NEVER AGAIN!

I didn't like that it was advertised as a three room villa. However, when you book it charges the advertised price per person. This was not clear. Nor did I know there was cleaning requirements, Left without having a shower so I didn't have to clean or wipe it out. They claim that they do this to save costs. A stay for two people cost $420.00 plus there will be laundry fees. They wanted photo identification. I've never been asked for this before? Their instructions via the phone were rude, unnerving and stressful. The whole time I thought I was being scammed until they finally sent a code through for the door. Then, my husband went to find something for dinner. I received a message about parking in the right spot. They were watching to know this. Plus there was a message saying $400 bond would be taken from my card if anyone else was found to be there.

Nothing to like

Bed pillow not comfortable, very thin needs to be changed. False advertising. There is no view of the ocean. Deposit too high. Window was broken in one of the rooms. It was a cold night and heater was locked. Had to put bedsheets ourselves. Paid lots of money for a terrible place. Wouldn't go back again.

Place was alright, no air conditioning and TV tiny. Manager/owner uncontactable via phone only messages, apparently at work 24hrs a day. Do not stay at this place and absolutely do not agree to pay the $400 deposit, he is a degenerate and will do anything not to return it!! Be aware he watches you from afar and never engages! No communication and be careful once you book there are extra fees and backwards restrictions!! We had five adults, a six month old and a two year old, didn't think they even counted! But apparently no kids under 10, didn't see that one must have been in the fine print! Great for familys?? Other adult stayed one night and owner asked to leave $70 cash for him which I did and along he had no intention of returning my deposit. What a great bloke!! Eight people please!!

No airconditioning villa was extremely hot and even ceiling didn't work properly as It was slow even on high,,,pedistal fan could have been of better quality as it gave out very little Breese, lounge was extremely uncomfortable and felt like it was going to break

We had a fabulous stay in Vincentia, loved our bush walk along the picturesque coastline.

We stayed in Unit 5- excellent shower, comfy couch, well equipped kitchen, very comfortable for 3 adults.

More heating would be great for winter, cleaning included in initial pricing would be preferable as finishing our holiday cleaning was not ideal. My daughter booked our accommodation so not aware of this prior to stay.

Room size

Was a little money hungry, as does not say anything on booking that we would be charged for linen, which over writes any so called saving by doing the places cleaning on a holiday, and very little ocean views, and the bond of 400 is a bit of a joke, as it was cheap and nasty ikea furniture anyways, but good luck with your business, you will need it

Clean basic unit with all amenities, bed was comfortable, good location overlooking ocean, at night could hear the waves

We enjoyed our stay, the villa suited our needs, it was economical.

It was compact & comfortable & quiet until the last night. The bed was comfortable, would like the option of not paying for linen as we prefer our own & you had to make the bed yourself anyway.

It could do with a little maintenance, the floors felt gritty. it was quiet until the Friday night when a lot of noisy people came in around midnight & continued to be noisy until after 2 am

Very disappointed and would never stay there again!!

there was a bond of 400 taken and only given back if the apartment was clean. Covid was used as an excuse for each person using this facility to clean the apartment before leaving. Each time this apartment should be cleaned by professionals not the people staying here. I have never paid for accomodation where I had to be the cleaner. Also, the internet didn’t work well, their were ants in the kitchen, beds uncomfortable, limited seating in living room and only saw the ocean in the distance - very misleading. I wish I had read the reviews others had put on this.
