Good location, friendly staff

The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Cute breakfast courtyard; enjoyed eating the yummy breakfast there every for the 2 mornings we were there. Bed was very comfortable; nice size room; quiet locaton. The hotel was very close to everything.

The rooms were dark and had a bit of a musty smell. There was no window in my daughter's room. My room had an upper side window in front of the bathroom, which faced the floor of a communal lounge area. My daughter walked by and easily saw me inside; not a nice feeling to know someone can easily see me from the outside as I use the bathroom so I kept window slightly open, just enough to remove some of the musty air inside. An update is needed in the common area and in the bedrooms.

Excelente ubicación y atención excelente de todo el staff.

Ubicación y que cuenta con estacionamiento. El lugar está súper bonito y bien cuidado, además olía súper rico. El personal fue excepcional, de lo más amable y eficiente.

El internet no llegaba muy bien al cuarto (Roble) la señal era intermitente.

Loved the layout, the staff was BEYOND accommodating. When I say, beyond, I mean beyond! They aided in directions, stored my sons nutritional drinks in their fridge and got them for us when we ate at the attached restaurant. One time, they brought it for us without asking at one of our breakfasts

Wish it was easier to cool the room at night. It's only a preference but we like to sleep cool or have some kind of air movement. Having access to open windows would have helped, we needed to ask for a fan. AGAIN, this is only preference. Further into the night the room was perfect

Superb

It’s in an old building with lots of character. Cholula is quite small, so it was very close to the center. Good alternative to stay rather than Puebla. Our bedroom had a beautiful little terrace.

The room was a bit dark and the bathroom a bit cramped.

Beautiful boutique hotel providing exceptional accommodation and excellent value for money.

Our room was lovely! 2 big double beds which were very comfortable. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated. The hotel is located a couple of minutes from the main square and was a peaceful base in which to relax.

There was nothing not to like!

lovely vintage style, cozy hotel near central Cholula and walkable to Cholula Pyramid.

vintage aesthetic, lovely decor, and superb staff

rooms were cold and had no windows, so we’re quite dark. Breakfast starting at 8:00am was too late for me because I often needed to depart by 8am for my conference; breakfast food was ok but not outstanding

If you are going to Cholula and you want a centrally located spot, do yourself a favor and stay here

Scrambled eggs, Chilaquiles, fruit, granola with yogurt, papaya jam, beans, coffee:; every thing tasted fresh, hot where it needed to be so. It is walking distance close to both local mercados , the Great Pyramid at Cholula is also walking distance close , ( even for 2 age 55+ not exactly athletic folks) . Cerveceria Cholula is also close by. The Thunder and Lightning GODS come around often in the early evening so be prepared for that!

Maybe some Cafe de Olla but to be fair, we never asked for it so not sure if it was even on the menu.. NOTHING that we had that we didn't like.

Short stay

Location was perfect we come to Cholula every 4 months for medical meetings. This was the first time staying at Casa Eva. We will be staying here from now on

It wasn’t perfect but so nice and beautiful.

The breakfast…delicious and the service excellent

One night the restaurant was out of salads, no coffee machine in the room. The wifi was not good.

Beautiful hotel, great staff, but the rooms need some attention for practicality.

The mix between old and modern.

1. The room was TOO hot and the 2 fans we had were not enough to cool the room down. 2. There was not a little refrigerator to keep cold beverages. 3. There was ONLY one small mirror in the whole room. Very difficult for 2 people to try to get ready at the same time! 4. The closet was too small with an uncomfortable way to hang clothes. 5. No shelves for your clothes, you need to keep them in the suitcase.

Small hotel in good location in the center of Cholula, new facility, clean, nice ambiente, very friendly staff, valet parking, overall a good choice.

A hair brush dryer could be included in the facilities.

A wonderful place, the only place I'd want to stay in Cholula.

Really really nice. The place, the rooms, the facilities and equipment (that's rare in mexico), the staff. Just wonderful ! So much better than the average (and generally disappointing) 'boutique' hotel level in Mexico. A really nice place, run smartly and professionaly.

Convenient location and very nice staff and property is well maintained.

The facility provided parking at no charge. They picked up our laundry at the laundry center down the street for us because they were going to close before we were getting back. They helped us with logging on to netflix. The TV was a super size. The staff was very helpful in every way they could be.

The breakfast is so so. There were not many guests when we were there. We didn't go after the first day. There were no hooks to hang our towels on in the bathroom. Some of the rooms are cave like with no exterior windows.

Quality. Comfortable. Classic old world.

everything about the place is exactly as it should be , wonderful Old World Spaniard / Mexican Hacienda / resistance. the upkeep and renovations are very well done. a beautiful place in downtown. extremely comfortable place to not just sleep , but relax and get some rest. the price per night is well justified and a great value for the facility. the staff are absolutely some of the best folks I've ever experienced anywhere in the world. if you stay here , for sure you will come back to enjoy the place on a regular basis as I have over the years when staying in Cholula , Puebla Mexico. the heated pool was enjoyable.

there is absolutely nothing to complain about. the place is simply amazing.

Beautiful. Old World Elegance. Classic.

the in room tub of this particular room was very nice and enjoyable. the rooms are spacious , everything about the rooms and the facility are beautiful old world design and construction. quiet , comfortable , peaceful , clean , old world elegance , beautiful , a place to rest. it's a great value at this price point. I stay here whenever we come back to Cholula , and each year things are better than the previous year at this facility. the staff are wonderful hard working people who are attentive to the smallest of details , just impecable service.

there is absolutely nothing negative to be said about the place.

Delightful stay in a stunning boutique hotel.

Beautiful property with stunning artwork scattered around. Great location close to both plaza and pyramid / church. Staff were very helpful and responsive.
