Staff so so friendly .. was a nice visit.. get a new lift tho it’s tiny!

Very clean and friendly staff

We stayed in room 211 it was too Hot and small! Right by the lift doors and we couldn’t open the curtains fully! Very basic small double!

Amazing!

Clean, family friendly, friendly staff

Was a little bit far away from the beach/main town but that was my fault as never been there before, saying that I would stay here again. Could do with more staff on check in/check out times as had to wait a little while as there was only one person.

The hotel looks significantly worse in person than on pics

Nice bar area

The hotel looks significantly worse in person than on pics. Room are in desperate need of renovation, with dirty carpets and a bathroom that feels ancient. Breakfast was quite dissapointing, offering very limited variety of choices. Overall, this hotel is definitely overpriced.

Tinha tudo que precisava pra descansar e relaxar

Quarto muito bom,estava super limpo e tinha tudo que precisamos,uma cama confortável e grande,tomadas de carregadores de celulares perto da cama,tv funcionando e banheiro muito limpo,hotel tem uma piscina aquecida que foi incrível,e tbm um restaurante que é uma ótima opção pra passar um tempo conversando.

Sem nada para reclamar.

They need be very careful about the reservation when it was booked around a month ago! And they need to place someone se

We booked two Supirior plus room. One was good and another one was terrible! The lady who was at the reception in time of check out was nice.

At the time of check in (around 20.00 hrs) the gentleman in the reception was very rude. And One superior plus room was terrible in term of facilities and size (in 3rd floor)

Extremely disappointed

Location was OK but that's all I can recommend

Room wasn't ready, waiting at check in was extreme, room was cramped with double bed side against a wall meaning both people entering and exiting from same side. The bar had no draught beer and restaurant run out of food. Only a skeleton staff on hand. It had a very run down feel about it.

That the main hotel was mostly inaccessible due to housing asylum seekers.

Great location. Best Ibis hotel i have stayed in. We were upgraded and the staff could not have been nicer.

The room was spacious and accommodating to me and my family’s needs. The breakfast and staff were fantastic

The AC was not working and as a result the room was very hot during the night which resulted in a restless sleep for all

Our 2 day stay was comfortable and it was nice to have parking outside our room which we thought was

Exceptional

IBIS had double bookings meaning they needed to relocate us, They relocated us to East Cliff hotel what was beautiful right on the sea front with sea views, What we really liked is that IBIS kept us updated on our booking and offered us to use there facilities during our stay, The marks given are for East Cliff Hotel.

Just a shame we couldn't stay at IBIS, a bit of discount to book with them again would of been nice.

Great location, 10 min walk to the beach. Lovely staff, great service, very clean rooms with comfy beds, and good facilities. A lot of choices for breakfast. Swimming pool that made our evening!

Lots of walking to get to the main areas of entertainment particularly coming back up those hills.

Courtesy bus back to the main amenities would have been useful.

Shame it wasn't actually fully open!!

Nothing as didn't end up staying there

Went to check in and the hotel wasn't actually fully open yet following building work, so we did not have a room available. No one contacted us before we arrived so it wasn't ideal after a long drive. We ended up being moved to a hotel round the corner that was very tired and dirty. From what I could see from reception the hotel looked nice and modern following a paint job.

New Year Break

We were allocated an outside chalet and were able to park close to the room. No lugging bags up flights of stairs. Room had tea and coffee making facilities as well as fridge and microwave enabling us to keep things cool. If had stayed longer would have made more use of this for breakfast.

Swimming pool was closed on day of arrival and although open next day we did not have time to use it
