The Hotel is a beautiful place, located close to the pier, with stunning views, it was large and spacious, with a relaxed snug room with a bar and big bay windows to look out at the lovely views.
The room was spotless and had everything we needed, again it was a great room to stay in with great views.
If the hotel facilities, room and views were the crown of our stay, the jewel was definitely Emma the hostess, she was extremely kind, helpful and welcoming, making you feel right at home straight away, a happy and chatty genuine person.
Thank you Emma for letting us stay at your amazing hotel, you and the whole place made our much needed break away even better! We will definitely see you again, what a gem of a place in Llandudno.

How they described the place
Overpriced, under staffed, breakfast was undercooked and poisoned me, I asked for a fan that day because of this and waited five hours for it. Now they're trying to charge me another night because the state they put me in and the .ess that was made, but it wont be paid. I've just stayed a few hotels down for an extra night because of this too and for £30 cheaper they were much, much better and provided everything you need without you having to ask after they've made you ill.
Didn't take any pictures as it's underwhelming for the price and service.

Everything was faultless. Deserves a higher rating. Impeccably clean room, breakfast scrumptious and plentiful, location perfect. Will definitely be returning in the near future. Thank you so much for everything.

Breakfast was good. The sea view was awesome. Emma and all other staff were very cordial.
There could have been more variations in the breakfast menu. The room size could have been more.

Really welcoming, clean, amazing breakfast

The view could have been enough and sometimes you find less effort is made when the view is spectacular..geordie and emma are superb at what they do. Little touches like blankets to keep warm on the patio watching the fireworks bonanza, bringing out drinks, making sure everyone was comfortable. Geordie spent time having a good chat and a giggle with us after a long day, emma was attentive and kind during breakfast, showing us the other rooms we will be staying in when we go back. Beautiful stay, thanks so much!

The breakfast was terrific: the best we had during our stay in Llandudno. The scrambled eggs were excellent;. Ian Fleming would have loved them.
The view from the front bay windows was second to none.
A very warm welcome awaited us upon arrival. Location was good too--some prestigous restaurants close-by.
I don't think we could fault it.
