Nada, no reserven

El apartamento se vende como un espacio privado, sin mencionar que compartirás la estancia con otras parejas, pero eso es lo menos preocupante. Nos enfrentamos a una plaga brutal de hormigas que infestan todo el alojamiento. Además, la anfitriona solicita un depósito de $2000.00 pesos al entregarte la habitación, y la gestión para reembolsar ese dinero ha sido un verdadero martirio. La anfitriona no ofrece una explicación sólida sobre la demora en devolver el depósito y solo proporciona respuestas evasivas. Hay opciones mucho mejores disponibles, y definitivamente NO consideraría reservar aquí de nuevo.

Superb

We really enjoyed our stay here! The room was comfortable with loads of storage space and its own balcony, bathroom and smart tv. We had access to the kitchen, which included drinking water, and there was a dining table and living area. Everything was very clean and felt new! Our host was extremely helpful and replied very quickly. She checked in regularly to see if we needed anything and made the stay very easy. The property is away from the city centre, but we really liked the location as it was quiet and very easy to reach the centre using the bus or didi.

cozy home stay

owner replies quickly and allow us to self check in cozy home stay with access of kitchen and living room

our toilet and shower isn’t located in the room and the toilet drain smell a bit( owner said it’s from outside) a bit far from downtown, 90 peso for taxi or 45 mins walk

Beautiful family home.

The home is very thoughtfully decorated, as is the room. We had a very cute balcony which was a bonus. The shared spaces are modern and clean, and Wendy is very quick to respond to inquiries. We would definitely stay here again! The location is great to get away from the main tourist areas but still has everything you need and more.

Superb

We had a really nice stay here. The room is inside of the house of the owner and everything was super clean. We could share the kitchen and the living room in case you wanna cook there. Check-In and check-out went super smooth and communcation with the owner was really easy. If you wanna enjoy Oaxaca for a few days we would recommend to stay here! :)

Its not super close to the center. You can walk in about 40 minutes or just take a taxi for 80 pesos and you get there quite fast. We were here by car so it was not an inconvenience and anyway we also enjoy walking through the districts and get to know the city. Plus there are plenty of nice restaurants close to the apartment as well :)

Perfect for those wanting something outside of your typical hostel or hotel.

Wendy, the host, is a professional, gracious and attentive owner of the place. Great location in Reforma with plenty nearby to walk around and see/visit, and the bus line is conveniently located nearby.

Good deal for Oaxaca, i would recommend it.

Super friendly staff, room with balcony with a great view, and nice bathroom.

The streets dogs constantly bark at night, so take your ear plugs if you wanna sleep properly.

Very good

Well organized and clean. Bus service on the same road about 15 minutes to Centro Everything you need is very close. Comfortable common area and kitchen well equipped. Excellent value if you don’t mind being outside the Central area.

There is an unpleasant odour of bathroom from somewhere sometimes.

Great value, great host and a comfy bed

Wendy is a very attentive host and her home is modern, pretty well equipped, clean and very comfortable. There are 2 rooms, I had the one at the front so there was a little noise from traffic but not much. She provided a fan which was needed. There's a big supermarket very close and many places to eat. I cooked a few times and the kitchen was fine. She always responded quickly to my requests or questions usually over what'sapp.

For me, everything was really good. It is a few miles from the centre, maybe half an hour's walk, but it made me feel less of a tourist somehow which I prefer. If you avoid the main road out front there is a quieter way to walk in. I used the bus a few times too but they don't seem to run very late in the day.
