The apartment was wonderful, well equipped and clean. The beds were very comfortable and air conditioning in each room which was nice since it was over 100 degrees. The host was very responsive to all questions and set up transfers to and from the airport which was very helpful. The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating was the check in process. He emailed me the day of our stay. We were flying and did not have access to this and when we did land, I could not access my VRBO account and didn’t know what to do after driver dropped us off. Luckily the, cleaning person was able to let us in and host was kind enough to let us leave our luggage since it was too early to check in. It would have been nice to have someone check us in and explain things. The cleaning person was so sweet and did her best to explain things with her google translate app but it was difficult. Most information had been sent in the email, I just couldn’t access it. It would have been nice to have the information a day before or even better to have someone meet us for check in. Still, I would stay here again. The location was great and apartment was clean.

Our family of 5 with young adult children had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Athens. The location cannot be beat. We didn’t need the metro the entire time, although it is very close if you want to venture further out. We walked to all of the sites and enjoyed browsing and eating in Plaka, Psyrri, and Monastiraki. The apartment was equipped with water, juice, and a bottle of wine upon arrival. We were allowed to drop off our luggage, and our host arranged our transfer to Piraeus for our early morning departure. Beautiful views from the apartment, very good AC, and an elevator were icing on the cake.

All good but note that the inner circular road of 8 lanes of traffic is right outside the property.
Take earplugs if you have issues with noisy nocturnal Motorcycles

Great location!! It is located right in the center of all the must see sights. I was a little worried as it is on a very busy street but the building is built in the good old days with thick walls. I would definitely stay there again.

Whatever little improvement comments we could make about this apartment would mean nothing when you take into account the perfect location to everything we wanted to see or do in Athens. Spacious, clean and an excellent location!!!! Very spacious and comfortable. the host was responsive to all of our needs and was prompt with his replies. When we visit Athens again we will stay here again.

Loved the condo, comfortable, clean, great location. The balcony’s were nice with such good views. Elevator was small but worked great. Restaurants, markets , shops within walking distance. Well worth the price for a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath.

Beware of construction
Overall the property was great. Amazing location. The property manager was great to deal with. Only problem was construction next door. Started using jackhammers against a bedroom wall at 5am. This should have been disclosed at time of booking. Probably going to be going on for the next year. Be aware

Incredible location!
Amazing views from the balconies. Very spacious and comfortable. Walking distance to numerous activities.
Could have had better detailed cleaning, underneath the kitchen sink was dirty as well there were 5 or 6 opened wine bottles which took up space.
We could not hang our washed clothes to dry since bed sheets were left hanging from prier guests.

A Fun 3 Nights
My wife, three daughters (ages 15-21) and I stayed for three nights (during the heatwave and fires) in August. We had a nice time and the property was generally well-equipped. The apartment was large with plenty of room to spread out. The elevator in the building is small but it worked well, we never had to wait for it and it did the trick when we needed to get our luggage upstairs. We stayed home and cooked one night and found everything we needed except for some potholders. The appliances (including the AC) all worked well and the apartment was cleaned well before we arrived. The views amazing and as pictured, although the view of the Accropolis is starting to be obscured by the trees out front growing taller. But we usually had our afternoon happy hour on the other balcony that overlooked Zeus's temple in which we had such good views of it that we decided we didn't even need to buy a ticket to visit it in person.
The location was convenient - close to all of the touristy stuff that we wanted to see and since Athens isn't very large, it was an easy walk or cab ride everywhere else we wanted to go. If you are staying longer and want to rent a car for a day or two for an excursion out of town, there are lots of car rental companies located about 2 blocks away.
The only thing I would deduct a half of a star for (if I could) is that the furniture is starting to get a bit tired. The beds were all comfortable, but in general it would be nice if they started to refresh some things over the next couple of years. But overall I think it was worth the price, we loved Athens and would stay there again.
2 quick tips not directly related to the Apartment:
1) While the Greek food nearby was all very good, if you want a break from it for a night or are just looking for a fun spot to have a nitecap - we found a great Tiki bar about 3 blocks southwest of the apartment called Tiki Bar Athens. It's not quite the south Pacific but we had a lot of fun.
2) Cabs are supposed to charge based on distance, but there is no meter in them, so be prepared to either 1) negotiate before you get in or 2) use Uber. Uber just calls an actual taxi, but the Uber app tracks how far you go and you get billed based on that. We generally didn't have problems getting a taxi on Uber and it saved me a lot of money for the 5 cabs that we used with the app compared to the 1 we took without the app.

