Weekend in moto per visitare la storica città di Urbino, non poteva andar meglio. Soddisfatti della scelta

Struttura in posizione strategica per chi vuol visitare la splendida Urbino. Situata a ridosso della statua del Raffaello permette di entrare nel centro storico quasi appena fuori dal cancello. Gode di un piccolo parcheggio interno, noi ci abbiamo parcheggiato la moto, all’interno di un cortile…top! Attenzione ai giorni di arrivo in quanto il sabato, almeno nel periodo estivo, si svolge il mercato il quale impedisce l’accesso con automobili alla struttura. Niente paura comunque perché li è pieno di parcheggi anche gratuiti. Camere in stile classico ben curate, biancheria di ottima qualità ( lino) e materasso comodo…il dolce sonno è assicurato. La colazione non è inclusa ma…sorpresa…dentro un’anta dell’armadio c’era macchinetta del caffè a cialde, frigo bar, bollitore e alcuni pasticcini direi gustosi. Servizi puliti e comodi, la doccia è a dir poco “abitabile”😀… E poi non posso menzionare Azzurra, ci ha seguito passo passo dal giorno prima del viaggio dandoci tutte le info utili per arrivare, parcheggiare, ed entrare nella struttura con la moto anche prima dell’orario di check-in, da non prendere come regola mi raccomando siate puntuali!! Il giorno dopo abbiamo trovato anche il proprietario, una persona eccezionalmente in gamba e di compagnia. Se dovessi tornare in zona molto probabilmente soggiornerei ancora lì. CONSIGLIATO

bellissimo posto in posizione molto comoda

struttura molto bella e molto accogliente, letto molto comodo. tutto molto pulito e abbiamo trovato a disposizione caffè, the , frutta , pastìccini, e acqua

L unica cosa del quale possiamo dire qualcosa è che purtroppo a mezzanotte L acqua nel bagno non andava più fino alla mattina seguente.

best location to visit Urbino direct at the level of the panoramic street (but you have to consider to go down-hill into the centre) public parking nearby for 8EUR/day possible clean rooms, friendly staff

Location easy to arrive with car. Room was a good size, with tea and coffee facilities.

Very complicated check in, no one was there when we buzzed. The name bed "and breakfast" is misleading as there is no breakfast or breakfast room. There was a roped off access to the garage or cellar from our room which was odd. Very little information about Urbino and what to do there.

location, spacious room, friendly staff

no breakfast (coffee maker + some sweet breads definitely not enough as substitute). also, there was lack of hot water one morning, fixed later that day. all in all , nice hotel and nice room at fantastic location but in my view the price is high in light of the lack of services at the property.

What a find!

What a find! This ultra-comfortable en-suite bedroom was the height of luxury. Beautifully furnished, superb modern bathroom and very well positioned for exploring the city. Secure parking at the venue [chargeable] was much appreciated. It was a short, downhill walk to the centre of the town.

Breakfast was a couple of very small pastries left in the room for the following morning. No milk for drinks, although there was both a kettle and coffee machine plus coffee pods and teabags. A small niggle.

Exceptional

The location is perfect - in a gorgeous park. The rooms are gorgeous and stocked with goodies - delicious pastries, coffee, etc. The bed was super comfortable. The staff was so helpful. From check in to cleaning - everyone was friendly and went out of their way to help with questions, etc.

A beautiful stay next to a perfect city, Urbino

The rooms are in the rear and lower floor of a house overlooking a canyon on one side of Urbino. The whole place is fully decorated carefully and more formal than most places we've stayed. Room was fine for size and comfort. Semi-modern bathroom and shower with lots of towels.

The details on where the place was would have helped. The obvious building is the upstairs which is occupied by someone else. Not terrible, just a little glitch on where to go. For people staying only a night or two, details are really helpful so you don't waste time and worry figuring out where to go.

Gracious, quiet lodging in an elegant home

Beautiful decor and linens, quiet and lovely setting, reasonable price.

Bring your own shampoo/conditioner. No breakfast but there is breakfast nearby.

The Perfect place to stay in Urbino!

Perfect location, luxury accessories (towel, linens, shampoos...), huge shower, very good wifi, extremely friendly and helpful stall (thanks for everything, Ketty!!)

To make it a perfect stay I just missed the breakfast, although 50m away the Café dell'Academia offers a very nice breakfast.

The ideal place to discover beautiful Urbino

The location is probably the best you can get, so close to all the sightseeing monuments and thevia Raffaello. Car park is available, rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable including the linen bedding (top!). Very friendly reception by Katiuscia, who gave us some nice hints on best restaurants in Urbino. Breakfast is in the nearby Caffé Accademia with small terrace outside. Extra: the people living in the upper part of the Residenza are so friendly and helpfull 🙏🏼

No negative remarks at all At first we found it strange that this Residenza served no breakfast, but after all it was a nice experience to have breakfast with the locals at Caffé Accademia

Great value for money with logistical annoyances

Beautiful property, friendly staff, and excellent location.

We were not able to park in the property, as was advertised. There is a lot of parking in the area, but the property entrance is on a gravel road. I had a large suitcase and it was very difficult to roll it through the gravel and into the property. It is a minor annoyance but it can really irritate a guest.
