Super!

Wspaniała baza wypadowa kilka minut na plażę, niedaleko doskonalych restauracji. Idealne miejsce do wypoczynku. Do centrum Alicante jeździ autobus miejski co 15 minut (przystanek 6 minut od ośrodka).

Precio altísimo para un hostal cutre. No volvería en ningún caso.

Nada a destacar

El precio del hotel no estaba acorde con las características del mismo que podría describirse como algo parecido a un "hostalillo cutre". Las fotos engañan bastante y parece mucho mejor de lo que luego realmente era. La habitación era pequeña al igual que la cama (y eso que pagamos un suplemento para una habitación más grande con cama más grande) El baño tenía la ducha atascada y se inundaba cada vez que nos duchábamos. La piscina no era nada apetecible, no nos apeteció ni siquiera pisarla. El desayuno también era un poco cutre. En cuanto a la atención del personal también era bastante deficiente. Es la primera vez que la recepcionista de un hotel me recibe con las piernas encima de la mesa y además eran bastante desagradables.

Det var ett litet trevligt hotell med nyrenoverat rum. Nära till stranden och restauranger.

Det var trasiga solstolar vid poolen samt att poolen hade väldigt smutsigt vatten.

Habitación correcta con desayuno y pileta

El desayuno es muy bueno y las habitaciones son correctas con camas cómodas. Tiene frigobar, tele y el aire funciona muy bien.

Solo estuve 1 noche, me fui a gusto. Para mencionar algo, las persianas de la habitación no las pudimos cerrar y entra claridad pero se compensa con el desayuno.

Great place to stop over

We upgraded to a room with balcony. All balcony rooms look over carpark not pool. Room had air con & mini fridge. Very modern, clean & new. The bed was super comfortable. Bathroom had own water heater so always hot water. Free parking in carpark. Meradona around corner. Located mote in residential area though perfect for us. Free breakfast too

Tranquilalidad y a 5 minutos caminando del tram vía

Limpio y agradable

No funcionó nunca el aire acondicionado, y el joven que estaba en la noche se lo comunicamos y pasó del tema, y la televisión muy pequeña, se iba la señal todo el tiempo, no se podía ver nada, total no funcionaba. No es como muestran la habitación en las fotos con tele grande.

Letto comodo - buona posizione

Letto comodo Anche se ci ho soggiornato per lavoro, ho apprezzato la vicinanza alla spiaggia (1 km circa). Per chi ama fare running o jogging, il lungomare permette di percorrere diversi km in totale relax. Zona residenziale silenziosa (almeno a febbraio).

Purtroppo ho trovato diverse tracce di polvere in bagno. La tv si può utilizzare solo connettendosi tramite i propri account Prime, Netflix, ecc. Diversamente è totalmente inutilizzabile. Colazione "essenziale": 1 bevanda calda o un succo e 1 pezzo di dolce o una tostada.

Soy cliente habitual,y me parece un sitio de buena calidad,con buen trato. Este mes he ido 3 veces y me parece muy cómodo ya que tengo que estar en esa zona varias veces al mes,no elegiría otro,no he ido en verano pero tienes que ser increíble

A small clean room

It was close by the beach

There was a very rude lady at the reception!! She disrespected me so much. Mostly had to shower with cold water. The hot water always turned cold after 5 minutes. The needed to work in our hotel room 1 day before leaving. Afterwards there was a strong smell of the product they used. They could’ve waited for us to leave but they insisted to do it right away. U can only choose 1 thing for breakfast. There’s no much of a choice.

Simple pero muy muy rico. Cafe se podia repetir, y para comer se elije una opcion entre 4 o 5 pero todas abundantes , frescas y recien preparadass excelente jugo hecho en el momento La atencion muy buena. lugar super tranquilo

Horroroso, por lo menos en invierno

Desayuno bien.

Puerta que no cerraba, checkin limitado hasta las 20h, después nadie se hace cargo del "hotel" ni contesta al teléfono de contacto. Mi habitación no tenía ni sabanas ni mantas...tuve que dormir vestido

La limpieza y la comodidad de la cama

El recepcionista muy serio y a la hora de entenderlo nos costaba, me tocaba preguntarle todo varias veces porque no lo entendíamos,supongo que miran más a la hora de hablar idiomas extranjeros que el mismo castellano, una pena la verdad,el desayuno muy escaso, ya lo podían explicar bien en la reserva antes de ir, pero por lo demás está bien aunque no creo que volvamos a repetir.

