The hotel was very impressive on first view. Reception staff were very friendly & helpful. Room was not large but very comfortable.
We had our evening meal in the Piano bar. The whole area was very impressive & the food excellent.
Breakfast was very high quality.
All staff were very friendly & helpful.
The bathroom was very strange. Two walls were plain glass with a plain glass door!

great location
no need for a glass door for bathrooms.

Location was fab and room was great size and really bright. Lounge bar area was really bright and views fab and staff very nice and wine good . . .but quite expensive.
The room was quite dated, the light just inside the door was not properly secured to the ceiling - not unsafe but untidy and needed pushed back in. It just looked a bit tired - I think the rooms need a bit of a refresh.

Gorgeous hotel & very clean, staff all so nice 👌🏻

The best thing about this stay was the comfort of the bed and pillows. Excellent. The location of the hotel is central and beside the train and bus station. Also very close to the Grand Opera House, where we were going to a show. On this occasion we did not have breakfast but did have a light lunch and this was all good.
The room view was not great. Mostly looking at a wall!

Great central location, right behind bus station. Lovely bars, friendly staff and efficient

Lovely staff, clean room, comfy bed.
Expensive restaurant and Bar. More room essentials to get ur moneys worth. Wasn’t able to connect any sort of fire stick to the tv as the tv would it connect to internet, and all music channels where disabled

Very friendly staff and the room was clean and spacious. The entrance hall feels very grand and it is definitely good value for money also given the location in the heart of the city.
The door to the bathroom did not close properly, would not be nice if staying with a partner.
Also the room in particular faced a wall, so even though I had a window I couldn't see anything. Because I only stayed one night it wasn't a massive deal though.

Staff were friendly and attentive. Hotel was presented clean throughout. Good selection for breakfast which was value for money. Hotel was well sited for our plans. The room was compact but sufficient for the limited time we spent in it.
On two occasions, Monday and Tuesday I had to go to reception to request clean towels as they had not been left following our room make up.
Whilst in the Piano lounge on Sunday evening the first two soap dispensers were empty. On the Monday afternoon, these dispensers remained empty.
I also observed on Tuesday evening a female vaping at the bar, in font of a young staff member, in fact she handed the ar person the used vape and he disposed of it in the bin.

The bathroom was amazing, and the size of the bed was perfect. It was just such a modern room that was exquisite.
I could not get the window shade down as the button didn't work.

Staff lovely and lobby bar great breakfast was good
Shower tray had a crack in it like it was peeling was sharp so i couldn't use the shower as it was dangerous to do so. Pillows are terrible didnt get much sleep

Everything, the staff where so friendly and efficient .
The hotel was so clean
My room wasn’t service on my second day , the maid said we had ‘ do not disturb on the door ‘ when we came out of the room we but ‘ please service my room’ the trolley the maid used was at our door so they on the corridor. My husband told the receptionist and when we got back to our room they had just left towels on the bed , no glasses taken away or the old towels taken away we where very unhappy with that.

Lovely inside clean and tidy.
Tv wasn’t the best

Check in was perfect. Tomassina on reception made us feel very welcome and upgraded us when we mentioned it was our wedding anniversary. The room was outstanding, both in cleanliness and equipment. We were located on the eleventh floor so had a good view. We didn`t have breakfast in the hotel
Absolutely nothing. Tis hotel was perfect for our needs, but it is the staff who make it that way.
4.4
Perfect location to walk to city centre. Breakfast was lovely and the piano bar was so relaxing.
Everything was perfect

Great location close to loads of things to see and do. Staff really helpful and friendly
No towels when arrived but provided when asked. They were really busy so I imagine simple mistake when turning the room around
4.4
A little overpriced - very central to all amenities in Belfast - we stayed as we were at a show in the GOH - would defo stay again - but it would be a treat .
A little overpriced for the rooms / beverages

Large room , spacious. Staff very friendly
Only one dressing gown in room, had to phone for another.poor selection of teabags( no earl grey or green tea).room was very cold when we arrived

Staff went above and beyond to help us find a place to eat, a driver for a tour! Excellent place to stay!
4.4
Well appointed room. Water not available to flush the toilet . Breakfast extensive.
Toilet failure.
4.4
The location, the staff, and the ambiance. Very comfortable bed, and the provision of spring water was a nice touch.
The room was a little on the small side, but the main issue was that the bathroom's two internal walls were transparent. This gave rise to privacy issues, and although one side could be masked by a curtain, it meant that the illumination of the area during the night was intrusive. It was bizarre.
4.4
Everything. location. staff. cleanliness. 10/10
nothing

Bed was very comfortable, staff were pleasant and set in a good location.
Nowhere in the shower to set ur shower gel or soap,no toilet brush and pubes on the toilet floor when we entered the bathroom.
4.4
Excellent location, staff and room.
Very simple thing but there was no separate hand soap in the room for washing hands, only shower gel provided.
4.4
the hotel was very clean and staff were pleasant and helpful
the cleaners knocking on the door at 8:45am to clean the room when checkout wasn’t until 11. the bathroom has a glass wall and glass door so privacy was minimal even with the privacy curtain closed you could still see through it and the door.

location location location
The bedroom was quite old fashioned with the walls covered in dark wooden panels. the smaller mirror in the bathroom was broken and the bath taps were all loose/shaky. The cover for the extraction fan in the shower was also missing, which means you could see inside it and it was disgustingly dirty.
4.4
Hotel is lovely, art deco in style and has a lovely feel. The rooms were big and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful and the location is really good for exploring the city
Hand towels and a shower mat we're missing from the bathroom. The bathroom was freezing and the water in the taps and shower took a long time to heat up