Fabulous Apartment in Heart of Athens.
We had a wonderful stay at this property when we visited Athens. The location was absolutely superb, the views from every balcony were amazing, the host was great to work with and the apartment had everything we needed.
We loved that we could walk to just about anything, there were so many restaurants that were close by and there is a little market just a block away for us to grab a few groceries. The apartment suited us well with the 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths and I thought the price was very good. We definitely would stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

Very Accommodating! Great location!
The communication with Konstantinos was excellent. He was responsive and extremely accommodating with our requests.
This is a terrific location - close to everything. The apartment had enough space for my family of six adults.
A couple of things to be aware of - this is on the fifth floor of the building and the elevator is extremely small (which is usual for most buildings), there stairwell around the 3rd and 4th floors is very dark which made me uneasy about using. The entrance of the building is next to a dumpster so there is a strong aroma upon entering and exiting the building, however, there was no trace of it in the apartment.
The apartment has an interesting layout. There is no ensuite bedroom. You must walk through the kitchen to get to the master bathroom which is next to the small half bath.
We enjoyed the access to balconies from each bedroom. The historical views we outstanding.

The apartment was a perfect set up for 5 adults. Very clean and had a cleaning service twice while we were there for 9 days. Most importantly was the location great neighborhood, walking distance to most attractions, stop for Tour buses was right there and the neighborhood had a great selection of restaurants, bars, coffee and supermarkets. We went to the hotel next door if we needed a cab.
Our host also suggested a driver (Kris) and tours. We went on several tours (Delphi, Meteora &Temple of Poseidon ) and Kris drove us back & forth to the airport.
This was an amazing experience - Thank you

Great apartment and fantastic location
Having never been to Athens I was not clear from my research where this apartment was located and whether it was going to be a convenient location for our visit - it was!
First, the views from the apartment are absolutely amazing. Directly across the street from the Temple of Zeus and the pictures you see in the listing of the Acropolis are not doctored. That is the view from the one balcony.
The unit itself is located in a very quiet building, even though it is on a main street directly next to a busy pedestrian walkway. The Greeks are not big users of the car horn (thankfully) so even though you would pick-up some noise from traffic, it was very minimally disruptive.
The unit was very comfortable, clean and functional. The furnishings are modern and very functional. We loved this apartment.
In addition to having a private view of the major sites from the unit, it is very conveniently located to the National Garden, the Acropolis Museum and Plaka. We walked everywhere and never felt unsafe and generally found the city to be quite clean. There are several subway stations within walking distance as well as a multitude of available cabs. There is also a very small grocery store within a five minute walk that was perfect for meeting our basic needs during our visit.
Also, the property agent was excellent with his communication and kindly arranged transit for us from the airport and to the ferry for our departure. We never met in person, but I found him to be extremely responsive to my queries and very helpful.
Overall, we really enjoyed this property and thought it was an excellent location. We highly recommend this unit for your next visit to Athens.

Beautiful location, very nice property!
Six of us recently stayed here (April 2019) for a few days while touring Athens. Great location for sure. Walking distance to restaurants, gift shops, Acropolis (Parthenon), temple of Zeus, the first Olympic stadium and more shopping and restaurants near Syngama square.
Property itself was very nice and clean. Spyros is a great host and answered all my questions and requests via WhatsApp before coming and during our stay as well.
Positive feedback- upgrade the master bathroom for more space to shower. Otherwise great and would stay again if I ever go back.
