Too expensive to not provide water or bathmats, go else where.

Close to the hospital and was an Ibis

This hotel was the most expensive per night in the area - we stayed here to visit the hospital and had looked at others further out that would have been more suitable if we didn't have to travel. The hotel did not provide bath mats or bottled water in the room - we were told this was not an option in the room but yet we paid a higher price per room than the other high end brand hotels in the area. Honesty, not good value for money at all

We had breakfast very early at 6 am and the coffee and the tea werent ready yet. Others were okay We still could heard other room and the lift sound

Acceptable

The room is clean, the bed is comfy, bathroom is ok. Breakfast menu is good, all ok for a 35usd/night at the city centre of Denpasar. The restaurant staff are warm and friendly.

Small details like ; The carpet smell at the corridor through out the room. The booking was confirmed for 2 adults but inside the room the amenities was only prepared for only 1 (toohbrush,toothpaste,flipflop). The reception staff (male) on duty for the night shift on 25 februari is lack of hospitality, no greetings and pretending didn't see us coming.

the location, the service, the friendliness of the staff, oh and they have hair dryer for each room

they really must impose fine for those who smoke in the room. My bedroom smells like smoke because apparently someone smokes in the toilet next to my room

Nothing. Luckily we stayed here only for one night.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. Highly NOT recommended. Everything are old, tap is leaking. Bad smell in room and even worse in corridor.

Little pricey for what it is, Good for a short stay.

Clean, comfortable. we were able to check in late and check out early. They had a restaurant on sight which was handy. Room had kettle and tea making facilities. Room had refillable glass jug in the room with multiple water dispensers located in the corridors, completely free. Absolutely love this!!

Bit of confusion with payments when we were checking in. Booking took the money prior to check in but the hotel still wanted the money even though we showed them it was pre pay. Booking have since refunded us

Location is in the city of denpasar

Limited selection for breakfast, dirty at the toilet and smelly in the bedroom. Probably due to the COVID-19 hotel being empty no one is cleaning.

Value for money ok but cleanness and breakfast should be improved.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast could have been better and more international-orientated. Cleanliness in the room can be improved and water in the shower was not getting warm.

Walking distance to hospital

My husband was admitted to the Kasih Ibu Hospital. The Ibis is a very short walk away so made it easier to visit him.
