Brilliant Park Lodge Hotel

Nice friendly staff and management. No dogs. Food was lovely and prices okay. Not too far from town centre and other attractions.

Could not find fault. We go often because we really enjoy it.

Superbly located above the harbour and comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff.

The Staff at the Park Lodge were friendly and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.

The Room was smaller than expected and although on a higher floor as requested it was not quiet as it was above the main entrance and above the hotel car park.

Perfect for off season work trip

Clean, good facilities, lovely staff. Food was very good.

Nice lady on the desk who was very friendly as was a younger girl called Corran .Both represented the hotel well

Lovely Stay

Ground floor room seemed to be refurbished recently and was very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was tasty and service was quick.

Terrible. Expecting much much more for the price. Photos on website inaccurate..

The bed, nothing else.

Room size was hardly larger than a broom cupboard. Bathroom scruffy. Little room to step into bath to have a shower which was over the bath. Reception staff on arrival were not welcoming. Scrambled eggs at breakfast were terrible, over cooked. Had to cook own toast and when it was done breakfast was cold. Croissant was in individual packets and was moldy. It said on packet eat on day of purchase. When pointed out to staff they apologised and agreed that they had not been purchased that morning. Another croissant was brought out and I was told it was fresh. When the packet was opened it was solid in the middle and not edible. No one on reception to feed back too.

We enjoyed our stay in this very pleasant hotel, and would happily return.

We stayed B&B in a Superior Twin room, which was of good size and recently renovated (USB power sockets etc.). We experienced very polite and attentive service. We'd not hesitate to stay there again.

Very spacious superior double room. Friendly staff and good food.

The staff the one man in particular was on the reception and the bar as we had arrived late. His manner and service was excellent. Provided colouring for our young child. Dinner and breakfast was very good.

Only slight issue was little choice of food for dinner for vegan for my mother in law otherwise no issues.

The stay at Park Lodge was made more enjoyable by the friendly staff.

Breakfast was good as was the room, Staff were friendly and chatty especially in the evenings when using the bar.

Very little to dislike but if there was one criticism it would the be the food in the evenings. A little basic.

We had a wonderful time on Mull and Park Lodge Hoel was a perfectly practical place to stay.

Everything worked fine. The staff were pleasant. Mull is a brilliant place and Tobermory a good place to stay. Nothing was wrong with the hotel and we enjoyed ourselves for 4 days there. The breakfasts were good.

The room was small and quite basic. The decor was rather dull and grey. There wasn't a lot of space to put our things - hardly any shelves or drawers. But it was perfectly adequate and we enjoyed ourselves.

Great bedroom and facilities. excellent breakfast and evening meals. Netflix and Amazon Prime free to use in bedroom. no complaints at all.

Was ok staff were very pleasant hotel was ok just for a night or two at most I would say.

Breakfast was poor asked for toast with bacon and scrambled eggs…got 1 slice small brown toast a couple scoops of egg and 1 small rasher of bacon…😩not exactly fighting breakfast for a working man that’s what I get for trying to be a bit healthier should have got a full English 👍

Got a twin room singles beds the bed was uncomfortable mattress a bit lumpy prob cos I am use to super king bed at home with memory foam mattress.

Great experience

Food was great. Staff were lovely. Hotel was very clean. Really enjoyed our stay there.

Walls were a bit paper thin, could hear guest next door in the bathroom quite clearly.
