the worst homestay in monterrey

the absolute worst. horrible hosting, horrible communication, garbage room. just absolute trash. booking needs to take this off their site lisrening

Customer service was really bad since the beginning the owner wanted to charge me extra 600 pesos so we can have 1 private bathroom and always saying you deal with booking not with me wanted to pay thru booking n paid her full amount on her personal account. Ofcourse because she knew once I cancel thru booking she will keep partial payments plus full amount n extra 600 pesos on her account. Also she question me a lot about car kids age not given exact age o the kids etc etc she I was on a hurry to find find a room to spend the night. My total group was 7 and the family room was 9 so what’s the big deal about the age. Poor customer service very rude n no kindness for people at all.

no service of shuttle to the airport 23minutes from the airport without trafic the adress isn’t good, difficult to find they don’t speak English they cancel me by phone last minute because I didn’t find the hotel and they can’t help it’s not an hotel

Horrible

Such a filthy dirty place. Bedbugs and fleas in the bed. All over blood patches on the white duvet cover. I left the place with swollen bug bites all over my body. They also gave me the loudest room window facing to the street, when they have so many other rooms.. Bathroom walls covered with black mold. Horrible place! Dont waste your money going there.

Family atmosphere

Netflix and wifi. The kitchen had all necessary appliances, cookware, and diningware. The host showed us great hospitality and helped us get around. The heater worked well.

There was some confusion at first that it was a "shared" space.

The owners were so friendly and helpful with everything. Even though my Spanish is rubbish, we found a way to communicate and have a good laugh.

Staff was friendly.

I didn't receive my change that I over paid. No one is there during the day. The noiise from surrounding houses was terrible, music and dogs barking ALL night.

The owners are just amazing and lovely people.They made me feel like I was in my family house.They also provide food,drinks and transport from the airport.I really enjoyed staying there.

Very nice hosts, available even upon late arrival at night!

House actually 20 min away from airport, not 7. Lack of small necessities like soap in the bathroom sink, or breakfast option.

Very helpful and caring owner. I only could get to the place almost at dawn and she let me in and stay past the checkout time. Very comfortable bed in a room with air conditioning.
