se oyen ruídos y la comodidad del mismo. El apartamento estaba pegado a la piscina por lo que pudimos hacer mucho uso de ella. El apartamento dispone de todo lo necesario para pasar unos días.

El sofá del apartamento resultó ser muy incómodo, apenas lo usamos, la cama también podría ser más grande.

Cheap and cheerful but don't expect any sleep

We had 2 apartments, the ground floor was next to the pool and the upper was directly above, both had a great view of the sea, harbour and old town. Apartments are clean but dated, free WiFi, a bottle of water, towels, couple of toilet rolls, washing liquid and hand soap.

No air conditioning, no fans, it's was unbearable at night even with all windows and doors open. Neighbours are noisy at night. Also the apartments next door are being renovated, so extremely noisy from half 7 every morning and my teenage daughters were catcalled by the workers. Sitting outside meant staring straight at the building site, a real shame for the apartment owners.

Great stay

Lovely quiet comfortable clean property at the poolside, nice size. Quite a walk downhill to the harbour but taxis are plentiful and cheap for a ride back up. Locally there is a very good restaurant at the end of the the street and around the corner and downhill next to the spar are a choice of restaurants Mario’s being our favourite. Enjoyed our stay and was very grateful to Jose who took us to the airport when our taxi failed to arrive

Comfortable but separate beds (we absolutely didn't like this thing that the beds were single), if I may make a suggestion more cooking accessories in the kitchen, a coffee maker, some salt and sugar could make a difference in staying in the facility.

Lovely apartment in a great location for people with good mobility.

Well equipped apartment in lovely quiet area. The owner lived next door and was very helpful when needed but never imposed. They gave every apartment that was occupied a bottle of cava on new years eve which was a nice touch.

Only one thing, the sofa wasn't that comfortable but we didn't spend that much time indoors so it wasn't that much of a problem.

Superb

The property was just off one of the main roads into town with all the shops, bars and bus stops. The only downside is that there is quite a bit of climbing steep streets if you are averse to walking, but which we love. The balcony had sunshine all day and a smashing view of the sea. The area is very quiet. As a professional cleaner I found the apartment very clean.

Fantastic priced clean appartment close to everything you need but super chilled and quiet.

Loved the quiet residential street, away from the main strip of PDC. However still close to supermarket- few mins walk and two restaurants. Beautiful view of sea and pool. Walk straight out of our appartment to the pool! Really close to la chica beach which is really lovely and secluded plus the old harbour with nice restaurants. Would thoroughly recommend at this amazing price and guaranteed sunshine.

Only small complaint was the uncomfortable sofa and the layout of the room made the TV very far away to view. However you are on holiday so don't need to necessarily be laying around watching TV!

excellent stay in great location. *very clean and great Wifi*

Beautiful and clean stay for our family in the one bedroom suite. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment! The wifi was fantastic and worked in the apartment as well as by the pool. The owner brought us a lovely bottle of champagne on New Years Eve! We would definitely stay again.

Check in could have been easier. The pool is not heated so is rather cold. If you have any allergies to moisture/mold, the living room can trigger some people.

It was a good sized apartment for the two of us. It was in a great location; close to town but not in the busy part, and with access to the coastal path. The pool was good.

Perfect apartment for three people, could do with a little refresh

Location is a walk into Puerto Del Carmen, someone with issues with disability would find the walks difficult as there are a lot of hills, stay on the main roads for easier access.

Tidy 1 bed apartment with a good bed. shower and balcony. nice small pool. to dip in and keep cool. Quiet area and not far to walk to the main strip owner allowed me to stay untill 19.30 at no extra charge as I had. skate flight. Thanks you very much 👍👍

The house was very clean and everything was like in the description and on the photos. The beds were very comfy and the view from the terrace was absolutely amazing. It was lovely have a small swimming poole on the terrace in particular before have a dinner and after a long day on the beach. The kitchen was fully equipped. The city centre was very close and there was more then a beach in 10/15 minutes walking distance. Dino supermarket was very close and big. The host was very discrete, friendly and reactive to reply at any enquires.

The slope of the shortest road from the city centre to the house and for sure my short permanace... I would like staying longer... 8 days was not enough!
