Never stayed actually got ripped my money

Nothing actually never got to sleep there

The fact that they didn't state No Visitors but when you get there they make you pay the exact booking amount for a visitor Ridiculous

Hygiene is very questionable, staff no where to be found. For two day, restrooms weren't being refreshed. Insects all over the breakfast. When checking in after 7pm, no staff member to help you properly. Security guard only shows you the room. The lights were not working in the restroom and this was not explained properly. The staff knocks on the door aggressively, twice I was woken by the aggression. Good customer service is only practiced by waiters at breakfast.

go for a room with a shower

Nice place

If you want to relax do not book shared bathrooms unless you bring kids because when its bath time eish its hectic you try to shower, some kid wants to get in the toilet for number 2 he tells his mom there's a naked man in the shower hey hey haikhona just add a little money then get a room with a shower.

Good however, there's room for improvement

They have comfortable beds, the place feels safe. They have an electric fence and a security guard for the night.

Their breakfast was spicy, it didn't accommodate the children. No plan (i.e no soft porridge or oats) was made for our 1 year old, they just told us that they won't be making breakfast for her, even though she was fully paid for

My stay was good can't complain

Breakfast was never up to the expectations and improvements need to be made. Fruits were not fresh,I'm a lover of omelet but it wasn't there.

Great place to stay. Will stay there again for business travel.

Cleanliness, security, friendly staff and breakfast. Proximity to Windermere Centre and public transport.

TV did not work on the morning of checkout.

Please remove that lady from the reception or you will lose business

The receptionist was very rude and inconvenient when I had to leave,i nearly missed my flight because of the tea spoon. There's lady called Zama Mthethwa ,very friendly and so patient that one

She made me pay for a tea spoon that I don't know 😕

It was okay for one night.

I had a decent stay. The place was clean and the staff were quite friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was okay. I'm glad they had a variety of options for the breakfast options so it liked that.

The pictures online did not match up to the room when I arrived. It was not carpeted and was a single bed unlike the Queen size i would have liked as shown in the images.

Everything. After 18h00 the reception is closed but security will check you in. And nice thing is should there be anything that requires management the security can get you in touch with them immediately. Place is very clean and safe.

It was very undewhelming

The breakfast was horrible, no options to choose from and they serve a green salad in the breakfast menu and put the dressing for you. Terrible breakfast menu as well. They do not allow you to choose your own seat for breakfast, not allowed to sit inside the dining hall you must first occupy outside seats. Such horrible hospitality

The lady at reception did not even know how to allocate my booking or they did not even bring back my change. The bedding is not even white on the bed its faded old and blue. No.
