Perfect location, lovely staff and great breakfast
4.1
Was a great location and very clean and comfortable.
They said there was a restaurant but there was not. Only breakfast service.
4.1
Breakfast on the terrace. We were able to park outside.
It's very dated.

The room was a nice size with a great view. The BEST part of the room was the amazing bathroom with clawfoot bathtub! The front desk person Patrizia was incredibly nice, informative, and fun!
4.1
Nice and modern place in the heart of Urbino.
Nice indoor and outdoor space to enjoy
The bed was not very comfortable, and it was made of 2 mattresses put together.
No free parking. We spent 10 euros for leaving the car for less than 24 hours.

Beautiful room and bathroom

Location very good, once we had worked out to use a taxi to get to the tope of the town. Great views and parking readily available.
With Covid, the only meal was breakfast which was fine but means our experience was limited to the room and breakfast.
We arrived as it was turning cold and the heating in the hotel only came on in the evenings. This was solved on the 2nd night with a heater in our room.

Nice location inside the city walls of Urbino. Walking distance to all sites in the city.
Overall a good room and and especially a nice bathroom.
A bit dated hotel in need for renovation.
4.1
The staff are very pleasant and kind. Very good breakfast.
The hotel cannot possibly have four stars as it advertises. It is old, unkept and not very clean. The furniture was old and chipped. I used to see hotels like this 40 years ago in Italy. I was surprised and shocked to find that this period piece still operates like a hotel from the long lost past. The entrance closes at 9:00 p.m. and you have to carry a heavy metal key fob with you to get in after that time of night, like a religious boarding house.

We liked the location, the hotel has a charme from the old days, very nice. The stuffer was very friendly.
The breakfast wasn’t very fine. The juice was not fresh, the sausage old and each day when we came for breakfast, doesn’t matter what time, the bread was out, just a few old slices of dry toast.

Location excellent for visiting Urbino. We have stayed in this hotel on 2 previous occasions and been more than satisfied.
Room very small and not very comfortable. Room was not that as shown on Booking.com but would imagine it to be similar i.e. attic room. One of bath towels was ripped. Breakfast although we were not late - around 8.30, had very little selection. Eggs and bacon were finished, very little bread and a very small amount of fresh fruit left. Quite disappointing on this occasion.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Incredible location in the historic centre. Handy parking very close. Comfortable rooms.
Facilities a bit old. Breakfast was too expensive for what was on offer.
4.1
great quiet location in walking distance of the town centre: through the back garden! delicious breakfast on the terrace outside a beautiful breakfast room in classic italian style. The room and the hotel itself were also furnished in traditional style.

We really enjoyed our overnight stay, our room for three was actually a suite of rooms one with king size and one single, each had its own bathroom facilities.
Great location just inside the city walls .
We chose a light breakfast but the buffet looked very impressive.
Staff were very helpful.
Can’t recommend this hotel enough.
4.1
We liked the location of Hotel Bonconte which is situated along the town wall and at the bottom of the hill. The hotel staff were friendly and easy to sort parking. We had a quirky room which was very clean with a fab view of the surrounding countryside. We opted out of having breakfast included and found a great little cafeteria for cornet con cream and coffee each morning. Urbino is a fabulous town with stunning architecture, alot of history and great local wine, it is well worth a visit.