Preisleistungs Verhältnis steht in keiner relation zu dem was man geboten bekommt viel zu teuer! Kaputter Fernseher. Zimmer mit Doppelbett viel zu klein für 2 Personen. Überall verbotsschilder. Frühstück sehr lange Wartezeit und auch nicht empfehlenswert. Unfreundliches Personal bzw Eigentümer. !!! NICHT EMPFEHLENSWERT!!!

Correcto, pero podría mejorar bastante

El alojamiento es muy nuevo, está muy limpio, tenía nevera (lo cual es un plus), era muy moderno, estaba en un barrio muy tranquilo. Estaba decorado con mucho gusto, tenía todo lo que puedes necesitar. La ducha es muy cómoda

El horario del desayuno es de 9 a 11, lo cual creo que es bastante tarde, yo tenía que estar a las 9.00 en un evento a media hora de allí y les pedí si podían hacer algo con el desayuno, me dijeron que sólo podían adelantarlo 15 minutos, así que uno de los días perdí el desayuno. La segunda noche se fue la luz, lo que implicaba no tener tampoco agua caliente (funciona con termo eléctrico). Sí que se disculparon, pero tampoco me ofrecieron ninguna alternativa. La recepción está únicamente de 9.00 a 20.00, por lo que cualquier inconveniente que pueda surgir, no lo puedes gestionar. Creo que tienen que mejorar el trato al cliente, es una pena que un alojamiento puesto con tantas ganas, se lleve un mal comentario por cosas que se podían haber solucionado (por ejemplo, con una alternativa fría o un picnic para el desayuno, y con el ofrecimiento de otra habitación para ducharme)

The receptionist helped us with luggage and he moved us to another room when facing a huge issue in our booked room

Where to start.... it is not like it's presented in pictures. It is more hostel like. The rooms are extremely small, no space to put and open your suitcase (if you do you'll have to step over it to reach the bathroom). First room we got was twin with no proper blinders, one side was fixed blinder on the outside. No fridge, no kettle, you could barely turn inside. Wall behind one of the beds was stained with blood and dirt. Another wall was with terrible mold half covered with the painting. That was the reason we requested to be moved as it's a health hazard. We got moved to a double bed room (bed was comfy) with balcony overlooking the parking and entrance and curtains were too narrow for the window so people could easily see inside. AC unit was at the balcony so couldn't be on during the night cause of the noise as balcony doors couldn't be closed properly or locked whatsoever. TV is in the size of a laptop, there's no kettle, not allowed to eat in the room (kinda understandable as we had ants all over the room and bathroom, even on the ceiling as well as couple od cockroaches). Towels - there's no foot floor towel. You get 2 large towels, 2 hands and one small face towel for two persons. Pool area is not private as stated, it is shared with other buildings where people live and to reach their building they are passing over the pool area. Breakfast - you get to choose one drink and one plate (pancake, bread with cheese and ham, bread with tomatoe and other 2 or 3 choices which are more like a snack then a breakfast), we never experienced anything like it. Coffee was more water than coffee and milk. Customer service is below acceptable, no eye contact when approaching the reception (as they are always on their phones), making you wait until they're done watching the videos or finishing private conversations, just to mention a few.

Expensive for what they offer but location is amazing.

The location is great, just 10 min to the beautiful beach San Juan. The rooms were clean and everything needed was there. Breakfast was delicious.

There was no option for warm water. Just possible to choose one breakfast, not so filling. Stuff entered our room even we had "not disturb" on the door it was a important reason but they could call me instead.

Very relaxing place to stay

We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay at the property. The personnel was very nice and responsive, the rooms were very clean and they were changing our bedsheets and towels every day, the breakfast was very diverse and delicious and the air conditioning was working perfect which is a great bonus in the hot weather. The location is also super 5-10 minutes by walking to the beach, but there is also a very nice pool where you can just chill under the shadow of a beautiful trees and palms. The private parking is also a big plus when you are traveling by car, since it’s otherwise hard to find free parking spot in the are around the hotel. The hotel itself is new and very well maintained, as well as the garden and the common spaces. Nearby there are supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants, so everything you need is just around you. We are happy that we choose this place and recommend it :)

Tiny, clean, quiet, expensive. You pay mostly for AC and location.

Clean room. Good functioning sockets next to bed. Good size closet. Big pool. Good location. Quiet location.

The airconditioning was placed right above the bed, which made it challenging to keep it turned on. We had to turn it off to sleep, but then no more than 2h, because the room got hot again (on repeat cycle). Tiny queen size 140cm. Too small for 2 persons (scandinavans). Shower was a bit tiny. Too few hangers in the closet. Nowhere to dry wet beach clothes/towels. Breakfast was limited, not a normal breakfast buffet.
