Needs a lot of maintenance and better ventilation in the rooms

It is very clean, it is located in front of a small comercial building

It is very very old, the pictures do not reflect the reality of the place, the gardens are not well taken care of and the rooms don’t have a single window or ventilation, everything creaks cause the wood is not well installed. And it needs a lot of maintenance, the keys are old and one of the rooms had to be checked cause the lock was crooked and we couldn’t close the door. The reception is old and dusty, but the staff is cool. In general is old and needs a lot of maintenance and some renewal.

Le falta mantenimiento

El agua abundante y caliente

Es una habitación muy básica, faltan muchos servicios como cafetera, secadora, plancha, aquí aplica calidad- costo, una lampara no funcionaba y estaba muy deteriorada, el área verde muy descuidada desde la entrada tenía demasiada hierba no está como muestran las imágenes los jardines, una pequeña fuente tenía el agua verde, le falta mucho mantenimiento, por las fechas que nos hospedamos de semana santa el área de la alberca estaba llena, parece balneario público, pense que era un poco mas privada o para huéspedes pero no fue así, en general no me agrado tienen muchos detalles que mejorar.

Endroit désagréable à cause des chiens.

Le décor de la chambre. Prêt d'un calorifère car chambres froides et humides. On peut avoir du café gratuitement et tout le temps à la réception. Le personnel est très aimable et serviable. À deux pas de la grande pyramide de Cholula.

Chambre humide à l'arrivée. Pas de restaurant sur place. Pas de petit déjeuner. Si vous aimez les chiens qui aboient toute la nuit et même le jour cet hôtel est pour. Très très très désagréable. Les chiens ont même grogné après moi. Nous ne retournerons pas à cet hôtel surtout à cause des chiens.

Cockroach, people having a party till 7 in the morning and them not doing anything about it. We did not sleep.

Nothing to like about this motel.

This is a noisy truck stop with nothing to commend it. It was inexpensive but I wouldn't stay here again if it was free.

Great place overall!

The facilities are beautiful, very well kept and clean, the views of the volcanoes and the pyramid with the church on top are second to none! I highly recommend this place!

Great location and nice stay

The place is really right in the center, a great location. and the hotel is well decorated with art and murals. the pool has a great view as the terrace bar. really nice breakfast at the restaurant.

Some tiny improvements would make the place even better, like the shower has plenty of water running under the shower door, wobly toilet seat. parking was supposedly included but its actually a reasonable 100mx per 24hr.

the property is located in a very good spot - just a few minutes walk to the Archeological site of Cholula and very close to restaurants and bars. The staff was great and the rooms were very spacious. They also accept pets for an additional cost and there is plenty of room for the dogs to run in the garden. It is a beautiful property in an old Hacienda.

It was very very very cold in the room. There is no heating or AC, which is quite normal for Mexico but the temperature in the room was actually unpleasant and we had to ask for additional blankets. The room we stayed in also did not have a window (from what I could see other rooms in the other wing of the building did have) which also contributed to the cold feeling in the room. No window in the bathroom either, so after a 2 day stay the odor in the bathroom started being very heavy.

Nice location, but I would not recommend it or stay there again

The location and views from the hotel were wonderful. Also the garden area

Bed was horrible, very hard and uncomfortable. Water temperature was horrible, either too cold or too hot. Also there was very limited hair dryers and I never got to use one because they were always in use.

Amazing deco, hacienda like and super clean. It has a good vibe.

I don't understand why they put a TV if it's impossible to watch with such small display and only one channel available. No windows in the rooms.
