This is the worst accommodation booking I have ever made on Booking. Due to a flight delay, we were late arriving. I started calling and texting at 22:00 to report the delay. But no one answered. We went to the hotel anyway, because the booking was not cancelled and it was written that the keys could be received at the reception. But when we got to the hotel, we found only an unoccupied building at the address. As a result, my small child and I were left on the street in the middle of the night in a not very safe area. The next day, the booking was cancelled because we did not arrive. Although we arrived, no one answered us. I wrote to the owner of the apartment and to the Booking support team, but did not receive any response. Only the owner wrote that the money wasn't refundable. And if they had cancelled the booking at 10:00 pm, or at least written that they would not accommodate us, we would have found another place to spend the night. But they didn't, and my child slept on a bench in the car park. So I really don't recommend it, given that there was no house at the address at all.

i was called at 7 am told to leave at 11am. The owner sent me a message day before asking me at what time i'll leave, but i got free around midnight and saw his message and told him that i'll leave in afternoon.

The apartament had enough space and is really fit for 5 teenagers
I am convinced that it will look so much better after all the construction is done
The shower clogged and it is hard to share only one bathroom to 5 people, therefore I think it will be great after the second bathroom is finished
Also, the distance from the city centre of Milan is considerable, but the public transportation works well
Unfortunately, the road was under repairs so even using public transport became more difficult

The place is not suitable for a family with children, there are crawling and flying insects inside the house
