Tre giorni di vacanza a Vienna

L'appartamento si trova vicino alla fermata della metropolitana, molto facile da raggiungere e comoda per muoversi in tutta la città. Il centro di Vienna è raggiungibile in soli 10 minuti di metro. Si trova in una zona dotata di tutti i servizi (negozi, farmacie, ecc.). Dispone di due camere da letto, soggiorno, cucina, bagno e wc. Lo consiglierei a famiglie numerose o gruppi di amici perché può ospitare comodamente 6 persone se si considera anche il divano letto. Dispone di tutte le dotazioni necessarie: asciugacapelli, aspirapolvere, ferro da stiro, macchina per il caffè, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, ecc.

Rispetto ad altri posti in cui sono stata, l'unica cosa che mancava era il kit di cortesia. C'erano asciugamani, saponi e carta igienica, ma mancavano gli shampoo. Per quanto riguarda la cucina c'era tutto il necessario per cucinare, ma mancavano sale, zucchero e olio. Non c'erano nemmeno le spugne. Non sono ovviamente elementi indispensabili, ma è utile da sapersi se si arriva tardi quando i negozi sono già chiusi.

Ein rundum sehr gelungener Familienurlaub

Mit der nahegelegenen U-Bahn war man sehr schnell und günstig im Stadtzentrum, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor der Haustür. Die Zimmer/ Küchenzeile waren sehr gut ausgestattet. In der nahegelegenen öffentlichen Parkgarage konnte das Auto kostengünstig geparkt werden. Ein rundum sehr gelungener Familienurlaub.

Muy buena ubicación cerca del transporte público y en una calle con supermercados y restaurantes

El colchón de la habitación principal demasiado blando . Quizás le faltaría algún detalle como secador de pelo .

Very satisfied and highly recommended.

Location is near train station and not too far away from city center so uber fare not too high. Few restaurants around, even on sunday some were open. Small supermarket just cross the road. Very clean, well equip, spacious,comfortable with airconditioning during summer. The host were very helpful. Our stay was very enjoyable

Very good

The setup of the apartment is very good, AC, WiFi, kitchen equipped all are very good. Car parking are very close and cheap, 6 Euro per day. The reception lady Silvia is very nice person, supportive and friendly.

If they can provide water sprayer in the toilet. There was a renovation works on the opposite building, which caused a bit of noise the early morning.

Spacious apartment

It was near Metro so going around was easy. It had all the necessary uttensils.

The street outside main bedroom was busy around the clock and bit noisy. It was also guite cold inside the apartement.

Great stay

Great location, metro is 3 minute walk around the corner, and if you need an elevator it's just one more minute walk. Bakery, pharmacy and supermarket right next to it. Apartment was cozy, very spacious, big rooms, clean, nicely designed. We were very comfortable there as a couple with a baby. Tv with Netflix was nice for us, heating and air conditioning in every room, washer that is also a dryer. 10 minutes and you're in the city center, so it's close but much more reasonably priced. The neighborhood is quiet. I think it's perfect for a family

There are curtains for each room but they do not make the room completely dark, and that is important for us and also for our baby. But if that's not an issue for you then it really doesn't matter

Lots of space for a mom & two adult daughters for a 4-night stay; quiet night’s sleep.

train w/in one block. large bedrooms w/good reading lights. plenty of space to spread out including a dining table. well furnished.

Lovely stay, great hospitality.

Very spacios, very warm(we visited in winter), clean, great location aaand the comforters and pillows were super comfortable, which is very rare. Our host - Sylvie was very kind and welcoming.

basic but comfortable apartment in a convenient location.

really great location - super close to the U-bahn, which made it easy to get around. lots of shops located nearby (grocery, pharmacy, bakery, etc). the apartment itself was comfortable with lots of seating areas. the host was also super helpful and communicative.

lack of amenities - no soap of any kind, no bowls.

We enjoyed our stay. Location was excellent near the metro station. Host was very kind and helpful.

The host was exteremly kind by welcoming us in person after midnight. He took the time to explain about the area, the appartment, the surrounding area (metro location, shops), and took us to the vending machines opposite the place to assist us in purchasing some food and drinks after midnight when all shops were closed.

Value for money in a relatively quiet, yet convenient location

Not high end, but good value for the price. Very convenient location right next to the Vienna underground (3 or 4 stops to the city centre), lots of amenities (Billa supermarket, bakery, butcher, drug store etc etc) within 2mins walking distance, quiet area with ample parking facilities

Old buildings often come with limitations (tiny toilet room, one room faces onto back yard, i e. very dark), but some of the furniture should definitely be replaced (sofa, room divider, kitchen table); kitchen could better equipped (water jug, tea pot, more cutlery etc.)

Decent apartment in a less-than-desirable building.

The apartment was located near a metro line, which was very convenient to get to city center. The design of the apartment was nice and everything was modern/updated.

The "air conditioning" was actually some portable machines in bedrooms with no instructions of how to set them up or use them or how to vent them as they had hoses attached. The person who met us to hand over the keys did not speak English. There were a lot of loud neighbors and people making lots of noise outside all throughout the night for the whole week we were there. There were not a lot of good restaurant options in the neighborhood.

Overall a good stay, a good location and the flat is air-conditioned which was excellent.

Location was very good. The underground was close by and the area had places to have breakfast.

The furniture needs to be upgraded. The sofa is very lumpy and the bed in the 2nd bedroom ( next to the living room) is very noisy and feels like it will break. The hairdryer only blows cold air.

we really enjoyed our staying at this property and the host is wonderful, we highly recommend!

the apartment is very clean and comfortable for families, it has all the facilities that are needed, included washing machine with a dryer, for us it made all the staying easier. there is a supermarket, pharmacy, coffee shop and playground very close to the property and Sil, the host was super nice, kind and helped us a lot.
