The sounds of the rushing French Creek coupled with the magnificent scenery made this VRBO stay incredible. The house was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed for our family of 5 visit to Breck. The house was close enough to walk to town but felt secluded enough to have a great trip. Highly recommended!

If you need to stay in Breckinridge with a large group (or not!), this property is an incredible find!! Your group may be fighting over who gets the view in the main bedroom, but everyone can enjoy the beautiful mountain scenery from the main floor & deck! Kitchen is marvelous & roomy, & we all enjoyed the fire pit & the hot tub!! Very close to everything you need to see or do…. We will DEFINITELY stay again the next time we’re in Breckinridge, if it’s available…. 10/10 !!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just returned from a great stay in this home. I’ve stayed in several rental homes throughout Summit County but this was my first time renting from Pinnacle and they exceeded my expectations. The home was CLEAN, and thoughtfully furnished. Between the appliances and housewares, we could have easily prepped a holiday meal in that kitchen. It was not the typical Air BnB kitchen with terrible knives and shoddy cookware. The location was great for us and we found it to be the right balance between walkable to town (25 minute walk) but also felt like we were in the mountains as it’s an established neighborhood with mature landscaping, trails that are literally behind the house, and a lovely creek that beat anything a white noise machine could attempt. My only regret is that we only stayed 3 nights and that wasn’t long enough to enjoy everything that the house and surrounding area had to offer. The only potential imperfection that we noticed was that the wifi signal wasn’t consistently good throughout the house. So if you will have a large group with everyone needing to have strong WIFI in every room, this could be an issue. Didn’t bother us, but some may appreciate a heads up. We will be back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fabulous! We love Breckenridge Co and so my husband wanted to celebrate turning 60 in there. The house was wonderful, fully equipped and lots of throw blankets. The location with the stream running behind was wonderful. The only thing you might consider is installing a couple of ceiling fans. It cooled off at night but sometimes it would have been nice having the air circulate.
