Breakfast was amazing and the room was clean and comfortable. The shower door made very weird sounds. For a minute I thought I was going to break. But overall everything was amazing. 😊
Nothing.

Breakfast was delicious. Our room had a sea view, which was really great. The beach was a just a few feet away.
I wish they could put mini bar fridges in the rooms with cold water. The place gets really hot sometimes.

The TV in our room wasn’t working, but we go moved to another room
You need a generator, there was no electricity when we got there and it wasn’t load shedding. It took so long to get it fixed

The breakfast was not bad but I did feel like the cooked the same food everyday. I would have also loved some bacon or macon, some sausages and bigger glasses for the juice but overall it was lovely and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially Sabelo and Blessed.

The location. The room. The feel of security. How wonderful the staff was. The food was great.
Struggled with WiFi connection. But never enquired. Non the less, there wasn't really anything that put me off about this place. Our entire stay here was awesome!

The receptionist was very friendly. And the site of the place near the beach. Looking forward to visit again.
I did not like the attitude of the shef. I went out first before breakfast time and my wife thought of taking breakfast for me but the sheff did like the idea thinking she was taking the food for herself and gave her an attitude.

Would definitely recommend, likely the best option on the Bluff. Staff were friendly, helpful, and lovely all round. Would like to complement the Chef - food was great. Rooms were spacious, and clean, at all times. Beds were comfortable and the sound of crashing waves was lovely. Loadshedding did not effect our entertainment or comfort.
Dislikes were limited, but shower facilities and stairs could be difficult for the elderly or differently-abled. However, we did have an upstairs room so this might not be an issue for the first level rooms or if you consult with the staff before booking. There was also disabled parking available which was nice.

The Bluff's best kept secret - I will definitely stay here again.

Ocean proximity, staff’ friendliness
Limited restaurant menu - same menu daily.
Noisy patrons.
Rooms not smelling fresh.
Dirty curtains and windows seals. Basically poor effort put on general housekeeping.
No shower caps provided when there’s only showers not full bathrooms.
Things like tea not refilled daily.

The staff was very friendly and the premises were very clean. Big ups to chef Brighton, the chocolate cake, wow. I'll definitely book with them again.
